(ooc:This takes place three NS years after Exetonias purchase of Scotland from Risban giving me a land base from which i may make my moves. I have notified Kimaria that i was going to decalre war on her and now have a base of operations from which to do so)

At 09:00 hours this morning the following press release was made by the Exetonian Government with regards towards her current actions in Scotland and the Military Build up.
====STATEMENT FROM THE EXETONIAN GOVERNMENT====
My fellow Exetonians. Today at 08:00 hours our ilitary took the first step towards invading England and Wales and taking them for our own. Our military attack shall be swift and shall not falter. We will fight to the very last to calim this nation as sovereign teritory for the Exetonian peoples and shall be used to provide a land base in Europe to bring us into line with world politics. Upon succesful completion of the capturing of this Island country. We shall begin to build up our military forces to defend our little island once we have captured it and make our stand in world politics. That is all.

As I speak to you Exetonian forces are attempting to cross the border into England. All targets have been classified by the military and the government but as each one is captured we will let you know. This is the ENN (Exetonian News Network) signing off

Location: Shetland Islands preperation area
"Sir, all fleets reporting in from around Scotland. They say 2 days is not enough to be prepared and ready to go, they need another 3 days on top of that to be able to be ready. Do we delay the attack"
Admiral gaunt thought for a moment.
"No, we do not ask the military to delay. If they need 5 days to prepare, they need 5 days to prepare. It is only then that we will launch succesful naval attacks against Plymouth, Southhampton and Portsmouth. Also, i want one fleet to take Falmouth and one to take Penzance. Cornwall has some key airbases that could be useful to the airforce and it is our job using teh few marines we have to take that little area and then get the armys paratroopers down there to secure a bridgehead."
"Yes Admiral, the perfect plan. I see why we must be fully prepared to go"

"I dont care how you do it, but we need the entire military to be mobile in 1 week tanks supply trucks, artillery and soldiers all need to be ready to move out into England within one week. Cancel all leave, call back all soldiers and get the battle ready again in one week. It is imperative that the military be ready to go as soon as the governemnt declares war."
"But wont they see us preparing"
"God damm it i know they'll see us preparing but the governemnt will probably fob them off with its just a major excercise. Our soldiers must be ready for war at all costs. This is going to be a bloody conflict. Start the mobilisation now"
"Yes sir, indeed I will"
====FLASHBACK: 3 days before the declaration====
"All leave is to be cancelled. All pilots and ground crew to get to their airbases. Were going to war in three days. Yes your lordship i understand entirely. Were to make several attacks before the official declaration of war. But sir thats.... yes sir, i understand entirely sir. Your orders will be carried out your lordship."
The man turned to the tannoy:
"Ok listen up you roughians in three days time, Exetonia is to declare war on Kimaria for control of England and Wales. We have to be ready to go in 2 days and 18 hours to laucnh pre-emptive strikes on military targest throughout the countries. Now I know this is illegal but its the way it has to be if we are to wind this war we must prevail this way. For the Glory of the Exetonian Empire"
All the men on the base yelled it back. The man looke dproud and put his helmet on. He was going to do a few trial low level flights to better improove his skil in his fighter-bomber.
====FLASHBACK: 6 hours before the invasion====
In 10 squadrons, the fighters and Bombers of the EAF left their bases in Scotland to attack targets in England and Wales. [ooc: Each squadron consits of 1 x B-2 Spirit Bomber, 1 x F-117A Nighthawk, 10 x B-1 Lancer Bombers. 10 x B-52 Stratofortress', 10 x F-22 Raptors, 10 x F-15E Strike Eagles, 10 x F-16 Falcons] Their targets were London, Manchester, cardif, Swansea, Plymouth, Liverpool, Middlesborough, Newcastle, South Hampton and Birmingham. They would arrive at each target in between 30 mins and 2 hours and God knows how much destruction would be caused.

The Exetonian army moved out towards the broder with England with their first targets being Middlesborough, Manchester and Newcastle. all 600,000 men were in trucks, braley fighting vehicles and the such like. The artillery rolled out with them moving in towards the border with the tanks spread out between leading and bringing up the rear. They would cross the border only when the official declaration was made although in reality the war had already begun....
