Al-Khali, underground. (IC storefront, rouge nations, terrorists, the like)

OOC:
Some rules:
-This is an IC storefront, meaning that you must walk your insane terrorist, diplomat, or whatever into the city, to the underground, and around the various stalls therein. Posting "I would like 2,000 doses of Anthrax, money R shipped" will be ignored.
-No govornment raids or running street battles. This is DGNT, I think I would know quite well if you landed an elite spec-ops team in a provincial capitol and third lagest city in the country. Likewise the paramilitary forces dont take kindly to having their streets shot up. Small battles are fine, 'dueling' is acceptable as well. But remember, your in the presence of lots of criminals and terrorists, who by mutual agreement arent shooting at each other, and are most likely to harm you for breaking the peace.
-Secret cops wont have any effect, the DGNT govornment unofficialy supports these guys because they buy stuff from GLACORP.

Whats for sale:
Pretty much anything, most of it will be DGNT-bought, see my storefront for details (Most of this will be a bit cheaper, 'cause theyre knockoffs :P)
http://s6.invisionfree.com/International_Mall/index.php?showforum=3
But you can also find the generaly terrorist stuff, Uzis, AK-47s, suicide bombs, micronukes, bio/chemical weapons, devices for producing nuclear, biological and chemical weapons, and suchlike devices of terror.

IC:
The Streets of Al-Khali
Its an odd mix of arid desert dryness and sea-borne moist wind. There is a salt-tang in the air, and a smell of camels (The local variety, six-legged and capable of spitting over a fifty yards with deadly accuracy.) mingles with the equally unpleasant stench of the fish markets.
Every concievable ware is provided, whether bought, made, stolen or otherwise. In this midget Taiwan, one of the few-undomed cities in Dontgonearthere, a few know of the OTHER streets, which lead to warehouses, covered squares, and side allies jam-packed with certain stalls. From these stalls can be purchased various impliments not generaly allowed to be sold on the main streets.
Assorted be-turbaned men (Appearances must be kept up, after all) shout from their wooden boxes, dangling assault rifles, sub-machine guns and explosives. The larger stalls fronting the warehouses have very thick books, crammed with specifications of various tanks, aircraft and other vehicles. One or two can be seen to contain devices of larger destructive capability, ranging from the backyard antrhax tank to the latest cobalt-bomb capable of irradiating a city for a century or more.
Welcome to the desert.

Ayyatolhah Khameni Musqab sat back in his seat in the open air cafe. He drank his Black coffee and tried to relax in the extremely foreign setting he found himself in. It was not like home here. He decided that he would shorten his trip, and close the deal as soon as possible. he thought a vacation would be nice, but he had planned on going to the Bahamas, or maybe to Brazil, Sowhere he could realy relax. Instead, he was spending his vacation on what his leaders called, a "Minimum Stress Job". The order he had to fill was fairly large. He was to purchase what one could call, "The blueprints of All Blueprints", the blueprints that would allow Al Katar to Produce AK-47s instead of using old guns, and surplus ammunition. A got up, left his money, and began his trek to the other side of town.

About 20 blocks later, he arrived at his destination. The Alley was small asd descrete, especially in the Bad part of town that he was in. he turned down the alleway, and knocked on the door of the gray painted building.a broken steam pipe hissed in the background. WHile he waited, he made sure his weapon, ARussian made OTs-33 "Pernach" Assault pistol, with 27 round magazine, was accessible just in case these people were not as freindly as his leaders had told him, or in case a police raid was made while the transaction was occuring.
Suddenly, a panel was slid away from thetop of the door, revealing a pair of eyes . . . .

RP your guys arriving in the city, or perhaps you have an embassy? Anyway, go to the district I talked about, find a warehouse or something. We can go from there :)

IC:
Mr. Afar grumbled, shifting his overlarge hindquarters from his accostomed chair next to the door. Sliding the eyepanel back and waving the guards in the entry chamber down, he glared at the man standing outside.
"Hhallo? Vhat do jho want?"
Naturaly, certain answers would produce differnt results. Most answers ended in painful ones. Certain select passwords though would result in the door opening, and the person walking in not to a 'gentle' tap on the back of the head, but to certain merchandise avalible in this area.
Afar gripped the readymade cudgle (A pair of socks filled with assorted small metal objects), ready for a majority of the answers which would possibly come through the viewplate...

(4 hours earlier)
Ayyatolhah Khameni Musqab stepped off of the train and onto the platform with just a small suitcase and a dufflebag conatining "Payment" for the services he would receive in the city. He went through customs without a hitch. The guards had received some gifts from his organization earlier. It was not his job to know what gifts had been delivered, but they must have been good. He called to make sure his hotel, room was ready and took a taxi to the Sheraton where he was staying. The room itself was rather luxurious, but not extravagant. It was just the way he liked it.

He showered, touched up his beard and mustache, as was recommended by his countries hygene standards, and made his way into town with his dufflebag. as he walked, he passed an open air coffee shop. It was a Parisian style cafe, and he had been awake for a great while, so he decided to treat himself to a cup before he closed the deal.

OOC: Okay there ya go :) Now about this password thing, I'm just gonna wing it here

IC:

"Yes, I've just received word that Mr Abdul's brother is in fine health and Mr. Abdul need not worry any longer." He said without flinching.
He hoped that he had remembered it correctly. He had heard stories of men mispronouncing a word, and getting a bullet in between the eyes.....

Kevin Linden drove the dust covered SUV he had shipped out here on the vessel that brought him to this town of Al-Khali, he looked out at the various booths, eyeing some that possessed some advanced and exotic weaponry besides your typical AK and Uzi, though it wasn't that common.

He looked into the back of the SUV where a pair of fellow Junisarians sat, wearing non-descript civilian clothes, but bearing custom A-7 rifles both fitted with grenade launchers, advanced sights, tac lights, lasers, telescopic stocks, custom grips and improved insides, the weapons had been stolen from a TDF armoury, a dangerous operation, but well worth the risk.

His eyes then drifted to the money they had, a few million, to procure certain suppplies and some weapons. They had another set of cash, several hundred million, funneled to them from various private sources, but primarily disguised as government waste by the Free Provincial Alliance.

They were here to pick up some weapons and supplies, but the main purpose was to procure a nuclear weapon, which the other money in reserve was for. They hadn't brought it with them for security reasons, and they wanted to ensure they had a deal before bringing out the money first.

Kevin stopped the SUV on the side of the road, as his two associates hopped out, one went wandering off, while the other stayed to ensure no one tried to steal their ride. The one that wandered off had left his rifle, taking a compact MP-7 instead, though the one on guard had his rifle with him.

Kevin walked up to a stall where an anthrax tank could be seen. He stood their eyeing it for a moment, when the man running the stall looked over at him and ask him if he could help.

"Yes, I'm looking for a weapon, a rather large one. Say along the lines of a small city?" Kevin asked.

I meant Camel Eaters...but thats fine for you as well :P

By the way, please, carrying rifles around in the city outside would be a BAD idea. Keep it hidden outside the market.

Afar grumbled something, clearly disapointed that he wouldnt get to knock a head today, and unbolted the door. Gesturing for the man to step in.
"Hyour items are lhocated in the bhack." He paused, glancing at a display by the door, "And phlease give me yhour weapon. Eet will bhe retured upon your departchure." He held out a hand.

---
The merchant smiled, revealing a substantial amount of gold.
"Ah, sir, you have chome to the right place! Allow me to show you some of my whares. So...what sort of weapon would you like? Vhe have a number of small nuclear devices, not here of course, but which can be dispatched quite soon if you should require it. Biological weapons are a favorite, though they tend to spread beyond where they are wanted. My phersonal favorite is the chemical weapons...we have a shipment of DS2 gas recently purchased. Quite deadly, it is highly corrosive to organic materials, but generaly leaves nonorganics unharmed. There is a special varient which is time-delayed, and will activate after an approximate time exposed to air. For you, I say G5,500 per barrel, one of these should covor, maybe, two miles in the air."

A hispanic woman with a large nose, obviously of Truitti decent, walked slowly down the staircase to the subway that went to the al-Khali underground.

She got right up to the side of the wall when she litterly fell through.

She recovered right before hitting the ground, and with a curce, stood back up straight but was stunned at the lights and movement.

Betrothled by the masses, she walked slowly down the crowded street-like pass until she found a small, dark, and very ill-cleaned storefront. She smiled and walked into the open door of N-Corp.

A man came up from behind her just as she cleared the threashold. "Welcome, Miss." Said the man in a rapsy voice. "Hola, I am looking for some lasers, something strong and could destroy a planet. A weapon of total destruction." The man smiled. She was refering to the GC-5000 Ultra-heavy laser, and more than likely, she would like more than just one with her facial expresion.

[OOC: Not too forward or anything is it? I have yet to see the rest of your SF, so I may add some later.]

ayyatolah hesitantly handed over his gun, and continued on through. He knodded to the guard and kept walking. It was fairly dark, and he suddenly bumped into a wall. There was a right turn, and he followed it. Suddenly, he entered a very large room, lit by several skylights. Several people were millig about, discussing things. An open doorway, he noticed, led to a courtyard with several stalls outside. The surrounding buildings were abviously owned by the proprieter of this market place, or those friendly to him, or her for that matter.

No he went about trying to find this, Mr. Abdul, that had given him the password. He was holding onto the Ak-47 and 7.62 ammunition specifications for him. 'I'll in and out, real quick' he thought to himself

OOC: The MP-7 is compact and can be concealed easily enough tucking it into the pants, the guy with the rifle is sitting in the SUV in case anyone tries to steal it or the money inside.

Linden looked at the merchant, thinking about the chemical and biological weapons and wondering if they should stash it away for later use.

"Tempting, but we need a nuke, something that could wipe out a city of say...a million. What do you have in that area and how much will it cost us?" he asked.

Meanwhile, the guard that wandered off, Jake Tanner, had his MP-7 tucked safely in his pants with his shirt overtop to conceal it, most would probably figure he had a weapon, but it was better than carrying it openly.

He looked down at a list he had. It was for weapons and equipment to help supply the growing army of the Sword of the Lord back in the Tundra. Tundric security was tight, but the FPA was helping smuggle in equipment, and they had military resources to aid with that.

Tanner spotted one booth where there was wide variety of weapons, though predominantly AKs and other common terrorist weapons. He inspected some of them before turning to the merchant and asking, "Do you have anything newer, perhaps FN-2000s, M4s, or weapons along those lines?"

"Of course, Here" He said, lifting the duffle bag over the table and sliding it across. "I believe that you'll find every bit of it there" he said triumphantly.
The weapons plans he was bringing back would be the greatest service to his country every performed in his years of employment. His payment, he was told, would be enough for him to retire, and purchase the House in the Florida Keys he had seen while on another, "Business trip" involving some coulumbian arms and drug dealers.
