It had been a few weeks since the Gaians had come to this mysterious Star System.

On one end, the System had bountiful of resources to obtain from the various worlds. Even the star was of a good harness for the recently deployed solar collectors just inside Node One's orbit On the other, Node Three was pretty much avoided, since the unusual magic aura was becoming more and more noticeable each passing day. Not to mention...........

Aleaic, after his near brush with the inhabitants there, decided to remain completely neutral from 'their' auspices at the present. In any case, there was a massive work load to engage in.

Node Four meanwhile had become a growing Gaian world. Four separate major city centers had been grown and expanded from the initial City-DropShips. The largest on the northern most continent, was deemed the Gaian ‘capital’. They were being expanded on all axis, as chasms hundreds of meters deep were being tunneled for the expanding city foundation. The sky was turning into a typical hyper-futuristic city-scape of gleaming white, glasssteel, gold and silver. The growth was proportional in all directions, at about 6 kilometers overall.

The nearby Lunas were being transformed as well, as each had a City-DS as well, growing similar, but not as fast, allowing for the effect of both gravity, and the resources they came across. In fact it was about the same across the System, as about 36 total Colony-DropShip units were expanding slowly. The one major terraforming Luna however was the slowest. Only a few hundred meters across, the techs there were engaged in the said function. No other activities would occur until terraforming had been completed in a couple of years.

Of the eight Planet Nodes, other than Node Three, the rest were seeing great activity. The terrestrial Nodes, including Node Four most of all, were being thoroughly explored. The aforementioned solar collectors sent their energies to a large series of StarBases that now orbited each Node (other than Three..) This fed energy to a even larger series of StarDocks and Fleet Power Nodes.

The Oort Cloud meanwhile was being ‘mined’ and reformed closer into the System into MO-Fields for future, while System Meteorological Stations were assisting the recently deployed Gate-Station to start using the System Magnetic Star-Wind Field to draw in particulate matter to form a nebulous cloud field around the System. This would take several years to fully complete and maintain.

The recovery operations of the past few months had place hundreds of millions of souls at their disposal. A limited genetic cloning operation added to the still thin population, though they never tampered with the natural process, so to speak. But a mandatory ‘donor’ process was made from the current population, with growth acceleration and education already in progress. Eventually this would be discontinued in a year to prevent overpopulation problems.

The Ascendancy vessels themselves were no longer alone, though still dominating, over thousand vessels had been reactivated, and now were patrolling the System actively. Added was coming introduction of the two Journey Sar-Nor’s in a few hours time. Upon the two 10,000 kilometer BaseCores was all the materials needed to turn the System into a Fortress-System.

Meanwhile, the Fleet was spread out into ten Fleet Groups, simply orbiting the System slowly. The two largest were centered on N-Four, with the Core Command working all the details out on how the System would be protected, just in case the Dark Enemy discovered the ‘pull-in’ of the two Journey Sar-Nor’s. It was muted on that front, because ‘every’ focus was on making sure the pull-in was squelched outside this dimension.

It was all this that Aleaic used to ‘completely’ ignore as best he could, the apparent mess on Node-3.

Was it mentioned ‘completely’?

Meanwhile, a message was being transmitted throughout the region of inhabited space with the following in Ackronus’s own voice:

“~ We of the Ascendancy in Exile, have declared this System under our auspices of guardianship. We expect our declaration to be honored, as we do the same for others in the local region.

We do this under the previous agreements with Green Sun and United Cultures. We also will recognize all local governments that recognize our own claim in this declaration.

Thus we name thus: Blue Core Star System as our own. So in the Code of Our Way. ~”

This had been transmitted for the past three weeks on Hyper-Pulse Bands.

Green Sun asks that you allow us to build three Spaceports so we may build a fleet within your space so we may defend you in accordance to our pact. Green Sun is glad that the Gaians now have a place they may call home and can call apon Green Sun any time they need to do so.

Acknowledged. There are currently three operational Fleet Docks for repair purposes in the final stages of construction (Phase-I setup.) They can aid in maintenance of your vessels.

Advise that a local System gravitational event is to occur within the next 3.7 hours. Advise all local star-region traffic to expect a minor navigational flux.

Note also that Node Three has been declared off limits to all souls by his Excellency's order. Please respect this order..

Turns out UziCorp has enough material for one orbital Spaceport. They are on route to Node 4 High Orbit to begin construction on the Spaceport. By next year we'll have enough for three more. We don't require repairs at this time.

Meanwhile, the Fleet Group, with three Ion Cannon Cruisers in the fore, back off some to allow the jump to be in the clear.

A Navigation StarBase was keeping details of the nearby Sector traffic.

Now watch as UziCorp does it stuff. Within two days the base will be able to make fighters.

Meanwhile, about 700 thousand kilometers from the Nadir Jump Point, a number of devices are being finalized after being deployed from a ICM Frigate, with several ISD class warships some distance back.

These would help determine the several variables as the Journey Sar-Nor's are pulled in.

The time was getting close. This would determine if more assets would be able to be pulled into this dimension, speeding the Gaian recovery even more.

Or determine their fate.

Aleaic, plastered to his seat again, just looks up and then back at Node 4 below.

"Hope this works.."

":: 2 hours to Event horizon. ::"

Aleaic meanwhile kept 'flicking' off echoes from his mind.

Rather than a singularity, it represented something just as imposing. Already a large gravitational eddy was washing through the System. The ICM devices however were sopping up large amounts of the gravity waves.

It was still even for these technological marvels, getting tough, as the focal point between the 'storage area' and this dimension were getting 'thinner'...

..in a few minutes, it would cascade into a full tunnelling effect, and the dimensional boundries would become one for a few mere moments.

..these were the critical ones.

The Destiny had moved within Node 7's orbit parth to keep a 'watch' on the event.

Meanwhile the Fleet was on standby in case the worst occured.

Aleaic was watching this from Tactical One this time, as Ackronus kept tabbing every action of the event process.

It also helped to keep his mind off of 'things'...

"Let's just hope......." Aleaic reflexively mutters...

Aleaic looks up at the several story tall Tactical Globe, showing the System at large, as well as a spreading gravity wave from the Nadir portion of the globe.

..in the middle was two major points of light.

Here the tunnels were seconds away from joining. The ECM devices were at critical, and would be destroyed by the event. The destroyer controlling them had fallen back some 500 kilometers now.

It was still easy enough to note the glimmer of the tunnel forming in the gravity distortions.

The Affliction Eclipse Class Star Destroyer appears up in space above, carying the Dark Lord himself. Awaiting permision from Gaian Ascendancy permision to start to build more of his grand ESD's within G.A.'s space...

At the Zenith Jump Point Station, the gravity wave of the Eclipse-SSD marks more sharply than the thunderous ripples from the Dimensional Tunnel.

The Universal Memory archive already marks the vessels name and type.

"This is Ascendancy 1-1.5A Station, please declare your codeset for entry into the System please. This is Station at standby."

Just then.. "~ Here it comes!!!!! ~"

The techs instinctively look up as the view screens around Command Core of the Eternal Destiny show the images relayed from the ECM Destroyer.

Everyone's on literal needles, as the Tunnels are connected..

Seconds later, two MAJOR Gravity Waves flood out like massive Spatial Tsunamis, but the last of the ECM devices absorbe into totality the energy 'bite' of the waves.

As two 10,000 kilometer square sized BaseCores emerge, the devices suddenly shear dump, leaping into seperate sub-dimensions at the same moment before they explode in cascaded gravity energy. The Tunnels suddenly collapse just as quickly as they formed, as the guard Fleet keeps an eye on the Tunnel for 'problems'.

Meanwhile, the light 'eddies' remaining from the Gravity event is swiftly diluted but a series of ECM devices three other ECM destroyers had deployed at the same time. Within minutes the wave had been nullified completely.

The next few minutes were critical, but at the moment..

Ackronus turns to his Lord with.. "~ Looks successful milord. ~"

Aleaic though.. "I'll agree in an hour. If the Dark Enemy detect us, we and everything else is doomed.

..but.. *a sly smile* ..no pressure."

Ackronus just shakes his head. "~ Oh I feel your grace and confidence milord. ~" ..this makes a few techs and knights giggle and chuckle.

*Several tense minutes later...*

"~ It's still quiet milord. ~"

Aleaic paces back and forth while he heard that for the third time. Still, he paced with worry..

"Any word from the inital internal scans?"

"~ No milord. It's still too early. ~"

Aleaic sighs. "I'll be back up at Command Control." ..and paces off.

Aleaic was both keeping tabs on the Journey Sar-Nors and on the Green Sun and Huntaer situations concerning Blue Core at his usual Station, when..

":: Okay soul-citha. How long are you going to keep this up? ::"

Aleaic barely acknowledges the mental ping, as he focuses instead on his current problem.

An annoyed growl softly comes across. ":: We give you a place in our Gate-Star, and you treat us like this? ::"

Aleaic just mentally replies back. "(~ I made your world off limits to outsiders. ~)"

":: We feel 'so' safe. I'm not blind to the danger you just imposed upon us all. ::"

Aleaic simply pegs Tactical One. "How's it looking?"

Ackronus replys over comm.. ":: ~ We still detect no Dark Enemy. At this point, no atomic signatures indicating an invasive nature are detected. ~ ::"

":: At least you acknowledge 'him'. ::"

Aleaic tries to ignore that.

...which gains a 'response'.. ":: Ohhh, that's it! ::" ..and Aleaic hears the sound of 'krackling knuckles' in his mind suddenly...

Upon the Odyssey, as Commander Janos is inspecting the new Fleet group outside his vessel, when a BRIGHT flash spikes from the Command Core section of the Destiny!

"What the Light?!" Janos yelps! "...what was that!?"

The Emperor, though asleep, notices the light through visions of the force...
<Battle Stations everyone. We may have a situation. Prepair to bring in the rest of the fleet on my orders incase of battle> The Dark Lord communicates to the Affliction's captain through the force.

<I think I may feel a disturbence in the force...>

The Affliction sends out it's first wing of Tie Hunters, and Phantoms.

The Emperor Trilkan prepares his battle meditation incase of war.

<We still do not know what caused the bright light....> He prepares to comunicate with his apprentice through the force....

Meanwhile on the Destiny, the knights and techs rush to the source of the bright flash..

..when they reach Command One.... "Eh?" ..one Command Knight in ruby armor and white robes notes. "Milord......?"

'Ground Zero' turns out to be Aleaic himself..

Ackronus reaches the station, though in reality, everything else around Aleaic is pristine..

..only Aleaic has the look of a charbroiled brisqet. Ackronus then asks.. "~ Another visit milord? ~"

Aleaic *coughs* out a pall of smoke with.. "I think Tsunyana doesn't like being ignored..."

":: Signals indicate multiple contacts deplying from the Affliction.. ::"

Aleaic sighs.. "If you could tell them what happened. Just say something like a ship malfunction, that's.........."

..before he can finish, a communication is 'broadcast' in every mind within the Blue Core System.

It's 'not' Tsunyana however.

":: To all entities within 'our' Gate-Star'. You presence in our vision is of a gift given to those of the Gaian souls. That 'gift' however will have it's price now.. ::"

"What the eternities?" Aleaic remarks, flicking his being back into a 'decent' condition mentally.

":: We demand the presence of 'all' leaders upon our Terra-lora to present by force, the one named Aleaic to 'our' graces.

If this is not done, 'we' will impose our will upon all your assets to complete this task at our behest anyway. :: ..Aleaic and Ackronus just look at each other.

":: You have one Gate-Star cycle to comply. ::"

"What the ages did all 'that' mean?" Aleaic just says. However Tsunyana suddenly appears via a Image Contract (spell) in all her white beauty. "Uhoh.." Aleaic reacts..

":: My Sister just pushed the issue. And believe me, her power of Windra Contracts over the mind can force enough souls to obey her. ::"

Aleaic glummly replies. "Obey? It's only magic! How could.."

Tsunyana.. ":: It was my 'magic' that just flash burned you with a Holia Contract, from my mind all the way from my Palicade-Citica.

..trust me, she can as I 'have'... ::"

Aleaic looks suddenly stern. He looks at Ackronus. "Get me the Affliction now. And keep an eye on the Journey Sar-Nors!"

The Dark Lord senced his allies troubles through the force.... Just as he contacted his apprentice, on the home world of huntaer, Hunexa...

On board the Sovereign class star destroyer, Anguish, Deshoonde hears his master's call. "Wait here Grand Admral. We'll deal with our ancient sith clones later. My master needs me."

"Of course....Sir, may I ask what it is?" Grand Admral Thlix asked.

"It is between the Emperor, and I. Nothing more. I'll be in my meditation chambers. Do not disturb me for any reason."

Deshoonde walks down the corridors of the Anguish untill he comes across his meditation chamber. As he walks in, he could feel his master's precents grow stronger. Obviously, whatever his master wants, it's very important. Deshoonde sits down, crosses his legs, and folds his hands as he goes into a deep, deep dark "Sleep"....

"I sensed a disturbence in the force. Could you explain what was with the flash of light?" The Dark Lord questioned.

Aleiac is about to respond, when the holo-Tsunyana suddenly half leaps onto Al's head. ":: Oh, I'm sorry.. I did that. You see this mortal bone cranium was ignoring me. ::"

Aleaic meanwhile suffers from a 'real' weight problem, in descript.. "How the heck could a hologram be HEAVY!?!"

Tsunyana suddenly NABS Aleaic by his robe collar! ":: How's heavy?!? ::" ..with anime brimstone in her eyes and breath.

Aleaic just chuckles.. "We're on a live feed you know.."

Aleaic just scampers away in the small area of Command One platform and leans looks back at the viewscreen. "It's... an internal matter.."

Tsunyana groans. ":: Must you Sister? ::"

A long haired, copper brunette tressed lady of 'great' presence and dignity looks back with a smirk. Her piercing green eyes amkes even Aleaic shiver a little.

Tsunyana suddenly has a fit of laughter.

"Thanks for your consern, Tsunyana, but my Kirtir Warriors can protect themselfs with ease when it comes to using the force in battle. I've got well over 7,000 years of war experienced. I could destroy a world at my pleasure, need it be necessary. My warriors have the same basic skill that I learn as an apprentice, 8000 years ago."

Tsunyana just replies.. ":: And for that same time period, we have kept ourselves hidden with equal skill. Even from those that looked in detail of our Terra-Plane. ::"

Aleaic mother however hears all this.

":: Would everyone please put away the testosterone induced egos, and the magical incantations. That goes for you too son. ::"

Aleaic finally shows some backbone, probably because the presence of a though of dead family member ten times as old as he is, gives him strength..

.Tsunyana however finds it intiguing.

The Emperor nods his head, understanding Aleaic's wish. He too, has had family crisis's in the past (OOC: I'll Be posting up a history of Huntaer sometime soon, it includes the "Houses at War", where the royal families go to war sometime soon). "I understand your situation. I had a similar one over 3000 years ago. My wish is for my partner's safty, and that mining will go along smoothly." He then turns off his view screen, but still keeps communications open. The Affliction then stands down from battle mode, recalls it's fighters, and only keeps their main guns online, incase the Affliction is attacted. The Imperator Star destroyer Vengence arives to continue to bring in supplies.

Aleaic takes a long sigh of relief. He then sits back down into his Blue-Velvet seat. "Thanks for giving peace a chance Emperor."

Aleaic though feels a pair of 'hands' rubbing his shoulders from behind. Aleaic's mother: Jeain sees this with a slight smirk. ":: Busy as always i see my son? ::"

Aleaic.. "The catch is 'how' she's doing it. The holo-imagers on our vessels don't feel this real..

...or.. *relaxing* ...this good."

Tsunyana giggles. ":: You're welcome milord. ::"

Aleaic though asks.. "Um, mother... how?"

Jeain just says.. ":: Rather than how, but why..

..you need a mother's healing, as well as a love's touch. ::"

Tsunyana though.. ":: Seven if this keeps going like this. ::"

Aleaic has to endure a motherly tirade suddenly, with which there's no escape.

While this is happening.. ":: The Vengance has entered the system. ::"

Aleaic just says during the 'tirade'. ":: Give them my compliments. ::"

A few hours later, the two Journey Sar-Nor's are declared 'clean', and are allowed to begin moving inSystem.

They pass by the Affliction at a distance of 1,000,000 standard kilometers..

..and they still look like you could touch them outside the Star Destroyers's viewports. In fact, the two mammoth BaseCores have their gravity absorption fields on full to prevent gravity 'wakes' as they pass the vessel, and the planet they are passing.

As the Affliction hovers in space, with the Vigilance along side, a task force of supply, transport, and construction ships arrive out of hyperspace, escorted by two Dominator Star Destroyers and prepare to continue to build a new space station for ship production. The project will take about 8 years. The Emperor, onboard the Affliction, watches as the task force arrive. He could see Phantom Squadron (one of Huntaer's many versions of rouge squadron) appear, he sits down in his emperor chair ( OOC: looks similar like the one that palpatine used) and watches several Tie Defenders fly by, escorting the task force.

((OC- I've seen and use them, with far larger 'newer' versions that the Fleet deploys..

..which planet number are you by, btw? ))

The Journey Sar-Nor's slowly passed the Planetoid belt, as they began to close in on Node 4. They'd halt at spot Nadir and Zenith of the planet, which should cancel out residual gravity effects.

Meanwhile, a shuttle was already heading out from one of the BaseCores, directly set for the Eternal Destiny..
