International Human Environmental Research Organization (I-HERO)

Note: This organization is not a formal alliance, or treaty but is a research organization. This organization is not here to prove or disprove the existance of planetary warming or other environment protection ideas, but is to study the effects on chemicals or ativities that may have a effect on human health. In otherwords this is and organization to improve human life quality.

Goals: To research the effects of certian affects of activities on human health and to suggest possible options to better human life.

In order to create options for a safer, healther life style the Sebecean Government is contributing 20 sq. Miles to a large medical/research complex.

Requirements: In order to meet our goals, we require eather scientist, doctors, volunteer test subjects, and money. If any test subject is found to be forced to sign up, the nation in question may be subject to the punishments of crimes against humanity as set forth by the UN.

The research will be used to determine possible positive lifestyles for people living with certian conditions and(or) areas for their immeadate environment (Home, Office, ETC). The research will automatically be given for free to corporations and national governments upon request.

2. What are the benefits to Theao?

The finding may help people with conditions such as asthma, allergies, heart disease, or worse to change their lifestyle and the quality of life. National governments may use the data to enact health laws if they wish, and corporations may use the data and the organization to help develope new medicines that would help all.

Sebecean Construction Ministry approves the design. Remember that this will be on the Eastern Coast Valley, about 5 miles from the beach, of Poth Island, Victoria Isle. Power will be supplied by our grid, and about 2 miles north of the complex is a Starport/Airport/Seaport.

I have ordered the withdrawal of government support from the I-HERO project forthwith. All scientists, doctors, and others of that nation have been isolated and arrested. Reports are that only about 200 personnel from both nations have been deported. The Congress put forth this order in response to the slandering rumors issued by the nation of Phonque. All personnel from The Gate builders will be released, but Phonquian Citizens will be held untill a formal apology has been issued by their government and to make sure any of their personnel have not place any sort of device to harm the citizens of the Sebecean Democratic Imperium.

They will remain here for 3 days, after which time they will be drawn back to the capital city of San Vicente, unless the issue is resolved within that time.

Also, we are missing 26 personal from an advance environmental team sent to study effect of development on Victoria Isle. They didnt report in for the evacuation from the island before it was officially closed, and we would be grateful if you could send out a search party for them. With permission we would also like to conduct our own thermal searches of the island, which will show any hotspots likely to be the team members.

If they are found, please send them to the partially-built administration centre on the island, where we will pick them up.

The leader of Setian-Sebeceans has been formally charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity by the Atlantean courts. Whilst this is not our jurisdiction, we hope all will follow us in an effort to show the world's condemnation of the intolerance displayed by SS.

We are currently searching the Heffen Mountian Range that surrounds the Eastern Coast Valley and is known to be a dangerous range.
