I call for a meeting of the Pact of North American States to be held at Malabar Farms, Mansfield, West Cedarbrook.
Attendees should fly to Rickenbacker Air Base, Columbus. They will be escorted to Malabar Farms from there.

The agenda will be:

1. The Kramden of West Cedarbrook will be organizing territories designated under the pact. These are:
Western Territory: Minnestoa
Iowa
South Dakota
North Dakota
Wyoming
Montana .............. OOC:Including dang quesesillas!
Idaho
Southern Territory: Kentucky
Tennessee

2. An understanding of the Canadian situation. Chimaea is in possession of territory designated by the pact,
in Western Canada. Nutorpinia is in possession of territory identified for Green Sun. Vastiva is in possession
of territories identified for Taiwanese Islands and Chimaea.

3. An understanding of any impacts on Taiwanese Islands territory, both organized and unorganized under the
Pact in North America, of the current war in the Netherlands.

This is also official diplomatic notice that West Cedarbrook will be occupying and organizing it's territories under the pact.
