After the unconditional Surrender of UnitedSocialistsNation, the Imperialist Government of Golencia marched troops in, and tore down the Socialist Regime. Alexi was arrested and is currently awaiting Trial in Golencia. All forms of Socialism in the Nation are being removed and in hopefully 1 year(RL Day) the Entire Socialism of the Nation will be removed and a new Capitalist nation Installed.

In the mean time, many leading officials of the old Socialist government are arrested and some executed after attacking Marines. 23 Marines have died during the process from renegades, but success is indefinate. Once the new Capitalist Government is installed the Golencian Marines will leave and let the nation rule itself once again. However Catholicism is being introduced to the nation at a high rate.

A pair of men, dressed in the uniform of the former USN Red Guard, snuck quietly through the sewers.
"I can't believe they missed all this stuff. It's a good thing we managed to get some of our equiptment out of the way before their soldiers came." 1 of the soldier wispered.
"I know. Then again, they believed our strength to be 3 regiments. How would they know about the founding of the other regiments?" the other replied.
"That is true, comrade. Here we are, the entrance to Kerigrad's hydro power plant. Lets go."
The men lifted the manhole cover and climbed into the maze of pipelines that regulated water flow in the dam. Then another cover opened, and another, until the entire 4th platoon of the former 2nd platoon, 1st company, 4th Red Guard regiment was assembled inside the plant. They gathered their weapons, mostly Bullpups, and burst through the door into the main generator room.
"Everybody down!" One of the soldiers yelled. The USN citizens running the plant cheered as the ducked under pieces of equiptment. The platoon ran for cover and took up positions, ready to shut down the plant...

The protest was a peaceful one, but it easily kept the guards of the capital building occupied. The protesters chanted "Free Alexi, free Alexi!" voices of several thousand citizens drowned out loudspeakers telling the protesters to go home. Under the feet of the protest, 3 more platoons, this one from the first company of the 1st regiment, ran through the sewer pipe towards the door down the pipeline, the door that would lead into the Capital Building and freedom for their country...

"On this day, your leader has been found guilty for aiding a coup on a soveriegn nation. As a result the Imperial Councilship of Trustees have decided the fight of Alexi, to be Death.

In approximately two minutes, o wait i'm sorry as of now, Alexi is dead. Death by a firing Squad. He had [personally requested the fate, over a lethal injection and Gullotine.

Other leaders of the Old Socialist Regime ar enow to face execution."

The Emperor then recieved word on the telegram from SRoR. They decided to make an official Decree.

It was resolved that an active military commitment was the only viable solution for the liberation of USN. The following ultimatum has been issued to Golencia:

It would be well within our power to turn your nation into a sea of glass in a matter of days.

We do not seek a "balance" between socialism and capitalism any more than we seek a "balance" between liberty and slavery. The USN was a socialist country before the recent war, and we wish to preserve the liberty of its working class by assuring the continuation of its socialist system. That is not to say that we oppose the idea of organising elections - on the contrary, we firmly believe that socialism cannot exist without democracy. And speaking of democracy, the last time we checked, democracy involved the right of a people to choose its own constitution and laws. You may draft a proposal for a new USN constitution, but it shall not be adopted without the approval of the people of USN themselves. A referendum must be held.

We will send 100,000 troops to USN - a small task force by our standards. We are more than capable of negotiating with the insurgents ourselves, and your presence is no longer required. Since you participated in the war that left USN devastated, however, you will have to pay reparations.

We believe in peace, but are ready to fight for freedom, equality and socialism whenever peaceful methods fail.

Socialism returns to UnitedSocialistsNation!

The Constantian task force (now renamed the Alexi Division in honour of our fallen comrade, the former leader of USN) has liberated all the major population centers of USN. There was hardly any resistance at all, and, in most cities, the people of USN welcomed the Constantian soldiers with flowers.

The re-nationalization of all enterprises that had been privatized by the Golencian invaders has begun in earnest, and we estimate that the means of production will be fully restored to public property within the next 4 months.

As stated before, elections for the national legislative assembly will be held within the next 6 months. Before that, however, a new Constitution must be drafted by our comrades in USN, and a referendum must be held to see if the people approve of that new Constitution.

Once the means of production have been fully nationalized and democracy has been established, the people of USN will once again be able to say with pride that they live in a socialist country. In the mean time, we have declared USN to be a protectorate of the Holy Socialist Republic of Constantinopolis. An act of war on USN is an act of war on Constantinopolis.

We invite the brave insurgents that have fought against the Golencian occupation to join us in our effort to rebuild USN.
