WARNING This RP contains language, adult situations, and the typical MS tobacco and alcohol use. The possibility of violence and implied sexual situations also remains. Reader discretion is advised. (Nothing too terrible, just seeing MS “nobles” being less than noble in the manners and vocabulary, and a good insight into Roger’s adolescent years)
ITD and DA Rped this, since ITD knows MS characters very well. We rotated roles of characters as necessary. Bold=his, non-bold= mine.
The DISFB was having a good time, things were going well, under the direction of Wilhelm Ernst, a lackey of Hans Stahlecker, they had slowly been working to destroy traditional Mississippian morality with the eventual goal being to get Mississippian youth to willing accept worshipping Molech. One of the projects associated with this, that happened to be canceled in 2003, was “Operation Sunset”, so named for the idea that the “Sun was setting on the modern order” and that the “Old order of Molech, will soon be restored”. A key part to the worship of Molech would involve an abandonment of sexual morality, along with compromising many social norms. Essentially all of the fools and useful idiots being subjected to the subliminal campaigns, and subtle propaganda, had no idea what was going on. Only a few would realize it…
It was fall, in the middle of October 2000 in the year of our Lord. The Premier's favorite son, Roger Fabus, was in a high school in Neshoba County, where his two sisters went. Roger was 16, having just turned so. Eleanor was 17 and about to turn 18, she'd be soon graduating since she, unlike the boys, didn't have to stay an extra year for military training. Victoria was 15. George was 19, and Henry was 18. William was a young lad of just 14.
Roger Fabus was 6'4, and weighed nearly 200 pounds, he was obviously well-known, , since he was the Premier's favorite son and was considered one of the smartest kids in the school. He already had a law degree that he received at age 14.
Roger was currently sitting at a lunch table, by himself, since all of his friends were off fighting in wars, wars he wished he could have been off in. He'd just gotten back from Chechnya a few weeks ago, but he already yearned to go back.
He lit up his cigar as soon as he finished eating, and then he looked around. He wondered who would bother him today.
As it turned out, two Stahlecker sisters, Anastasia and Lucille, came walking up to his table. Both were 18, maternal twins, both very attractive, and it was obvious both had wanted Roger for quite a while now, partially because their father Hans, saw Roger as the obvious heir to Curtis, and wanted one of his daughters to marry him. One sat down on the table, letting her legs pretty much dangle over the table and into Roger's lap. The other one sat down next to him, any closer and she'd have been on him.
Lucille spoke first, in a very sly voice saying, "Hello Roger, how are you today?"
Roger shrugged, paying more attention to his cigar, "Bored."
One of them grinned at him, "Want to skip out the rest of the day, we'll take you home... I'm sure we can figure out something to do with you..."
Roger shook his head, "Nah."
Anastasia playfully frowned at him, "Ah come on Roger, you're not gay, are you?"
Roger sighed, "Of course not. I'm just not interested..."
That was more than either of them could take, how could any guy, particularly a son of Curtis Fabus, not be interested in them?
Lucille moved over and wound up sitting on his lap, as she wrapped her arms around his neck, saying, "Ah come on Roger, you'll enjoy it..."
Roger wasn’t going to give in to this, he wasn’t going to become a Curtis jr. He shook his head before saying, "I'm really not interested. I'm.... I'm saving it for the right lady, understand?"
Anastasia, who was at the time wearing a skirt, and sitting on the table, right in front of him, nodded her head, smiling, as she spread her legs. He could clearly see she was wearing nothing under her skirt. She grinned as she said, "You sure, Roger? Come on... It won't kill you..."
Roger was starting to grow impatient, "I'm sure one of my brothers will go along, but not me. I'm sorry, no."
They both shook their heads, Lucille spoke as he frowned, "Ah, but we don't want one of your brothers, we want you... Come on Roger, have you ever been with two women at once?"
Roger coughed, "Well, no... I mean... I'm sorry, but I can't."
Anastasia smiled at him as she put one leg on either shoulder, he now had a better than clear view of her crotch. Seeing much more than he cared to. She realized this and so she grinned saying, "Go ahead Roger, look all you want, do more... You know you want to..."
Roger was just glad nobody else was around, he ate lunch at the oddest hour due to his military training program, and the lunchroom was deserted.
It would have been so embarrassing if anybody, especially George, saw this.
Roger moved her legs off his shoulders, putting his foot down, literally now, "No."
She sighed, "Hmmm, you must be gay then or something, yes?"
Roger shook his head, "I'm waiting for the right girl, and obviously you aren't her."
Anastasia was insulted, her jaw nearly dropped, "Oh, why not? Would you rather have some peasant, or perhaps you'll do what George is doing and date your cousin..."
Roger gritted his teeth, but he was still trying to stay somewhat polite as he said, "What George does is none of you business."
Lucille shrugged, "Oh well, it's obvious he doesn't like girls, we should probably just go, leave him here to his gay thoughts..."
Roger gave up all attempts to be polite, laying it out as he saw it, "I'm not some prissy faggot, understand? I didn't spend weeks in the mud and blood to come back and be insulted by two silly little girls."
At that moment, Henry came walking into the lunchroom. He looked over and saw Roger, saw the girls, and put two and two together. He started to laugh, "Hey Roger, did you tell them you're allergic to women!"
Roger shook his head, "I'm just waiting for the right girl. These two don't seem to get it."
Henry walked over to the table and stood behind Roger, whispering in his ear, "Come on little brother, go for it... Hey, there's two of them here, if you can't handle one, I'm good to handle both..."
Roger stood up "Then go ahead, I'm done with my lunch."
Anastasia frowned, "Come on Roger, if you've finished your lunch, stay for dessert..."
Henry hit Roger gently on the arm, "Yeah, little brother, she's got a point..."
Roger shook his head, "I'm... I have to get to class."
Henry shook his head, "No you don't, little brother, I know your schedule... You're just nervous..."
He leaned in towards Roger and whispered in his ear, "Don't worry, you may not know what to do, but either of them sure does... Besides, if worse comes to worse, you can watch me and them and then you're good to go..."
Roger whispered, "I'm not doing it."
Henry shrugged, "Meh, suit yourself, if you want to be a girly man, a fag, or a pansy... Which of those do you want to be?"
Roger frowned, "I want to say to my future wife that I saved myself entirely for her."
Henry nearly erupted with laughter, "Oh my! Roger, what would stop you from saying that regardless? Who the fuck is going to know?"
Roger "Me”, he was quick to add, “and God."
Henry actually did start laughing, "Oh my, you're going to know? Wow little brother, since when did you become so obsessed with doing the right thing?"
He frowned when Roger mentioned God, "You know, there is no conclusive proof that God even is real..."
Roger was shocked, "What are you saying? That you don't believe in God?"
Henry shrugged, "Meh, so what if I don't put my faith in imaginary spooks in the sky, what business is that of yours?"
Roger frowned, "Well, if you don't believe in God... just remember that he believes in you."
Henry sighed as he nearly started to laugh again, "I'll keep that in mind... Now little brother, are you going to come along or not?"
Roger remained firm in his resolve, "No."
Lucille whispered in his ear, "Oh, come on Roger, you'll really like it... I'll make sure..."
Roger shook his head.
William suddenly came walking into the lunchroom. Henry called over to him, "Hey Willy boy, come over here, I got some pussy for you!"
William started to walk over, not really sure what to expect. Henry turned to the two girls, asking, "Which one of you two wants to suck off my youngest brother, William, he could use it I bet..."
Roger turned to Henry and frowned, quite angry with him, but trying to keep his cool, "Henry, he's just a kid."
Henry shook his head, "So, he can still have fun, can't he?"
Lucille grinned, "Yeah, I bet he could..."
Anastasia turned to William, asking, "So William, are you looking to have some fun?"
William, not really understanding what was going on, nodded his head and said, "I sure am..."
Roger sighed, "William is way too young for this."
Henry shook his head, "Hey, who died and made you his dad..."
Anastasia walked over to William and whispered something in his ear, Roger could overhear it, she had said, "You seem rather tall and developed for your age, mind if I find out just how developed you are?"
Roger frowned
Henry looked over to Roger, and sighed, "Come on Roger, you're not going to stunt young William's social life are you?"
Roger shook his head, he wanted to make it clear again, "He can have the social life he wants when he is old enough."
Roger could see that Anastasia had moved behind William, who was now sitting down, and she was rubbing his shoulders. She looked over to Roger, and said, "Yah Roger, your brother Henry here wants William to have a good time, don't you?"
William let out a muted moan as Lucille had just slid her high heels off and used her feet to rub William through his pants.
Henry chuckled, "Ah, see Roger, the little guy's having fun already!"
William looked to Roger, pleading with his eyes, for Roger to get him out of this most awkward situation. Partially because he was afraid he wasn't capable of resisting their advances by himself.
Roger thought for a second, but it quickly came to him, what to say, "Will, I heard Dad bought a new plane. Want to go home and check it out?"
William nodded his head, immediately saying "Yes, let's go right now..."
He tried to stand up, Anastasia gently pushed him back down, saying, "Ah, come on and stick around a while, don't you want to?"
Henry looked over, making sure nobody was around, and took out a flask full of brandy. He tossed it to William, saying, "Willy boy, catch..."
William instinctively caught it.
Roger was quick to add about the plane, “I heard it can do Mach 3"
Henry smiled, "Willy boy, take a big swig of that, it'll relax ya..."
William looked at it, opened the lid and sniffed it, he seemed repulsed by it.
William looked to Roger, whispering, "What should I do?" It was obvious he meant in regards to the booze Henry had just tossed him.
Roger whispered back, "It will burn going down."
Henry laughed, "Ah come on Willy boy, drink up... Tip it back..."
Roger shook his head.
William did as Henry had said, tipping it back, taking in the equivalent of about five shots in a matter of about ten seconds... He swallowed it all down and started to cough uncontrollably.
The two girls both let out light laughs, Lucille saying, "Ah, he didn't take too well to it... He'll get used to it."
Anastasia said, "Hmmm, he sure did gulp that down..."
Roger gave Will a glass of water "Damnit, Henry.... Damnit."
Henry shrugged, "Hey, I don't know what you're all upset about... Nobody made him drink it..."
William tried to drink the water but wound up soaking his shirt as he was too drunk to even coordinate moving a glass to his mouth.
Roger grabbed Will's hand and started to lead him out, "I'm taking him home. Why don't you three go off to some brothel to screw like rabbits or something."
Henry started to laugh, "Roger, you're not his father... You're not his mother either..."
Henry then started to laugh harder, "You know, if we go to a brothel, it's the sort of place mother would be if she weren't six feet under... Did you know that? I'll tell you how she really died someday, remind me and I'll tell you... I'll tell you what she had done to dad... Dad's the only one who cares about us, well he used to, now he just cares about laying whores, so what's anything really matter? Let William have a good time!"
Roger turned around and slowly approached Henry, "Listen you atheistic shithead. You have 3 seconds to get the fuck out of here before I cause you such unbelievable pain that you will beg to be have your nerve stem cut."
Henry kept laughing, "What? Are you serious? You'd hit your own brother? Well hell, you are Roger "The Enforcer" Fabus, aren't you? Beating up anybody who looks at you funny... Hell, how many boys have you beaten up just for asking Victoria out?"
Roger smiled, "Wouldn't be the first time I've had to knock you down a peg or two."
Henry grinned, "Oh really? That's only cause I let you..."
Roger laughed, "You've never even been in combat."
He shrugged before he virtually exploded, "So what, fuck you! I work in intelligence; you try doing intelligence work... Work with your brain for once, you big fucking ape!"
Roger walked a bit closer to Henry, to make his point more clear, "Ever try to coordinate a battle offensive from the ground with incoming mortar shells all around?"
Roger was quick to add, "That's thinking on your toes right there."
Henry turned to William, saying, "See, your brother Roger is an elitist capitalist pig... He uses violence to solve his problems... Do you know what that means?"
William repeated what Henry had said a few days ago, "Does it mean he wants to oppress the proletariats?"
Henry nodded his head, "Exactly..."
Roger nearly erupted with rage, "It means I'm not some pinko communist who wants to strip men of their rights."
Henry laughed, "No, you just want to strip them of their livelihood and make them live as peasant serfs to get you rich... Why do you collect feudal taxes from them?"
Roger turned to Will, "If his kind were in power, our family would be working on some pig farm in Cuba."
Roger then turned back to Henry to answer him, "I have a God given right to do so."
Henry laughed, pointing up, "Again with the made up spooks in the sky..."
Roger sighed as he said what he figured was the best thing to say, "If you don't like it in Mississippi, then just fucking leave. Nobody is stopping you."
Henry shook his head, "No, I like it here..."
Roger pointed out the blaring hypocrisy, "Socialist only when it suits you? Afraid to live in some destitute commie shithole? For a person who has benefited so well from a capitalist system, you seem really hell bent on destroying it."
Henry shrugged again, "Meh, what do you want me to say? Who wants to live like a peasant, well tell me, who?"
Roger spat on the ground in front of Henry, glaring at him, "You disgust me."
Henry shook his head, and took William's hand, saying, "Come on Willy boy, let's let Adolf here sit and think about how to bore himself..."
Henry ushered William along toward the door. William was way too drunk to realize what was going on, and he just let Henry guide him along.
Both of the girls followed close behind Henry. Lucille had turned around to say, "Bye Roger, if you decide to stop being gay, call me..."
Roger scoffed, "Leave."
Henry and William were now in the hallway near the door to the side parking lot.
Roger walked up and grabbed Will's arm, "You aren't taking him anywhere."
Henry pulled back, "What do you mean? Again, who the fuck are you to tell him how to live his life? He's my brother, I'm older than you, I know what's better for him!"
Roger almost immediately said, “He’s going home…”
Henry smiled, "Exactly, we all are..." He turned to the two girls, "We're going to their home..."
Roger shook his head, "He's going back to Stalingrad to sleep off this alcohol you gave him."
Henry then packed his mouth full of a leaf form of cocaine, strictly forbidden from importation, and looked to the door, before saying to Roger, "Now mein fuhrer, would you mind unhanding my brother?"
Roger fired back, "Well, Comrade, He's not going anywhere with you."
Henry stood up taller as he tried to get more eye-to-eye with Roger, "Oh he's not eh? Why not? Do you want him to take after mommy or daddy, and be a picture perfect boy? You know something though, it was all lie, you know dad, he seems like he's fucking his way through the phonebook... Mom was a rotten whore, did you know that Roger, eh little brother, did you know that?"
Henry sighed, said, "You know something... Fuck you... You're not the boss of me..." Then without warning he dove at Roger, striking him as hard as he could in the stomach... He was obviously nervous as hell when he realized the blow had no appreciable affect....
Roger punched him in his side breaking a rib, he then pushed him back into the wall.
Henry rubbed his side, muttering loudly under his breath, "You fucking bastard!" He tried to get free from being pushed against the wall, he started flailing aimlessly at Roger, unable to land a blow. He was shouting, "Roger, get off me, let me go, Goddamnit, let me go!"
Roger smiled as he said, "You have twelve pairs of ribs, one isn't going to kill you."
Henry gasped in pain, "Please, Roger... Get off me..."
Roger let him go.
Henry ran off out the door, too embarrassed to stick around.
Lucille went after him, not bothered by the fact he couldn't fight, she was interested in his fighting skills.
Anastasia turned back to Roger, "Hey, you sure you don't want to come back to my house? Last chance..."
Roger shook his head, "Get going."
She sighed, turned and left.

As she was leaving, she passed George in the hall, she looked at him and grinned, he grinned back and whispered as they passed by each other, "I officially get out at 4 pm today, detention. But fuck that, I’m not going, matter of fact I’m skipping out in about twenty minutes… Wait for me by my car if you'd like a good time in a while..."
He then slapped her on the butt.
She blushed and went to go wait by his car.
George walked up to Roger, frowning as he inquired, "Hey Roger, what's wrong?"
Roger was rubbing his knuckles, "Did you know Henry was a commie?"
George shrugged, "So what do I care, let him do what he wants, his life, isn't it?"
Roger recognized right away that doctrine of the destruction of nations, the so-called, “Live and let live” the tolerance of evil, the tolerance of perversion and moral corruption. He had no idea at the time though, that the DISFB was currently the main driving force, so they could convince people “Jewish Bolshevism” was a serious enough threat to warrant a permanent police state. Well there was already basically permanent martial law, these DISFB operations were just intended to bring constantly renewed justification to what they were doing.
George suddenly could tell William was drunk. He chuckled, "Ah Roger, you got little Will drunk, eh? Bout time, eh?"
Roger scoffed, "Was Henry's doing."
George motioned by craning his neck towards the door the two girls had just left, "Hey Roger, them girls back there, what was up with that? It seemed that the one would have fucked you... Why didn't you go for it?"
Roger sighed, he didn’t want to explain this yet again, but he was more than willing to reaffirm his position verbally, "I'm not interested in screwing some random girl. I'm waiting for that one special one, ya know?"
George shrugged, "So nobody will care if along the way, while waiting, you have a good time, you know what I mean? No harm with a few previews before the show, you know? Nothing wrong with reading a few magazines in the book store while thinking about what book to get... Go out there and have a bit of fun once in a while."
Roger shook his head, quick to reply, "Nah...."
George gave him a, "You're a prude" stare before he said, "Come on, hell, we both know none of those girls are good for marrying, hell, I'll be marrying Isabel in a few years, sure she's my cousin, but really, as soon as I can successfully argue it with dad, you know... But in the meanwhile, why not have a bit of a good time, you know?"
Roger sighed, not sure what to say, so he said the first thing that came to his mind, "These Mississippian girls aren't interesting."
George laughed, a very amusing thought, Roger and a foreign woman. He just had to ask, "What do you mean? Are you going to get yourself some foreign girl, is that it?"
Roger shrugged.
George smiled, "Hey, you know something, I think there are some exchange students here... You want me to introduce you and help get you in the clear to get some Russian pussy?"
Roger shook his head, not interested at all, "I think I can find my own woman."
George chuckled, "Not woman Roger, women... There are literally dozens of girls here who are just basically waiting in line for you to do them... Don't pass it by..."
Meanwhile, William had staggered over to a garbage can, threw up in it, and then collapsed on the floor.
Roger picked Will up and sat him in a chair, "This is all Henry's doing."
George frowned, "Come on, Henry is an okay guy... He's your brother... He's my brother."
Roger stated the obvious, "He's an atheist communist."
Just then, the warning bell rang; the classes would change in five minutes. Roger didn't want anybody to see William like this; he had to get him out of here fast. George looked around, wondering what to say, he just said the first thing he could think of, "Hey, he's a good kid, you know? I mean hell, Henry and I have had a rather good time with the ladies before, you do know there is more than one way to skin a cat and more than one way to fuck a gal, you know what I mean?"
Roger picked Will up, "Just be careful."
George was confused, "What do you mean?"
Roger sighed, thinking it was obvious, "Nothing."
George persisted, he wanted to know, "Really, what? Tell me..."
Roger finally just was open with it, "Like I said, He's a commie, so there is no telling what he will do."
George shrugged again, "So what, he's a good guy, I like him... Hey if I didn't like him I wouldn't let him help me out when whatever gal I'm with wants another man... Well er... Never mind that, just forget I mentioned that... But he's a good guy."
Roger sighed, "Help me get William home, he's drunk."
George nodded his head and helped Roger lift William up.
As they were leaving, a young girl of about fifteen came walking up to Roger. She was very cute, but seemed upset and nervous, she tapped him on the arm, "Mr. Fabus, sir... Can I ask a favor please?"
Roger was somewhat suspicious at first, "What?"
She frowned, a bit embarrassed, "Please tell your brother Henry to stop bothering me... I don't want to sleep with him..."
Roger quickly agreed, "I'll see what I can do."
She smiled, quickly said, "Thank you..." and then left to get back to studying.
George shook his head, "Roger, honestly, you don't like Henry, do you?"
Roger honestly didn’t know, "I'm not sure."
George helped Roger carry William out to Roger's car, a 1981 Cadillac Eldorado. Roger realized he had to get some books out of his locker, he'd left them back inside.
Roger looked back at the building, "I have to go back inside for a sec. I'll be back in a flash."
George nodded his head, "Yeah, sure, I'll get the car started, don't worry... I'll be here..."
Roger went back inside and headed for his locker.

Back inside, Roger walked by a drinking fountain where Eleanor was taking a drink. Some boy came up behind her and slapped her on the butt, chuckling, "Hey Eleanor, nice legs, when do they open?"
Eleanor turned around and frowned, "Get out of here..."
The boy chuckled, "Ah come on, you're just like your dad aren't you, you’d love a good time, admit it..."
Roger immediately kicked the boy in the back of the knee, making him drop the floor. Roger then took him and smashed him into the nearby locker, "Don't dare talk to her like that."
The boy shook his head, trying to get Roger off him, he was shouting, "What the fuck, I didn't mean anything by it!"
Eleanor stood back, looking at Roger, whispering loudly, "Thank you..."
Roger made his demands clear with one word, "Apologize."
The boy shook his head all the more rapidly; "I didn't mean anything by it... Why do I need to say sorry?"
Roger shouted, "Do it!"
The boy turned his head towards Eleanor, Roger still twisting his arm and pressing him against the locker. He frowned and looked down as he said only, "Sorry..."
Eleanor stepped forward, slapped him hard across the face, and with a smile, said, "Apology accepted, now get lost, pig..."
Roger let him go.
At that moment one of the school security guards came walking down the hall. He looked at Roger, releasing a boy whom he had just been shoving against a locker. The guard walked close to Roger and sighed as he demanded to know, "What was going on here?"
Roger quickly explained, "That boy insulted my sister."
The guard shrugged, "So what? Is this a lawless society?"
The boy shook his head, "I did no such thing!"
Roger fired back with a quick, and truthful answer, "I say that you did."
The boy chuckled, "Oh well, I say you're a fucking loser... Faggot..." He then turned and started to walk away.
The guard sighed and walked the opposite way, not wanting to make an issue over this.
Roger picked up a book off the floor and threw it at the boy's head.
The book impacted hard against the boy and sent him flying down the hall, onto the floor, he was left unconscious.
Roger nodded, "Those math books get heavier each year."
Eleanor walked over to Roger and hugged him, patting him on the back, saying, "Thank you Roger."
Roger smiled, saying, "No problem."
Eleanor then picked her stuff back up and gave Roger another hug before she went off back to class.
Roger continued to his locker.
There was a group of poor kids that somehow had managed to get enrolled in the school, standing around and talking by their lockers. One shook his head, "No, that's not rape... If they don't say no it's not rape, it doesn't count as rape..."
One of the other ones said, "But the law is clear, if somebody is trashed out of their mind, they can't consent, they're like, ineligible to..."
The last kid shook his head, "Fuck that, people that drunk, well hell, they're just asking for trouble..."
One of them laughed a bit, "You know, I'd bet if you want to know for sure about the laws regarding fucking, ask Curtis Fabus, some leader he is, fucks anything that moves."
One of them shook their head, "How would you know?"
The kid quickly replied, "Hell, talk to his son, Henry, he'll clue you in..."
Roger decided to get involved in the discussion, he smiled as he walked closed to them, saying, "Henry is a lying communist."
The three boys casually turned around, one said, "What did you say?"
Roger immediately repeated himself, "Henry, he's a commie and an atheist too."
One kid shrugged his shoulders, "So what, who cares, let him do that..."
Roger had for a while been sensing a general moral decay amongst the sons of the most elite of the upper class, and parts of the lower class. He traced this to the fact there hadn't been a really, "Good" war in a few years, a war to remind the people the price of security and morality.
Roger sighed, "That's the exact attitude that led to the breakup of the United States."
One kid looked confused, "The who what now?"
The other piece of poor trash slapped the boy upside the head, saying, "Duh you idiot, the land Columbus discovered!"
Roger was amazed by their idiocy, "The United States, the nation that used to encompass a large part of North America a few decades ago."
One of them started to laugh, "Oh, well ain't you just ever so fucking smart, boy...."
Roger frowned, "Watch you tongue, knave."
The boy suddenly drew out a switchblade and flipped the blade open... He beckoned for Roger to make the first move.
Roger clenched his fists and went into a fighting stance.
Suddenly two SRG appeared out of nowhere, both armed with MP-5s, one asked, "Sir, do you require assistance?"
Roger grinned, not even turning to look at them as he said, "No, I'm fine."
The two guards stood back as the boy lunged headlong at Roger.
Roger stepped to the side and tripped the boy with his leg. The boy fell to the ground, the knife flew across the floor.
The boy struggled to crawl towards the knife, he finally managed to get his hand right near it.
Roger stepped on the boy's hand, leaned over and picked up the knife.
The other two boys pulled out their own knives, one advancing on Roger's right, another on his left.
The boy on the ground gasped in pain, "Get off my hand! You just broke every bone in my hand! get off!"
Roger said "Hardly seems fair." and then folded the knife and put it in his pocket, "There, I think this is a fair fight now."
The two boys looked at him for a second, and then each dropped their knife and ran off as fast as they could.
The boy on the ground was crying now, "Please, get off my hand!"
Roger picked those up too and removed his foot from the boy's hand.
The SRG looked to Roger, the corporal asked, "Should we detain him, sir?"
Roger made himself clear, "Let him go."
The two men nodded their heads and pushed the boy to the side of the hall, just as the bell was ringing, it was late, the day was off schedule.

Roger saw Victoria at her locker, being pestered by boys as well, she sighed as she stated the obvious to one of them, "I'm married you idiot... My father already married me to another man, and I'm quite happy with him..."
One of the boys shrugged, "So what, is your husband here now?"
She turned away and went back to filling her locker with the books she was done with, not wanting to reply but knowing she had to say it. She turned back, "No he isn't here, and yes it does matter, now leave..."
Roger handed Victoria one of the knives, "If anybody tries to touch you, use this."
The boy looked at Roger, and nervously smiled, "Hey Roger, how are you?"
Roger shrugged, "I have been better."
The boy nodded his head, "Yeah, I hear you... Anything I could do to help you, sir?"
Roger thought it was quite obvious, but said it anyway, "Leave my sister alone, perhaps?"
The boy quickly nodded his head again, "Oh... I didn't realize I was bothering her... I'm... I... I'm sorry."
Roger frowned, sort of motioning for the boy to move along, "Well, you were bother her, so go."
The boy immediately walked away, backwards, until he bumped into the opposite wall, at which time he spun around, facing the direction down the hall, and ran off.
Victoria looked over to Roger, smiling, "Thanks again Roger, why can't these spoiled sons of robber barons ever learn, not interested means not interested? I really hate how dad made all those losers nobles, they're not part of the 1984 group... They're just losers."
Roger nodded, "I know."
Victoria sighed, "Having money isn't that same as being noble... These people are low class in manners and attitudes, very low... I can't stand it here. God, we need another war to sort out the men from the immature pricks, forgive my language."
Roger nodded his head, "I agree. A war to separate the wheat from the chaff."
She frowned, "Oh well, I'm cutting out early, I can't take this... In my next class, the teacher always tries to get me to sleep with him... You ought to beat him up later if you have time..."
That said, she walked off to go get a ride home from the SRG.
Roger proceeded to his locker which was nearby.
As he was getting his books, a girl from his homeroom, came up, dressed rather modestly, but she was still quite attractive. She looked at him for a few seconds before saying, "Roger, I was wondering, are you doing anything this weekend?"
Roger sighed, "No, not really."
She smiled, "I was wondering if you'd like to do something? Maybe go hunting? I heard you like to hunt..."
Roger sighed again, "I don't know...."
She nodded her head, she had heard Roger was rather shy and suspicious of basically anybody but William, Eleanor, and Victoria. She finished collecting her books, handed him her phone number on a paper, and said, "If you want to go, then... Call me... Take care."
She quickly walked off to her next class.
After he got his books, he left the school, walking back to his car, George was nowhere in sight, but William had been laid down on the back seat, with his backpack resting behind his head.
Roger looked over across the parking lot, he saw George's car parked behind a utility shed nearby, it was shaking.
Roger put the books in the trunk, walked to the driverside of the car and honked the horn.
George looked up from what, or more accurately, who, he was doing. He rolled down the window and shouted to Roger, "What is it Roger?"
Roger frowned, shouting back, "Hurry up."
George shook his head, shouting again, "Roger, I'll see you later at home, either tonight or early tomorrow morning... I'm busy, and will be busy..."
George rolled his window back up and went back to what he was doing.
Roger sighed.
In the back of his own car, William sighed as he rubbed his head, barely coherent as he asked, "Roger... Where... What... What going on?"
Roger frowned, not sure what to say, not wanting to worry him, so he just said something simple, "Nothing."
William shook his head lightly, "I feel sick..." He said, as he clutched his stomach.
Roger pulled him forward so his head was hanging over the side of the door.
William smiled, weakly said, "Thank you for getting me away from Henry... I hate him..." before he threw up, spitting bile and pinkish chunks onto the pavement. Roger then helped him get back into a comfortable position. After which, William promptly fell asleep.

That's what I'm aiming for, I want everybody to be able to see a little bit of their own schooling experience in this. Since I subscribe to the belief that schools today are nothing more than "cesspools of sin" in that you pay them to brainwash and sexualize your children, and then you have to thank them by continuing to pay them. In some states you can't legally home school (Who is more qualified to raise YOUR kids, you? or complete strangers with an agenda?)

I couldn't agree more, that's why I'm home schooled :)

Roger had just gotten the drunk William home, Curtis was walking in the front door of the house, a woman hanging on each arm, both were giggling and blushing. Women being a relative term, they were "women" under the law, but neither of them was a day older than eighteen, fortunately Curtis had changed the laws a while ago so he could sleep with any woman aged sixteen and up, who was, of course, willing. And there were scarcely any females in Mississippi who didn't want to sleep with him. Over a decade of a cult of personality had assured they considered him something of a living god.
Curtis turned to Roger, seeing him carrying William in, and said, "Dang Roger, what happened? He get slugged out in a fight?"
Roger sighed, "More like drunk off his ass."
Curtis chuckled, "Ah, hell, the boy's growing up too fast, anyway... How would my boy, Roger, like to have some fun..." he motioned at the two women, then said, "You know Roger, there are two of them here, and there is only one of me..."
Roger shook his head, "Nah, I'm alright."
Curtis frowned, "You sure Roger? I mean..." He leaned over and whispered to him, "Are you blind?"
Roger frowned back, "I see them, I'm just not interested."
Curtis nodded his head, "Yeah, I guess so... Well, hey, have you seen Henry or George around?"
Roger shrugged his shoulders, "Last I saw, they were at school."
Curtis looked over at the clock, "What the hell? School has been over for a while, wonder what could be keeping them..."
Roger offered a suggestion that both he and Curtis knew to be false, "They are probably occupied with after class work."
Curtis nearly laughed, "Yeah right... And I'm the king of England..." He grinned, "Maybe someday though..." He quickly looked back to Roger, "Anyway, these ladies and I have.... hmmm... uhhh... business, yes, business, to attend to..."
That said, he and the two women walked off upstairs to the second floor, and to Curtis's main bedroom.
Suddenly the phone started to ring. Roger looked over by the phone, William was unconscious on the couch by the door, the one Roger had set him on. The phone was ringing, he wasn't sure if he should care.
Roger picked up the phone, "Hello?"
It was a woman on the other end, she seemed polite enough, saying, "Hello sir, is this the Fabus residence? Is this Roger Fabus?"
Roger nodded his head, "Yea, you got him.”
She smiled as she took out her pen and readied to write things down, hopefully answers to the questions, if he was willing to give them. "Sir, my name is Alice Carrion, I work for the government of Seryown and in the interests of bettering national relations, I'd like to ask you some questions about your recent combat in Chechnya, if you don't mind that is... Do you mind, sir?"
Roger sighed, "Yea, sure...."
She smiled and started to ask, "Okay, now, were you in the Russian armed forces, or white paramilitaries, you know, that Volunteer Guard outfit? Is it true that Genocide Johnny Tallmadge was there also?"
Roger shrugged, saying only, "Uh huh."
She frowned, "Uh huh to what? Were you in the Russian armed forces or Volunteer Guard?"
Roger reluctantly answered, "I was there in the Volunteer Guard, and yes, Tallmadge was there."
Alice nodded and wrote it down, "Yes, I see... Tell me, how many civilians and non-combatants were killed under the commander of John Tallmadge, and how about under your command?"
Roger had to “correct” her, even though he knew full well many civilians died under his and Tallmadge’s orders, "You mean, how many rebels were killed?"
She hesitantly and cautiously asked, "Mr. Fabus, is this line secure?"
Roger nodded his head, "As secure as they get."
She spoke in a whisper, "I had to ask it like that, it's how they told me to ask... But just between the two of us, I support entirely, what your government is doing there... And I think you're a very brave, and if I might add a personal comment, handsome, young man, for going there into such danger..."
Roger smiled, "Well.. thanks."
She smiled as well, "So tell me, what was it like there? I mean, I can imagine it wasn't pleasant, or was it? I've never killed anybody, but I guess I have to admit, if I had to kill anybody, I'd prefer it be race traitors or communists..."
Roger shuddered at the memories, "Well, it was cold."
She nodded her head, saying, "Yes, go on... I'd like to hear more."
Roger explained it to her, through his eyes, although he didn’t give much credit to the Chechens, but then again, the Chechens were basically helpless before the might of Mississippi, most of their successes were against demoralized and faltering Russian units. He said, "Well, the rebels are using outdated soviet equipment so, unless they were former military, they are amateurs when operating the equipment. But even amateurs can deal a decent amount of damage, so the best idea is to stay low."
She had to ask, "So, what sort of rifle did you use..." She was quick to add, "I bet you're an expert with it, right?"
Roger smiled, thoughts of the rifle made him cheerful, "The M-14B. Oh, I was known to pick off my fair share of enemies."
Alice giggled, "I can only imagine..." She the said, "So tell me, was it really difficult fighting there? I mean were you afraid? Were there lots of enemies around all the time?"
Roger explained it just as it was, the total truth, "Well, extensive years under a communist system tends to demoralize and poorly equip a military. The Russians fought honorably, but they suffered badly. The Mississippi soldiers suffered little."
Alice nodded her head, "Hmmm, I see... Now on to other matters, could I ask you a few personal questions?"
Roger was all too happy to answer, he seemed to insist, "Sure, go ahead..."
Her first question, "I have to wonder, what it's like to be one of the most powerful commanders in Mississippi... I mean you are a top official working for your father, yes?"
Roger nodded his head, answering simply, "Yes."
She smiled, "Okay, so tell me, do you get along well with your brothers or sisters or is there rivalry?"
Roger tried to be delicate with this issue, "Well, there are always rivalry on some level. I like to think that my siblings get along well with me."
Alice nodded her head, "Yes, I see... So tell me, what sort of car do you drive? I mean your favorite car, I've heard you have a lot of cars..."
Roger smiled, "Well, I have many cars, but I like my Cadillac Eldorado '81 the best."
Alice smiled as well, "Wow, really? That's a great car... A real fine vehicle, and made to last, you know? It's not some jap crap..."
Roger added, "Made here in North America."
She smiled again, "Ah, yes indeed, a very good car... So one last thing, and this is strictly between you and I, I was just curious, I've heard rumors... I'm just curious... Your father, from what I've heard, is a big man, if you know what I mean... I was just wondering, how big are you?"
Roger grinned, "I could conduct an extensive shock and awe campaign, if you get what I mean."
Alice giggled, "Hmmm... I think I do get what you mean...Hmmm, actually, one last thing, if I email you a book I'm working on, will you take a look at it for me? I don't think I could ever publish it here, it'd be the end of me... But perhaps you might take a look at it?"
Roger looked over at the clock, then turned his attention back to the conversation, "Of course."
Alice seemed quite happy to hear that, "Thank you, Mr. Fabus... I have to go now, perhaps we can talk later?"
Roger smiled "Yes, I would like that."
Alice smiled as well, "Yes, I would too... Well good bye Mr. Fabus, and may God watch over you and your nation..."
She then hung up, as her boss was coming.
Roger put the phone down.

A few minutes later, and his computer screen was flashing, he had received an email. It was a large file, since she had emailed him a copy of the 600 pages of her book she'd written thus far. She was planning to write about 1000 or more pages, it was mostly on racial issues around the world, about 200 of the pages were on Mississippi, South Africa, and Argentina, and racial and political issues there. It was incredibly pro-Mississippian, praising the revolutionary government and the MNFP, citing crime statistics before racial law, and after racial law, IQ data, mountains of evidence gathered by thousands of scientists.
Roger left hints and comments, most of the book was well written and required no editing.
Roger spent the next five hours reading over the pages, managing to read all of them in that time. A few minutes after he finished reading it, as though by coincidence, his instant messenger popped up. His name was, "MostExaltedWhiteness" (his childhood nickname that stuck), he was being messaged by Alice, "SeryaNationalistWoman", the first thing she said was, "Hello, this is Roger, right? This is Alice... Did you get to read any of it yet?"
Roger typed, "Yes, I finished it. Well written, well written indeed."
She was impressed, typing, "Very good Mr. Fabus, I'm impressed, you read that very fast... Did you like it?"
Roger replied, "I enjoyed it very much. If you want to earn a law degree by the age of 14, you have to learn and read fast."
She smiled, typing, "Yes, I heard about that... Tell me, if I email you a few questions on legal and economic matters, could you help me on them? I need a bit of help with some questions for my research for ethnology... I have required classes I need to take care of."
Roger typed back, "Well, I'll be happy to give you some pointers."
She quickly emailed him the questions she had problems with, mostly she didn't know how to answer them without setting off the red flags with the Marxists in her nations. The truth was a right-wing truth; she could just lie and tell them what they wanted to hear. But she wasn't sure what to do.
She asked him, "What should I do? Just tell them what they want to hear?"
Roger replied, "I would suggest that, considering the political atmosphere in your nation. I would hate for you to come to harm. Besides, deep down, you know the truth. They cannot take that away from you."
Suddenly Roger heard the all-too familiar voice in his head, asking, "Roger... Are you there, Roger?"
Roger said "Not now, go away, I'm busy."
He didn't seem to notice the screen, what she was typing, caught up in listening to the voice as he was, since it seemed not to go away as he said.
The voice persisted, "Roger... Don't you want to know a few things?"
Suddenly he saw an image of a woman in his mind, it was Alice, somehow he knew it. Whatever was talking to him, had just shown him what she looked like, stunningly beautiful, perfect in every way.
The voice then said, "She'll one day work for your government, having a very important position, very powerful as well..."
Roger nodded.
He looked back at the screen, she noticed he hadn't said anything for a few minutes, and so she typed, "Roger, are you okay? Are you there?"
Roger typed, "Sorry, I'm back."
The voice continued in his head, "You want her, Roger, don't you?"
Roger sighed, "Ye...Yea... why?"
The voice was quick to add, "But Roger, what about your morals and ethics? Surely, you don't want somebody you aren't married to, do you?"
Roger waved his hand, "Leave me. Cease this torment."
The voice sighed, "Fine... If you don't want my guidance and advice... But know this, you may or may not get her, we'll have to wait and see what happens, won't we?"
Alice had typed again, "Roger, are you gone again?"
Roger typed, "I'm here. I was just side tracked."
She typed, "Ah, okay, are you not well? Are you okay?"
Roger typed, "I'm fine."
She typed a smiling face, and then "Good to hear."
She then typed, "So, Roger, you haven't seen my picture yet, have you?" She initiated a file send, it was a picture of her in camoflauge clothing, the picture was about a year old, she was 18 in it and she on a horse in the woods. There were a few people in the background, white males wearing camo and holding Fn-Fal rifles.
Roger typed, "Stunning."
She smiled, "So, you like it? Oh, by the way, the men in the background, my cousin is on the far left there, and the other four men are his friends, two of them are recon commandos..."
Roger replied, "Ah... so are you married... I mean.... are you seeing anyone?"
She typed a frown face and two words, "Unfortunately, yes."
Roger "Ah..... I see."
She typed another frown, and then, "Yeah... What can I say, father said I was marrying him, there was no real argument, well there was, but I guess I was rather foolish to think I could stand a chance against my father in a fist fight... Which is what it came to after I tried to argue the matter with him."
Roger typed, "Well, do you like the guy?"
She shook her head, as she typed, "Not at all... I don’t even know where he is, the last time I heard from him was about two months ago, he was deployed somewhere in the Middle East, but he hardly writes... He's probably drunk..."
Roger typed back, "Oh."
Alice typed another frown, "Yeah, what else can I say... It was either marry him or else my father wasn't lying, I would have wound up in the hospital, no real argument there, you know?"
Roger typed, "What? He beats you?"
She typed another frown, and then, "sadly, yes..."
Roger quickly suggested, "Well, I like this book. I could have it published for you, if you want...."
She typed, "I don't know, if my government found out...."
Roger offered an idea, "We could use a fake name."
She typed a smile, "Great idea..."
Roger then added, "When you finish it, send it here and we can publish it for you."
She typed another smile, "Thank you Roger, that's so nice of you... You seem to be a very nice guy."
Roger typed a happy smiled, and then said, "Anytime. I hope to meet you someday."
She typed a grin, "Hmmmm... Maybe...."
Roger quickly typed back, "Yes, maybe."
Roger then printed out a copy of her photo.
Suddenly the voice returned, "I bet you want to do more than just meet her, eh?"
Roger said "Listen, shes just a friend.... just a friend."
The voice replied, "For now at least, but I know you Roger, you want more... Don't you..."
Roger sighed, "Yes... yes, I do."
The voice replied again, "Hmm, well Roger, maybe one day you will, eh?"
Roger nodded his head, "Maybe, someday."
Alice was typing again, "Roger, are you okay? You seem to be absent a lot... You're not drunk, are you?"
Roger typed, "Not lately."
She typed a smile back, "Hmmm, not lately, eh?"
Alice typed again after about a minute of no replies, "Roger... Are you there?"
Roger "Yea. Since you sent a picture of yourself, I'm sending a picture of myself to you."
Roger attached a picture of himself in a handsome Republican Guard uniform.
Alice looked at the picture and smiled, immediately typing, "Wow..."
Roger asked, "You like it?"
She typed a sly smile, "Very much so... Mr. Fabus."
Roger replied simply with a smiley face.
Alice typed back, "I really would like to meet you someday, Mr. Fabus... Would you like that?"
Roger replied, "I would love that."
Alice replied with just a smile, and then a few seconds later typed, "So you're in the Republican Guard Horse Cavalry? I recognize cavalry insignia on your uniform."
Roger replied, "Yep."
She typed back, "Hmm, so you like a good ride then, eh?" with a sly smile.
Roger replied, "Heh. Yes..."
Alice typed a somewhat depressed smile, "Well Roger, I'm sorry, but I've got to run, I have work to do, we can talk later though, yes?"
Roger typed back, "Of course."
She typed a rather happy smile.
Suddenly somebody came walking into his room, it was Eleanor, she was visibly upset, saying, "Roger, are you busy? Can we talk for a bit? Well, I mean, will you follow me..."
Roger shrugged, "What's wrong?"
Eleanor sighed, "It's father, do you know what he's up to right now?"
Roger nodded his head, "I have a pretty good idea, why?"
Eleanor frowned, "Oh, just wondering... Never mind then... Oh by the way, you have a few messages, some of the Stahlecker women have called here, I believe four to be exact... Also, Helga Thaller, you know, Dieter's daughter, called, wondering if you wanted to meet with her later..."
Roger knew Helga Thaller's reputation, she was in the Diplomatic Corps, which wasn't good as far as he was concerned.
Roger sighed, "I'll deal with them later."
Wilhelm Ernst once said, "If you wanted to count the number of men Helga's father has had her fuck, you'd better get a calculator..."
Eleanor nodded her head, said, "Okay, well take care Roger, sleep well... Speaking of which, it's late, you'd better to get to bed, oh William is sleeping peacefully in his bed, I had the SRG carry him upstairs."
Roger nodded, "Ok."
Eleanor walked up and hugged him tightly, saying, "God Bless you Roger, thank you for being there for me and the rest of us... I know you love father, and can't really accept he often isn't there... Although we both know he tries..."
Roger nodded, "I know."
Eleanor kissed him on the cheek and then left the room, saying, "Sleep well then..."
Roger turned around and saw Alice had typed one last message, "Take care Roger, we'll talk again soon..." and then logged off.
Roger closed the chat window and logged off.
He looked over at his phone, the ringer and messenger were off, but he could see he had at least 12 messages.
Roger decided to leave those for the next day. He stood up, went to his bed and laid down.

In the morning, when his alarm went off at 6, he didn't much feel like getting up, since he'd been online talking with Alice till about 2, and he really didn't want to go to school today, it would probably just be a waste anyway. But still, Roger figured he might as well go in late, but he didn't need to go in now, there was nothing important happening.
About five minutes later, William came into his room, rubbing his head, he was clearly hung over. He looked at Roger, still lying in bed, and said, "Roger, you gotta get up, school..."
Roger covered his face with a pillow and mumbled, "Ugh, fine....."
William sighed, "Fine, if you don't want to go, well you really don't need to do you?" he was quick to correct himself, "Wait, you need to be there at least by 10, to turn in your essay, right?"
Roger was a bit puzzled at first, "Essay? Oh... yea... that essay."
William nodded his head, "Yeah, I think I'll go in late today, I'll come wake you up at 8:30, and that ought to give you plenty of time to get ready, right?"
Roger mumbled, "Uh huh."
William turned and left the room.
Promptly at 8:30, Roger felt William tapping his shoulder, whispering, "Roger, wake up, wake up..."
William then left to go get ready to get to school, late, but still, he really didn't care.
Roger kicked off his sheets and sighed as he sat up from bed and headed for the shower room.
After a quick shower, he had decided to check his email, and he remembered he still had to print out a copy of his 20 page essay on the history of the Hundred Years War and the greater implications and consequences the war had on the development of Europe.
He'd have to leave no later than 9:40 to get to school by 10:00.
As he was printing out the paper, his instant messenger came up, it was Alice, asking, "How are you, Roger?"
Roger typed, "Just woke, how are you?"
She typed back, "Fine, lunch break here, not much going on..."
She then typed a suspicious smile, asking, "Shouldn't you be in school today?"
Roger typed "I'm leaving as soon as I get finished printing."
Alice typed back, "Ah, I see, so you're going in late today, eh?"
Roger responded, "I'll get there when I get there."
Alice sent a laughing face, saying, "Ah, yeah, I remember how school was... I hated it... But of course it was either get there on time or else... You know?"
Roger typed, "Heh... well, I don't have to worry about an 'or else'..."
Alice sighed as she typed a frown, "Well the "or else" was hassling me today... I wish he was dead, I feel guilty wishing that, but I can't stand him... The way he is mean to me is one thing, but to mother also... I really hate him."
Roger typed, "Oh.... sorry to hear that."
Alice typed a frown again, "That's okay, it's not your fault..."
Roger's essay finished printing, but it was still only 8:50, he didn't really have to leave until about 9:40. He was away stapling the papers together. A message was flashing after he'd been gone for a few minutes collecting and putting the papers in order, asking, "Roger, are you still there?"
Roger came back to the computer, "Yea, I'm here."
Alice typed a smile, adding, "Good to hear."
She then typed, "Well, do you have to be getting to school? I don't want to keep you if you have places to go..."
Roger replied, "I can stay and chat for a few more minutes."
Alice typed back, "Thanks... I'm not really feeling well today, you know what I mean? Tell me, do you have a normal, or at least, semi-normal, nice father?"
Roger typed. "Er... yea.... he's pretty normal, I guess."
Alice typed back, "Count yourself lucky then..."
Roger typed, "What does your father do to you?"
She shuddered as she typed, "He has before, just outright beat me until either he gets too tired to keep hitting me, mother convinces him to stop, or I pass out... As awful as that sounds, that's the truth... That and he has thrown things at me, glasses, plates, he threw a chair a few times."
Roger replied, "Oh...."
She then typed, "And worst of all, he made me stand outside in the winter once, totally naked, when I was 17, he said it was too teach me a lesson... What lesson, I don't know..."
Alice then continued with, "The worst thing of it is that my mother never really did much to stop it, but I guess she couldn't, she got it worse in some ways... I just wish he'd die and that would be the end of it..."
Roger typed, "Why don't you run away or something?"
She typed a frown, saying, "Nowhere to go... Where would I go?"
Roger thought the answer was obvious, "Well.... here. Mississippi."
Alice shook her head typing, "But I'm not a Mississippian, I wouldn't fit in... Besides, mother needs me here..."
Roger nodded his head, typing, "Oh."
Alice sighed and typed, "Anyway, I don't even think I could get out of the country, let alone get into Mississippi, don't you have very tight borders and immigration laws? And then that doesn't even get into the fact I'd probably be sleeping on the bench at the immigration center..."
Roger was quick to type, "I could pull some strings..."
Alice shrugged, typing back "I don't know... I mean, your laws in Mississippi aren't very friendly towards women, it's almost as bad as they are here... Isn't it?"
Roger thought for a minute, and then typed, "We punish those who beat women. We often go out of our way to protect women and children from harm."
Alice nodded her head, typing, "That may be so, but women can't own property in Mississippi, can they?"
Roger was a bit confused about why that mattered to her so much, so he typed, "Why would they need too?"
Alice sighed, typing a frown, and then, "Don't you get it, Roger?"
She then typed, "If we had something of our own, and were being abused, we wouldn't be forced, out of necessity, to stay in it... Don't you see that?"
Roger typed back, "You shouldn’t have to worry about property."
Alice sighed, typing another frown, "Why not? Shouldn't we be allowed the option to own land if we wish to?"
Roger typed, "Women don't need land, it would just be a hassle for them. Owning land can be very tiring and time consuming."
Alice sighed again, shocked Roger couldn't see things from her perspective, typing, "Yes, that may be, but who is to say men are inherently better suited to handle such matters? Should not women, if they wish, be allowed the choice to own land or not?"
Roger typed, "What with the taxes and tending to the estates... You wouldn’t have much time to tend to children and cook."
She was quite a bit upset at that, "What? Cooking, tending children? Roger, please tell me that isn't all you think women are good for..."
Roger shook his head, typing, "Of course not, women are also good for company and such."
Alice frowned, "So, we're just something pretty to keep around and talk to when men are feeling bored?"
Roger quickly typed, "They are companions."
Alice was tapping her foot as she typed, "So, women can't have a life outside of a man? Basically we're nothing unless we have some association with a man (ie. a husband, and then having children)... Correct me if I'm wrong, you're saying a woman who isn't a mother and wife is basically nothing?"
Roger typed "And men who don't have a wife and kids aren’t much either."
Alice sighed, "Roger, you're avoiding the question... Let me ask you this, I'm at work right now, as a member of the foreign ministry... What do you think of that?"
Roger quickly typed, "Of what, you working for another government? I think you are working for a wrong side."
She sighed again, typing, "No, of my working outside the home in the first place... What do you think of that?"
Roger thought his answer was good enough, "I think you are just trying to avoid your husband."
Alice frowned, "So women that are outside of their home have underlying issues?"
Roger offered his theory in just one word, "Maybe."
Alice typed, "Hmmm, well then maybe I better just stop talking with you and get back home, so I can get over whatever issues are plaguing me, Hmmm?"
Roger sighed, "Well, this argument also overlooks one important fact. Only the nobles own property in Mississippi."
Alice then pasted a clip of one of Roger's speeches on the topic of women, her comments were, "What exactly does this mean, Roger?" the clip was, "Women are a gender plagued by the original sin of Eve. They as a gender, are inherently promiscuous and prone to sin. Thus we can clearly state that women that are given too much freedom are already lost to the forces of whoredom."
Roger quickly typed, "That was a... prewritten speech."
Alice then pulled up some statistics on land ownership, revealing the middle and lower classes owned some, but much less land than the nobles, given their ratio in the population. This basically defeated Roger's notion that only nobles owned land. She pasted the statistics and sent it to him.
Alice frowned, shaking her head, "What do you mean, pre-written? So you sat down ahead of time and put your hatred of women to paper as you thought it out?"
Roger quickly lied, "No, we have people who write the speeches."
Alice then pasted the part that said, "Original speech, written by Roger Fabus, presented by Roger Fabus on September 15th, 1999."
Alice sighed and then typed, "Well, I really would love to stay and chat, but I have to go before I get too many thoughts in my pretty little head, hmmm?"
Roger typed, "Er.... ok...."
Alice shook her head, sighing, and then sent Roger another message; "I take it that you don't have good experiences with women?"
Roger really wanted to know one thing, "So, I can talk to you later?"
Alice didn't really want to talk about gender issues, since she considered him a sexist, but other than that, she did want to talk to him later. She typed only one word, "Yes..."
Roger smiled, typing, "Good.... I best be getting to class."
Alice typed, "Take care, Roger... And try to keep an open-mind about things..."
She then signed off immediately as her boss was coming by.

William came running into the room, shouting, "Roger, we gotta get going!"
Roger grabbed his paper and headed out the door with William.
At school, Roger proceeded right to his history, class, William went to math.
Henry was in Roger's history class, he handed in the 15 page paper Joseph Mladic had written for him.
The teacher, a 22 year old brunette, frowned as she read it, shaking her head before saying, "Mr. Fabus, why didn't you write your own paper?"
Roger wondered if she meant him.
Roger asked, "What do you mean?"
She shook her head, "No, not you Roger, your brother, Henry..."
Henry immediately walked up to her, and shook his head, saying, "No, that can't be, what do you mean?"
She sighed, "See, this is clearly the work of Joseph Mladic, it looks identical to parts of speeches he made over the last month... I can't accept this paper."
Henry stood next to her, putting a hand on her shoulder, whispering, "How about we talk about it over dinner?"
She giggled and blushed, nodding her head and whispering back, "Okay..."
Roger saw the whole spectacle going on, he sat near her desk.
One of the kids sitting next to Roger, whispered, "Wow, your brother sure has a way of getting good grades, eh?"
Roger sighed, "Can we just get started with class already?"
Henry then whispered a suggestion to the teacher, it was a rather lewd one, Roger heard it all.
The teacher shook her head, saying to the class and Roger, "I have to... I'll be back in ten minutes..."
Henry whispered to her, "Make that twenty..."
She then loudly said, "Twenty minutes... I forgot something in my car..."
She then left the room, about a minute later, Henry excused himself and left.
About twenty minutes later, the teacher, and then about thirty seconds later, Henry, both came walking back into the room.
Everybody was staring, Henry then waved his hand in a dismissive fashion and said, "Class dismissed..."
Everybody left without question, except for Roger.
Henry walked over to Roger and whispered, "Hey, she tells me you've only got a ninety-five percent in this class, why don't you got for a hundred?"
Roger frowned, "Cause I like to earn my grade."
The teacher grinned at Roger and said, "Roger, perhaps you'd like to join your brother Henry and me later tonight?"
Roger shook his head, saying only, "No."
She grinned again, "I'm sure you could earn yourself a rather high grade... Your brother did..."
Roger sighed, "No thanks, I'm fine."
She shrugged, "Oh well, then class dismissed for you too I guess?"
Roger now had 25 minutes to do nothing, and then he had a study hall and lunch next, which he always just used to lift weights in the gym.
Roger stood up and left the room.
Henry left about a minute after Roger did, well that is after he slapped the teacher on the butt and gave her his phone number, saying, "If I don't call you later, call me, I'll be around."

Trying to bench-press 600 pounds, Roger was slipping with the weight, suddenly somebody caught it for him, helping him steady the bar, it was Henry, smiling, "Hey little brother, needed some help there, eh?"
Roger sighed, "Why aren't you off acting as 'teachers aide'?"
Henry continued holding onto the weight, helping Roger with it, saying, "Hmmm, haven't been taking your steroids lately, have you?"
Roger scoffed at him but didn’t know what to say.
Before he could reply, Henry then pressed down on the weight after Roger made that smart ass remark, saying, "Hmmm, you'll really get a good work out now, won't you?" He said this as he put his weight into pressing down the weight onto Roger's chest.
Roger pushed back.
Henry grinned, saying, "Want some help little brother? I did catch it for you, you didn't even thank me..." He then immediately lifted the weight up and set it back in the holders.
Roger sat up, "Thank you."
Henry smiled and patted him on the back, saying, "Don't worry Roger, I'm your brother, I'm here to help, you know that? Whether or not we don't always see eye-to-eye, you're still my brother, yes?"
Roger nodded, "Yea...."
Henry smiled again, "Yeah, glad you know that... So tell me, why didn't you take the teacher up on her offer? She's a looker, eh? And believe me, good pussy too..."
Roger frowned, "Eh, no thanks."
Henry grinned, "Ah come on little brother, tell me, is there any woman you're interested in?"
Roger sighed, "Well, if you must know...."
Roger pulled out the picture of Alice he had printed.
Henry smiled, "Ah, so there is eh? A very good looking gal if I might say so... Hmmm, camo, is she in a militia or something?"
Roger shook his head, he thought he was right, "No."
Henry grinned, "Ah, do you want to get her into bed?"
Roger sighed, "She's married."
Henry shook his head, grinning again, "So, I didn't ask that... I asked, do you want to get her into bed?"
Roger was unsure, "Well... I don't even really know her.... we've never met in person."
Henry nodded his head, "But you want to get to know her better, eh?"
Roger frowned, not wanting to admit defeat, "I don't think I will ever get to meet her."
Henry sighed, "Don't give up so easily, brother, I'm sure you will sooner or later..."
Suddenly the voice in Roger's head said, "Yes, he is right..."
Roger finally told him more, why he felt hopeless over the matter, "She's a foreigner.... Seryown."
Henry nodded his head, "Yeah, so what, you'll meet her someday, you can have dad or Paul arrange it I bet, eh?"
Roger was unsure, "If she can ever get out of that place. Her father and husband beat her alot."
Henry frowned, "Oh... That's... Awful..."
Roger signed, "Yea... yea it is."
Henry looked at his watch, "Well, sorry to cut short here, but I've got to run, class soon... It's one I'm actually doing good in... Take care Roger."
Roger nodded, "See you at home."
Henry patted him on the back, saying as well, "See you at home..." but then adding, "Take care." before he ran off down the hall to get to his next class.
Roger wondered if he ought to go into the library and get on his laptop, see if Alice was around, or if he ought to keep lifting weights, he had about two hours to kill, he could probably talk to her until she had to leave, which would be soon given the time zone differences.

Roger cleaned up and went to the library.
Alice was online, as Roger had hoped.
Immediately he got a message, "Aren't you in school now?"
Roger typed "I have some time to kill, so I decided to see if you were on."
Alice typed a smile and then, "Well, here I am... How are you?"
Roger smiled, typing, "Fine, you?"
Roger looked around for a brief second, and saw George walking out from the back stock room of the library, adjusting his pants. He walked over to Roger and slapped him playfully on the back, saying, "I had a lot of lost books, didn't want to pay the fee or get my grades affected, so I talked it over with the librarian, you know?"
As he was talking, Alice had replied, "Fine, thanks for asking."
George looked down at the monitor, asking him, "Who you talking to Roger?"
Roger shook his head, immediately saying, "Just a friend."
George nodded his head, "Well, you take care then... I'll see you later tonight at home, maybe... Hmmm, wait... I think I've got plans with a few of those Stahlecker girls, boy Roger, they're sure wild, you sure you don't want to come and have a bit of fun?"
As Roger was distracted talking to him, he hadn't replied to the last few things Alice said, she now typed, "Are you there, Roger?"
Roger typed "Mmm hmm."
Alice typed a smile, saying, "Good to hear... You're not busy now, are you?"
George then sighed and said, "So Roger, do you want to go or not?"
Roger typed, "Nope" and turned to George, saying, "I have some things I have to do here."
George nodded his head and then promptly left.
Alice typed, "Okay, good, I don't want to bother you if you're busy... You're sure you're not busy?"
Roger typed "I'm not busy..."
The next thing he knew, a pair of hands were over his eyes, a very feminine and enticing voice said, "Hello, Roger, guess who?" he knew just who it was, Helga Thaller...
Roger sighed, saying, "I'm kinda busy, Helga."
She slid her hands down onto him, one on each shoulder, and started to slowly massage them, as she let her long brown hair dance across the back of his head and neck. She then asked him, in a most innocent and sweet voice, "Roger, where have you been? You didn't return my calls, are you avoiding me?"

Meanwhile, Alice had typed, "Roger, do you travel often? I mean to foreign countries, like in South America?"
Roger frowned, sort of lying, "No, I'm just busy alot."
Roger saw the screen and typed "Sure, sometimes."
Helga sighed and continued to massage his shoulders, asking, “Roger, am I turning you on?"
Roger sighed, "I'm really busssy... I have some work to do."
Alice meanwhile, had typed back, "Great, maybe we can meet in Argentina or Chile sometime, there are going to be some diplomatic meetings there during the next year, that I'll be able to attend."
Roger typed, "Great....."
Helga shook her head as she slid her hands down into his pants, and began to rub him through his undershorts, whispering, "Come on Roger, let's go out to your car?"
Roger was less than thrilled with her suggestion, "No, I'm talking to someone right now."
Helga shook her head, saying, "Roger, how about you talk to them, I'll get under the table and on my knees, would you like that?"
Roger sighed, he just wanted her gone, "No..... just go to your class."
She shook her head, "I don't have a class right now... Come on Roger, I want to suck you off, don't you want that?"
Roger made a suggestion to her, hoping she’d take it, "Just go... go find George or something."
Alice had meanwhile typed, "Roger, are you okay? Are you sure you're not busy?"
Helga shook her head again, whispering in his ear, "I don't want George, I want you, Roger..."
Roger typed, "No, I'm here."
Helga kept rubbing him slowly through his undershorts, she then whispered in his ear as he had just gone hard, "Roger, come on, you know you like it, I can tell you like it... Shall I get down on my knees for you?"
Roger shook his head, trying to make it clear to her, "Listen, I'm busy talking to someone on this computer."
Helga nodded her head, she knew he was busy, but she didn’t want to accept the implications of what he was saying, that was his turning her down, "Yeah, so you keep talking, let me suck you while you're typing, it might relax you and help you type better, huh?"
Alice then typed, "Roger, are you going to be busy much after school lets out this year? I mean this coming summer, you know, it's a while down the road, but I was wondering, do you have plans in June and July?"
Roger typed, "I can change my plans If I have something already."
Roger then turned to Helga, politely asking her to get lost, "Helga, please leave."
Alice was a bit surprised, she typed, "You'd change them, just like that?"
Helga shook her head, saying, "Oh come on Roger, please, let me stay... I... I just wanted to talk to you for a while..."
Roger typed, "Sure."
Roger pointed Helga to the door.
Helga removed her hands from Roger's pants and then took a seat next to him, asking with pleading eyes, "Roger, can I please stay, just for a bit?"
Roger sighed, "As long as you leave me alone."
Helga nodded her head and then folded her arms and sat quietly next to him.
Alice had since typed, "Really, just like that? You mean that?"
Roger replied, "Yes."
Alice was shocked, she typed, "Wow, I never thought anybody would do something like that... I mean, people have always made me change my plans to fit theirs..."
Roger replied, "Sounds unfair for you."
Alice typed back, "I never thought any man would care about what was fair or not..."
Roger typed, "Well, you just haven’t met many good men yet."
Alice sighed, typing a frown, "You're right... Only my cousin, although I wonder if he's only nice to me because I'm in his militia, but then I see how he treats his wife and I realize, he's a rather decent man... But there seem to be no decent men that are unmarried and that I'm not related to... If I met the right man, I can't say I'd not consider leaving Seryown..."
Roger typed back, "Ah."
She then typed, "You know something, jews, and masons, are taking over, much of the world that is... And most people don't even acknowledge it... We NEED to stop them."
Roger typed, "Yea, absolutely."
Alice then typed a frowned and, "But you know, you don't think I ought to be working outside of my house, I'm a capable diplomat and an excellent shot with an Fn-Fal, don't you think I could help more being actively involved, rather than just having kids?"
Roger thought it was a tricky question to tackle, he just typed, "Well, I would have to see how good you are with a Fn-Fal..."
She smiled proudly as she replied, typing, "Head shot on a dummy man sized target at 800 yards, open-sighted, how is that for good?"
Roger typed "Wow."

Helga was getting bored; she sighed and said, "Roger, are you nearly done?"
Roger shook his head as he said, "No, not nearly."
Helga sighed, asking, "Roger, can I come home with you after school?"
Roger flatly rejected the offer, "No."
Helga frowned, wanting to know, "Why not?"
Meanwhile Alice had typed, "So, you're a rather good shot I take it? Do you like to hunt?"
Roger typed, "All the time. We have a large game population over here."
Helga tapped him gently on the shoulder, almost pleading, "Roger, please, can I come over your house for just a while?"
Roger shook his head, "I know what you have in mind and the answer is no."
She frowned a bit, saying, "I just want to get away from my dad for a bit... I'll do anything you want if you let me come over for a just a while... I mean, if you want sex, I'll give it to you..."
Roger shook his head, flatly telling Helga he wasn’t interested by saying, "I don’t want anything from you."
Alice had since typed, "So, Roger, do you enjoy the other things your position as the Premier's favored son offers? I mean the ladies... Are you a ladies man, like your father... I've heard things about him..."
Roger typed, "Actually, no. I’ve never been with anyone."
Alice found that hard to believe, typing, "Really? Never? Not even a date?"
Helga saw what Roger had just typed, and whispered in his ear, "That could change you know... I'd let you take me if you wanted to..."
Roger sighed, looking at her and replying, "Helga, I don’t want to have sex with you so just drop it. You can go to the estate, but I'm not going to do anything with you, nor to you, understand?"
Roger typed, "Not even."
Helga nodded her head, a bit confused though, she had to ask, "Roger, you really mean that, you don't want sex from me?"
Alice had since replied, typing, "Really? Wow, you're sure a looker Roger, trust me, I know... You're a hot guy, I mean, wow, you must be turning down a lot of offers then, huh?"
Roger turned to Helga, saying, "No, I don't. Not every guy wants to screw you."
Roger typed, "Oh, all the time. I can't stand how many people approach me for that, it’s annoying."
Helga sighed and said to Roger, "Really, you mean that? You don't want sex? I can just hang out at your house for a while and you don't want sex? You don't find me ugly, do you?"
Roger shook his head, "No, I'm just not interested."
Helga nodded her head, a bit unsure what that meant, she'd never heard that before. She then asked him, "So, I can hang out with you later then, and we can maybe, just talk then?"
Roger nodded his head, "Sure."
Helga smiled, the first genuine, real, happy smile Roger had ever seen from her. She then patted him on the back and said, "Thanks... I'll see you later then..."
She got up and left.

Alice had since typed, "Roger, are you there? I was wondering, what are you, well, looking for in a prospective, well... Wife... Since it seems you're waiting for one..."
Roger typed, "I just haven’t met the right girl... ya know?”
Alice typed back, "Yes, I know what you mean... I wound up marrying, by no choice of my own, the wrong man... Don't you marry the wrong woman, at least you've got a choice, you get to decide who you marry..."
Roger typed back, "Yea, I know."
Alice typed a smile, "Don't worry Roger, you'll meet the right woman, I'm sure of it... Just don't scare her aware with your blatant sexism..."
She then typed another large smile, and then, "Just kidding... You want to know something, I think you're just upset from being bothered by so many women you're not interested in... You're not really a woman hating misogynist, are you?"
Roger typed, "I wouldn’t call myself a woman hater."
Alice then typed, "Maybe not, but your views on what women ought to do, and are capable of doing, are, well, shall we say, ancient?"
Roger smiled, typing, "Maybe, I don't know."
Alice typed with a smile followed by, "Well, I think you'll get yourself a good woman someday..."
Roger typed back, "Sure hope so... I hope you get out of that hell you are in...."
Alice frowned, typing, "Don't worry about me, I think I'll be okay, someday."
The voice in his head suddenly echoed throughout his entire head, saying, "What if there is a single solution to both of your problems, hmmm? Wouldn't that be neat?"
He then felt a sudden rush of pain in his head, a massive headache.
Roger rubbed his head and spoke "Argh, go away.... Leave me alone..."
The voice then said, "Don't you want to hear the wisdom I speak?"
Roger scoffed, "I don't need wisdom. I can figure things out for myself."
The voice sighed, saying, "Roger, Roger, don't you want to see the future before it happens, trust me, I can show you... Don't you want to see... Oh well, I guess not, too late..."
With that, the voice suddenly vanished from his mind, leaving him in a great deal of nearly overwhelming pain.
Alice was typing, "Roger, are you okay? You haven't said anything in like five minutes..."
Roger shouted aloud, "Wait... speak...." He was just glad nobody was around to see or hear him.
Roger managed to type, "I'm fine...."
The voice suddenly returned, "What do you want to know?"
Roger nearly demanded, "Remove this pain."
Suddenly his head felt much better, then the voice asked, "Okay, now what?"
Roger sighed, "What do you want to say?"
The voice appeared before him, in his mind, he could visualize it, in the form of a Waffen SS officer, asking, "Well mein fuehrer, what do you want to know?"
Roger was puzzled, "I do not know."
The officer motioned at the computer, "So Roger, do you like this woman... Alice... Do you want to meet her?"
Roger nodded his head, "What does the future hold for me?"
The voice asked again, "Do you want to meet Alice?"
Roger smiled, answering quietly, "Yes."
The officer grinned before asking, "Do you want to get her into bed?"
Roger sighed, "Maybe."
The officer smiled, "Well, then just let me tell you, keep your schedule open for June and July, and have fun in Buenos Aires..." The officer then snapped his fingers and Roger passed out.
He came to about twenty minutes later, his face on the table, in a pool of his own drool

The screen was full of messages from Alice; all were along the lines of, "Roger, are you okay? Are you there? Roger!"
Roger sat up and wiped his face. He typed, "Sorry.... I passed out of something.”
Alice was shocked, and very concerned, immediately typing, "Oh my, are you okay? You didn't have anything to drink today, did you? Are you ill?"
Roger shook his head, typing back, "No, I'm fine. I think something... hit me or something."
Alice then typed, "Well anyway, my boss just told me, I'm going to be in Buenos Aires from June 4th to July 29th... Diplomatic assignments."
Roger smiled, typing back, "Sounds interesting.... Maybe I can arrange a meeting?"
Alice typed a sly smiled and then, "Hmmm, something tells me you are a bit eager for me to say yes, eh?"
Roger just typed a basic smiley face.
Alice then typed back, "Okay, well, my answer is yes then..."
Roger typed, "Good.... Great... Thanks!"
She then typed a frown and, "Well, I've got to get going, I have to finish up some work and then head home... We'll talk later though, right?"
Roger replied, "Of course."
Alice typed back, "I look forward to talking with you later. Keep out of trouble and stay safe, Roger... Oh, and maybe consider getting your head checked out, if you got hit or something, that can't be good..."
Roger typed, "Ok, ttyl."
Alice then signed off, and Roger decided to go lay down for a bit in the principals office, on the couch the principal/colonel (it's a typical school, run by the military) let him use whenever he had head pains, which was often.
He knew he needed to be rested for math class.
He woke up in the colonel's office about ninety minutes later, as the bell signaled that he had better get moving to math.

Once in the math room, the teacher, a twenty-seven year old blonde, walked up him and handed him back his test. A 47%, a horrible F, he had been drunk the night before, and hung over and with the flu the day of the test, but it made no difference, he had no aptitude for math, as the teacher had even written on the test, "Mr. Fabus, you have no aptitude for math, save yourself the trouble and just stop showing up to my class..."
The teacher then slid him a card with her phone number on it, the card also had "If you want an A, call me, I'm sure we can work something out..." written on it.
Roger spent most of the class trying to focus on the lesson, but his mind just wasn't paying attention... After class was dismissed he decided he'd just go sleep for a while longer, he was getting no less than 92% in all the rest of his days classes, the highest being a 108% in English, having taken all extra credit opportunities, and a 105% in Economics.
The teacher however, asked he stay after a few minutes.
Once all the students left, she shut the door and then walked over towards him, taking a seat right on his desk, as she grinned and said, "Mr. Fabus, tell me, do you stay up at night thinking of ways to fail math?"
Roger sighed, "No."
She crossed and then uncrossed her legs, as she said, "So tell me, do you want an A?"
Roger shook his head, saying, "I would rather keep the grade that I've earned."
She grinned at him as she traced a finger along his chin up his cheek, then into his hair, twirling it around a bit. She smiled again before saying, "Ah come on Mr. Fabus, surely you want an A, yes?"
Roger held up the paper, "This is my grade?"
She spread her legs right in front of him, letting him see her lacey black panties as she said, "Yes, Mr. Fabus, and you could earn yourself a better grade if you're willing to make the effort to earn it..."
Roger tapped the paper, saying, "If I've earned a 47%, then I will take a 47%."
She sighed, "You know something, if you fail this class, you can't stay in the RG, you could lose your commission... Right now you have the lowest grade in this class, 32%, you're worse off than that one kid who is hardly ever even here... He at least does the take home tests..."
She was quick to add, "And he manages to get Cs on them... Now do you want to get an A or not?"
Roger frowned, "I could just force you to give me an A."
She shrugged, "Yeah, but I don't think that would work, then everybody would know you were a fraud when I told them why you an A, besides, your father probably wouldn't stand for it..."
Roger smiled, playing his ace, "Oh, I don’t know.... He can be very understanding when it comes to his sons."
She smiled, "I'm sure I could just sleep with your father again and he'd forget about helping you get an A through force..."
She was quick to add, "Yeah, that's right, I fucked him at the last PTA meeting..."
Roger "Fine, sure, go ahead...."
She frowned, "Roger, come on, I've already done your father, I'd like to do you... Don't you want to follow in his footsteps?"
Roger sighed, took a deep breath, looked her square in the eyes, and said, "Wouldn’t be the first skank he's screwed."
Her jaw dropped, "What did you say?" she nearly shouted, unbelieving.
Roger shook his head, denying it, "What? Nothing."
She frowned, "Roger, you just called me a skank... I've had sex with two men in my entire life, one in college, two being your father... And if you'd like to be three, I'm game..."
Roger sighed, "No."
She sighed and took out a packet, his next take home test. With a grin she handed it to him, "There you are, it's worth 50% of your quarter grade, if you get anything less than a 90%, you will be in big trouble, because I know you won't be able to make the grade on the midterm or the final... If you don't get an A on that, you won't even be able to hope for a D..."
Roger took it, "Fine."
She was quick to add, "Oh for you, it's due tomorrow... For everybody else, well it's due in the usual, two weeks... Have fun..."
Roger was shocked, "Tomorrow?"
There were three hundred and twelve questions, of which he maybe knew the answers to twenty or thirty, it was something that he normally would spend an entire weekend doing, starting Friday, working well into Saturday morning. Take a few breaks throughout the day, work about twelve hours, well into Sunday morning, sleep a while, then work a few more hours… Finally get to school Monday and barely finishing it Monday morning in home room...
She nodded her head, "Yup, tomorrow... Have fun... Consider it your repayment for being late twice last week..."
Roger shouted, "Fine!" and stormed out of the room.
Roger decided to skip the rest of his classes, he was acing them all anyway, he had an A in every class except math. He really needed to get home and get to work, but he knew it didn't matter, he just, as the teacher said, had no aptitude for math.

Back at home, he logged on his computer, deciding to check his email for a few minutes and see if he got a confirmation on the shipping of the mortar he ordered. It had shipped; it would be neat to try it out when it got to Stalingrad.
The next thing he knew, his messenger popped up, Alice was messaging him, "Back from school so soon?" She asked.
Roger typed, "Yea.... I really have to get this mathwork done."
Alice typed a frown, "Oh, well, I'm sure you're a smart guy with that, I mean you have a law degree already, since age 14, and then for instance, those questions you helped me with, I got an A on that, thanks... Anyway, you'll do great, I'm sure."
Roger typed "How good are you at math?"
Alice typed a smiled, "I did a double major, and math was the other major... Math and Ethnology, and then a minor in sociology... Why do you ask?"
Roger frowned and sighed before typing, "I may need some help...."
He was a bit ashamed of asking for help, particularly from a woman, but he needed help, and he really didn’t want to ask anybody, but for some reason he felt safe asking Alice. He had a sense of assurance that she wouldn’t mock him for asking her for her help.
Alice typed a smile; a bit happy to see him asking for help, whether or not she’d admit it. Probably in no small part due to his earlier voiced attitudes about women’s capabilities. But she wouldn’t hold it against him, she’d help him, after all, he had helped her.
After a second smile she typed, "I tell you what, since you helped me so much with those questions the other day, just scan and email me the questions, I'll fill them in for you, and scan and email them, and the work done, back to you... You just copy it into your own writing and turn it in, okay?"
Roger smiled and quickly typed, "Uh... sure...."
Roger scanned the test and sent it.
Alice looked at it, printed it out, and started working, she finished the first ten problems in about ten minutes. She then typed, "Wow, lots of problems here... This may take a while, I'll message you when I'm done..."
Roger put a smiley face, "Thanks."
Alice typed a smiley face and then, "Well, take care, talk to you... In... Well from the looks of the test, I'd say, six hours... Okay?"
Roger was surprised, he typed, "Wow.... er ok."
She then set an away message, "Doing a nice boy's math homework, be back later..."
Alice then started to do the rest of the problems, managing about one every forty seconds. Problems that would have taken Roger about thirty minutes just to admit he didn't even know where to start or how to start.
After about 4 hours had gone by, school had been out for a while by now, Roger's room alarm went off, which meant somebody was at the front door. He looked on the monitor; it was none other than Helga Thaller.
Roger sighed, walked downstairs, and unlocked the door.

Helga frowned, "Well let me tell you a bit about him... He worships Molech, whether or not you believe it, it's the truth... And..." she started to tear up now, "he beats me, regularly... And..." she was fully in tears now, "Oh God, Roger, he makes me do things, awful things... I..."
Roger sighed, saying, "I see."
Helga nodded her head, asking, "Would it be okay if I stayed here tonight?"
Roger had an idea about that, offering his suggestion, "You can stay in one of the guest rooms."
She nodded her head, smiling through the tears, "Thank you, that would be great... Really though, you don't want sex and you won't make me sleep with you for being allowed to stay here?"
Roger shook his head, "Nope. I don’t want anything."
As he was talking, Curtis came walking by, he grinned at Helga, slapping her on the butt as he stopped and said "Helga, looking good... What brings you here tonight?"
Helga blushed and then said, "Oh, I'm just here, visiting with Roger..."
Curtis grinned at Roger, "Ah boy, so you and Helga are friends, eh?"
Roger quickly replied, "Just friends."
Curtis nodded his head and then asked, "So, Helga, will you be staying for breakfast?"
Helga blushed at Curtis's remark about staying for breakfast, saying, "Only if you'll allow it, sir..."
Roger interjected, "Helga will be staying in one of the guest rooms tonight, if that is alright with you, father."
Curtis nodded his head, "Oh yeah, she can spend the night, of course... I'll help her find a room adequate for a woman of her standing..."
Roger sighed, "Dad.... don't try anything."
Curtis shook his head, "Of course not, don't even suggest that... Helga can take care of herself by the way, right?"
Helga nodded her head, "I guess..." She said.
Curtis then put an arm around her and said, "Come along, Helga, I'll show you to where you'll be staying..." Roger noticed Curtis leading Helga to the master bedroom, also known as Curtis's bedroom.
Roger sighed, "Dad.... remember what I said."
Helga sighed, not having the will or strength to say no to him, it was going to be another night she'd later regret, another sordid spreading of her legs for a man she didn't even want to be around, let alone have inside of her. She looked in a mirror in the hallway as he led her forward down the corridor, she hated what she saw, her reflection, it sickened her, she, at the moment, wished for death.
She forced a smile and put an arm around Curtis, saying, "Lead the way, sir..."
Curtis turned back to Roger and made a face, the sort of face that said, "Shut up son, don't mess this up here..."
Roger went back into his room and closed the door.

Alice had typed him another message, "Nearly done, Roger... I've scanned and sent back the first two hundred problems, so you can start copying the work into your own hand writing..." She then typed a commanding and overbearing looking smile, and then, "I hope you appreciate all this, and realize that I, a woman, am after all, good for something, eh?"
Roger was quick to type back, "If you ever need help in English or legal matters, ask me."
Alice typed back with a smile, "If I ever finally do drum up the strength to get a divorce and leave, you'll be the first one I ask for help in divorce court... Although just between you and I, I'd leave in a second, and leave everything behind, property, etc, the works, if I could just be sure the bastard wouldn't try taking it out on my mother or family, and if my father was gone too, so he couldn't blame my mother and beat her, claiming she put me up to it..."
Roger typed, "Ah."
Alice typed a smile, "Yeah, maybe someday I'll find a good man, you know? One has to hope..."
Roger replied, "Yea."
She then typed, "I still can't believe you haven't had a girlfriend yet, you seem like such a nice guy, I mean, I've read a lot about you, the only thing I don't like, honestly, is your views on gender... But I think that might have something do with your father perhaps?"
Roger typed "I don’t know..."
Alice typed, "Well just keep an open mind and I'm sure when you meet the right woman, your views on gender will probably change... For instance, I think you're opposed to the idea of a woman having any political influence in the highest levels of government, yes?"
Roger replied honestly, "Pretty much."
Alice then typed, "Yes, I can see why you think that, but I'd be willing to wager one day when you find a woman who measures up to what you want in a wife, you'd let her handle any government job that came along..."
The voice suddenly appeared back in his head again, this time dressed in full plate armor from the 16th century, saying, "Me thinks the lady is on to something with her ideas there... Hmmm?"
Roger typed "Heh.... maybe."
The voice then asked, "So Roger, are you going to Argentina this summer? Habla Espanol?"
Roger smiled, "Si. I am going."
The voice smiled and then snapped his fingers, disappearing but not leaving Roger in any pain.
Alice had since typed, "Are you still there?"
Roger typed "Of course."
Alice then typed, "Well I am going to finish up the last of YOUR work..." she typed a smile before finishing the sentence, "I hope you really do appreciate what a chore this is, Mr. Fabus..."
Roger replied honestly, "I really do."
Alice typed a smiley face, and, "Good..."
Alice then reset her away message, "Back to doing his homework, back later..." and a smile at end.
Roger, who at the time was in a room right above Curtis's room, could hear a lot of "Activity" going on in Curtis's room, mostly moaning and a bed shaking.
Roger put on his earphones which were connected to his CD player.
He looked through his nearby stack of CDs, mostly all classical, some Wagner, and then a few Mississippian country.
A few minutes later, William came walking into the room, he shook his head and asked with a look of puzzlement, "Hey Roger, Henry is over in the smoking lounge downstairs snorting some white shit up in his nose, he offered me some... Is that something I want?"
Roger took off his head phones, "No, it will make your brain melt and your head shrink."
William was shocked, "But then why would he do it?"
Roger was quick to add, "His brain is already melted, so it doesn’t matter."
William frowned, "But how can that be? He does so well in his classes, doesn't he?"
William was a bit on edge, "Roger, is it true what some folks say about Henry... He doesn't what did they say, fuck his way to good grades, does he?"
Roger sighed, "Sometimes, yes."

William frowned, "Oh... Well, tell me, did you know Helga Thaller is over here, I heard her and dad in his room, they seem to be discussing something very loudly... She seems to be agreeing with him a lot..."
Roger was quick to explain it away, "Er... yea. Dad is helping her with her schoolwork."
William nodded his head, asking, "Hey, maybe I can go down there and get some work done too, eh?"
Roger immediately replied, "No, she is taking different classes, entirely different."
William frowned, "Oh... Well maybe I could do down there and see how dad is doing?"
Roger shook his head, "No, not right now."
William sighed, "Fine, then I'm going to go grab a cigar out of dad's office since he isn't around now, okay?"
Roger sighed, "Fine."
William smiled and then left the room.
About twenty minutes later, he returned, with a cigar in his shirt pocket and a nearly finished cigar in his mouth, smiling as he said, "Hey Roger, dad and Helga aren't doing anything but laying in bed and talking, I went in since it seemed a bit quiet in there after like twenty or thirty minutes of yelling... Dad said she wasn't feeling well and he was helping her rest..."
Roger forced a smile, saying, "Ok."
William sat down and offered a cigar to Roger, "Want one?" he asked.
Roger took one and lit it up.
About a minute later, Helga came walking up to Roger's room, wearing only a robe. She walked right in and sat down next to William, smiling at him as she patted him on the head, saying, "Roger, you didn't tell me you had such a handsome brother... This must be William, eh?"
Roger yawned a bit, replying, "Yes, this is William."
William nodded his head, "Yes, I'm William..."
Helga smiled at Roger and then at William, "So, what are you two doing up here, just enjoying a good smoke?"
Roger nodded his head as he puffed on the cigar.
She nodded her head, smiling, and then asked Roger, "Could I get a cigar from you?"
Roger sighed, shaking his head, "This is the only one I have; William.... do you have anymore?"
William handed her a cigar, in so doing, he wound up pulling out 12 out of his pocket, he basically cleaned out Curtis's main cigar box on his office desk.
Helga smiled as William lit it for her.
Helga looked over to Roger, and then motioned William, sort of her way of asking if he minded if she slept with William.
Roger shook his head.
Helga than whispered to Roger, "Are you sure?"
Roger whispered, "He's too young for that."
Helga nodded her head and then asked, "What about you, are you sure you don't want anything?"
Roger shook his head, "I don’t want anything."
Helga nodded her head again, and then looked down before asking, "Roger, would it be okay if... Well... If I stayed in your room tonight... I know nothing will happen, but I really don't want to stay with your father."
William was a bit surprised, asking, "Why not, does he snore or something?"
Helga forced a smiled and said, "Yeah..."
Roger was a bit uneasy, but after a few seconds replied, "Uh, sure. You can sleep in the bed. I'll sleep on the couch."
Helga smiled, "Thanks..."
William yawned, "Well, I'm going to head on out... I've got a Klan rally to get to, you both take care." He then left the room.
Helga smiled a bit, "Roger, you've got a good brother there, he seems to take after you... You know, you're a good guy Roger... Thanks you letting me stay here, if my father ever asks you would you tell him I'm just here sleeping with one of your brothers or something..."
Roger nodded, his head, saying only, "Ok.”
Helga smiled as she climbed into the bed and got comfortable, saying, "It's not even six yet, but I'm so tired, I'm going right to sleep... Don't worry about the light or noise, I can sleep through it... Thanks again, Roger, for letting me stay here, it really means a lot to me..."
Roger repeated his previous comment, "Ok."

The screen was flashing again, Alice was messaging him, "Roger, I've sent you a few more pages, I'm nearly done... About twenty more minutes, maybe forty at the most..."
Roger began copying the answers onto the test pages.
About forty minutes later, she sent the last of the work, typing, "Wow, that was just, long and awful, does your teacher hate you?"
Roger typed, "I refused to sleep with her for an A, so she gave me all this work. Thanks for helping me, really thanks."
Alice typed back, "Oh, she did that, that's horrible! Oh, about my helping you, if it helps you keep out of the clutches of loose women, I'm glad to help..." she then typed a smile.
Roger smiled, typing, "Thanks."
Alice yawned and then typed, "Oh wow, I am so tired after that, it's late as heck here too, I'm going to sleep, sorry, too tired to talk much... But you get that work copied and handed in, and you'd better be telling me you got a 100%, cause they're all correct. Talk to you later, Roger..." She then typed a smiley before signing off.
Roger closed the chat window.
After he finished copying over all the work, which took about two hours, he decided to go to sleep. He had taken a twenty-minute break to eat dinner, and he saw William at dinner. George and Henry were out with some of the Stahlecker girls, doing things Roger didn't care to think about.
He looked over at the couch and figured he might as well go to sleep now, nothing else to do.
As he lay down, his head was throbbing and hurting, worse than ever before. He knew one thing would keep the pain down, brandy, and lots of it.
He kept a half dozen bottles in his closet, he figured he'd go down one right now, and it'd help him sleep.
The voice in his head appeared to him again, in the form of a Roman Centurion, saying, "Hmmm, drinking eh, Roger?"
Roger sighed, "Yea."
The Centurion shook his head, "Hmm, what would young William think, seeing his role model, drunk..."
Roger had no idea what to say, he wondered if the voice and the various forms it manifested itself in, were signs he had a serious problem in his head, either something was physically there, like a growth maybe, or something, something that would also cause pain, or he had major psychological issues. He had no idea how he was able to see visions of things that had yet to pass. He made up his mind, if anybody ever asked him, it was God talking to him, the only thing he could say that wouldn't wind him up in an asylum.
He'd ultimately have a number of strange experiences in his life, he'd write them all off as divine or divinely inspired. He even would claim to have fought Satan manifested in the form of a genetic mutant, but it was, in actuality, just a seriously altered genetic freak, named Gregory, created by the occultic Doctor Baldur Von Schacht. Roger, and Alice, and Yuna, and Alec, would also claim to have heard God, but it was rather just collective telekinesis as a result of a genetic alteration linking them to a central person who was putting thoughts into their minds.
He didn't really care though at the time why he heard the voice, or saw the future, he just wanted to drink himself to sleep, which he proceeded to do, passing out on the couch after he downed the entire bottle in about twenty minutes.

In the morning, Roger woke up shortly after Helga had, but Helga was still lying in the bed Roger had let her sleep in. Roger was hung over and didn't feel well at all, his head was throbbing.
Helga smiled at him as he rose up off the couch, saying, "Good morning, Roger. How are you?"
Roger rubbed his temples, saying, "Huh? Oh, I think I drank a bit much."
Helga nodded her head, "Hmmm, I see..." She said, before adding, "Do you want me to go cook you breakfast or something?"
Roger shook his head, "If you want. You don't have too."
Helga smiled as she rose from the bed, still dressed since she'd gone to sleep that way. She smiled again before saying, "Oh, it's no bother at all, you didn't have to let me stay here, it's the least I can do..."
Roger nodded, "I'll be down in a bit. I have to, I have to.... I don't know, I'll find something to do."
Helga nodded her head again and smiled before she leaned in and gently kissed Roger on the cheek, saying, "Thank you for letting me stay here, Roger, you're such a gentleman..." She then left the room and went downstairs to cook his breakfast.
Roger sat up, rubbed his eyes and stretched.
Roger's computer was on, he wasn't sure if he shut it off the night before or not, but it was on after all, he wasn't sure how, but he did know for sure it was on. There was a message flashing, it was from Alice, saying, "Roger, are you up yet?"
Roger sat at the desk and started typing, "Yea, I'm here, just woke up. Man, is my head killing me."
Alice typed back a frown and then, "Are you okay?"
Roger sat at the desk and started typing, "Yea, I'm here, just woke up. Man, is my head killing me."
Alice typed back a frown and then, "Are you okay?"
Roger replied, "Not alot, I don't think, just enough to have a good time."
Alice typed back, "Hmmm, I see, well are you okay though?"
Roger replied, "Of course."
Alice typed a big smiley face, before typing, "Good to hear."
Roger typed back, "Anything going on?"
Alice shrugged before typing, "Not anything, no, nothing really, you? How are you other than the headache?"
Roger typed, "Pretty good, overall."
Alice typed another smile and "Good to hear..." before typing, "So, are you planning anything interesting today? You do have school don't you?"
Roger did indeed have school, but he almost always skipped his morning classes, he did the assignments, and showed up for the tests, which he aced, but he was seldom in class.
Roger typed, "I may not go today, considering my hangover."
Alice then typed, "Roger... Those math problems, you need to turn them in today, yes?"
Roger sighed before typing, "Oh, oh yea. Well, I guess I will go."
Alice then sent him a file, saying, "If you get time later, I have a major study to prepare about Mississippian culture, that's the topic of discussion in our political science class this week, Mississippi, tomorrow is on culture, then we discuss Fabusism, if you'd like to help with some answers there, it'd be much appreciated, okay?"
Roger promptly accepted the file and then replied, "I'll fill it out, no problem."
Alice typed a smile before typing, "Thanks, Roger."
Roger typed back, "No problem."
As he was awaiting a reply, Helga came back into the room, saying, "Roger, breakfast is ready..."
Roger turned his head slightly and told her, "I'll be down in a bit."
Helga nodded her head and then walked off downstairs to wait for him.
Alice had since typed, "Roger, are you there? I was wondering, you're pretty sure you'll be in Argentina this summer, right?"
Roger smiled as he typed, "Absolutely."
Alice typed a grin, before, "Good, I look forward to seeing you there..."
Roger immediately typed back, "And I, you."
Alice then typed a frown, before adding, "But we ought to be careful meeting, if my government found out... Well, they are rumored to perform memory alterations on people who converse with foreign right-wingers or are known to promulgate a right-wing ideology."
Roger nodded his head as he typed, "Hmm, I see."
Alice then typed, "Well, I've got to get some work done, but I'll be around later, we can talk then, right?"
Roger replied, "I'll talk to you then."
Alice typed a smile before adding, "Good bye then, for now... Oh, and take care and have fun in school, if such a thing is possible."
Roger typed a smiley face, "Ok then."
Alice logged off and then went back to the work she had to tend to.

Helga had just a few seconds ago, called up to Roger, "Roger, it'll get cold..."
Roger headed downstairs to the dining room.
Helga had his steak and eggs ready, along with bacon, ham, toast, and orange juice. She pulled out his chair for him and helped him get situated in it.
She stood by his side, waiting for his reaction. While she was standing there, George came walking by, he playfully slapped her on the butt and said, "Hey, what brings you here Helga?"
Helga frowned but quickly stifled it, gently elbowing Roger, wanting him to get rid of his brother.
Roger turned towards George, saying, "She stayed here last night."
George grinned, "Ah, I see..." he then leaned in and whispered to Roger, "Did you two have fun?"
Roger whispered, "We did nothing. Now please go, I have to eat my breakfast."
George shrugged a bit and then said to Helga, "Hey, you want to come up to my room and get a drink?"
She politely declined, "No thanks..."
George sighed and then walked off.
Helga sat down in the chair next to Roger and immediately said, "Thank you..."
Roger nodded his head as he kept eating, "Uh huh."
Helga smiled at him as he continued to eat, asking, "Do you like your breakfast, Roger?"
Roger nodded his head, his mouth still full of food, managing to reply with just a simple, "Yea."
Helga smiled even more when he said that. She nodded her head and then asked, "So is there anything else you need? Something else to drink? Brandy or a cigar or something?"
Roger shook his head, replying, "Nah, I have to get to class."
Helga glanced over at a nearby clock, "Hmm, school doesn't start for thirty minutes, and anyway, you're never there before ten usually..."
Roger looked over at the clock as well, "I have some important work to hand in, I don't want to be late."
Helga nodded her head in acknowledgement, but then took out a cigar, saying, "Surely you have time to sit and smoke for a while though, right?"
Roger lightly sighed before saying; "I'll smoke it later."
Helga smiled and said, "Okay, but... Can I smoke it with you, I love cigars..."
Roger knew it was a lie, he'd seen her try to smoke before, and it resulted in nothing but her coughing and gagging.
Roger laughed, "No you don't. You gag every time."
Helga innocently frowned, giving him a very sweet and helpless look with her bright, inviting, green eyes, before she said, "Ah, come on, you'll let me smoke with you, won't you?"
Roger thought for a second before saying, "Fine."
Helga immediately smiled at that, quickly suggesting, "Maybe I can come over again today after school then, yes?"
Roger nodded.
Helga smiled and gently placed one of her soft hands on his right shoulder, whispering to him, "Thank you, Roger..."
She then rose out of her chair and walked off to go get him more orange juice.

While she was gone, Curtis came into the room and slapped Roger playfully hard on the back, saying, "Hey boy, how'd last night go for you? You lay that nice girl then?"
Roger frowned, replying, "No... No, I didn't."
Curtis shrugged, "Ah come on, why not? She's a nice girl, indeed you're going to be marrying her, either her or one of the Stahlecker girls..."
Roger laughed, "Nah, not them."
Curtis playfully messed up his hair, "Ah come on, you'll do what your ole man says, won't you? Hell, I think the bible says you have to... Anyway, I've been talking with Dieter Thaller and he wants you to marry Helga, and I do too... Although you could always marry one of the Stahlecker girls instead, or even one of the older Stahlecker women if you really wanted, there are some nice ones in the mid or late twenties you might like..." he grinned before adding, "I think even a few of them might still be virgins."
Roger shook his head, "I'm not interested in any of them."
Curtis sighed, "Ah come on, Helga is a great cook, she's a fine young lady... You'd be lucky to have her."
Roger sighed back, "She'll find someone else. I'll find my own wife."
Curtis shook his head, "Roger, are you defying me? You don't think I know what's best for you?"
Roger pointed out the obvious, "You got to marry the girl of your choosing, I should have the same right."
Roger sighed, "I'm sorry."
Curtis frowned before sighing, "Things aren't that easy... I need you to do as you're told, if you want to go against the bible and not honor your father... Well then, okay... Disobey me."
Roger sighed, "I just don't find them interesting."
Curtis shook his head, patting Roger on the back again, "Don't worry, you'll get used to one of them..."
Roger tried to change the subject, "I have to go to Argentina this summer, there is a... a conference that I want to attend."
Curtis whispered in his ear, "You know son, Helga has wanted you since you were fourteen... You know that, right?"
Roger frowned, "The feeling is not mutual."
Curtis sighed before saying, "Well then, whatever you have planned in Argentina, cancel it... You're grounded for the next year or so..."
Roger started to get nervous, immediately replying, "I have someone... something important I have to do there."
Curtis shrugged, "Oh well, if you won't honor your father, that's me you know... Technically I could have you stoned to death, you're lucky I'm letting you off so easily... I suggest you obey me and marry Helga, she's a nice girl and you can have a lot of kids with her. Besides, she fucks great too, take my word on that last part..."'
Roger frowned, "I don't want to marry her."
Curtis sighed, "Oh my, so you're just going to defy me then are you? Why don't you want to marry her? Don't you like attractive noblewomen who are interested in you?"
Roger still refused, but politely so, "I would rather marry a girl of my own choosing."
Curtis shook his head, "Come on, just do what you're told, would you?"
Roger remained persistent, "Just let me make my own decision."
Curtis slapped him across the face, saying, "Hey, you straighten up and don't you sass me, do you hear me?"
Roger sat down, "I'm not interested in anyone from Mississippi."
Curtis slapped him again, his face turning red with rage, "So, you reject your own women... Would you rather marry a colored from Africa?"
Roger shouted, "No." Roger threw the picture of Alice on the table.
Curtis picked up the picture, smiling a bit, "Hmmm, I see... Well, I don't recognize her, and so she's probably not anybody of importance... So I tell you what, you'll just marry who I tell you to because I know better than you, okay?"
Roger shook his head, insisting, "I have to go to Argentina. I have to."
Curtis shook his head, "Nope, not happening... You're not going to be allowed to leave the county, let alone the country..."
Roger tried to convince him, "I have to.... God told me to go there....."
Curtis slapped him across the face again, "Shut up with that crazy talk, hearing God, yeah right... You'll do what I say and that's final!"
Roger continued shaking his head, refusing, "I have to go....."
Curtis smacked him again, "Fine, then go live in the street, if you want to live in my house, you'll follow my rules!"
Roger scoffed, "Rules? There only seems to be rules for me. Everyone else can go do anything and anyone that they want."
Roger was probably wondering where Helga was, but Curtis had told her to stay out of the room for a while so he could talk to Roger in privacy.
Curtis sighed, shouting, "Do you know why? Do you!"
Roger shouted right in his face, "Why?!"
He slapped him across the face before saying, "Because you're better than them and I want what's best for you!"
Roger frowned as tapped his own chest to punctuate his point, "So do I, and what is best for me is what I want."
Curtis grabbed both of his shoulders and shook him violently, as he yelled, "No it isn't! You don't know what you want! You clearly need my guidance!"
Roger sighed, "Why? Why do I need your guidance? I'm grown up."
Curtis pushed him up against a nearby wall and said, "Fine, if you're all grown up then you're not a kid, and it's not child abuse for me to kick your ass, eh?"
Roger shrugged, not really caring, "If you are going to beat me, then do it."
Curtis clenched a hand into a fist and drew it back, readying to punch Roger right in the face, his hand started to tremble for a few seconds.
Curtis then pushed Roger harder into the wall and unclenched his fist, quickly drawing a pistol and shoving it into his face, up against his temple, saying, "Well how about we skip the beating and get right to Deuteronomy 21:18?"
Roger was a bit nervous, but tried to keep his calm as he said, "Let him without sin cast the first stone."
Curtis nodded his head as he cocked back the hammer, "Good, I think that qualifies me, eh?"
Roger was struggling to keep calm, he then said, "I don't want to be in a loveless marriage. Matthew 19:9-11 says that if such a relationship exists in which either may be tempted to infidelity, it would be better that they never marry."
Curtis slapped him across the face and said with disgust, "What sort of dumbass are you, that's about divorce and it's better for them not to marry if divorce is likely, damnit you're dumb, that doesn't apply to our current situation...You're going to marry either Helga or one of the Stahlecker gals, okay?"
Roger got emotional, saying what he knew he had to say to get the response he wanted, "What would mom say?"
Curtis started to tear up at that, he immediately released Roger from his grasp and the pistol fell hard to the floor.
He dusted Roger off and straightened his shirt, saying, "Roger... I'm sorry... Can you ever forgive me?"
Roger hugged him, "I do forgive you."
Curtis hugged him back and said, "Great son... But can you do me a favor and at least try to get to know Helga better, okay?"
Roger sighed, "As a friend, yes."
Curtis patted him on the back, "Ah come on, maybe a bit more, time will tell, don't rush it, but just don't be closed to the idea, okay?"
Roger sighed again, "We shall see."
Curtis smiled before saying, "Great, well I'm going to head on out, you take care..." He turned and shouted at the door nearby, "Helga, you can come back in..."
Curtis left the room and Helga walked back in, sitting down next to Roger, she blushed as she asked, "Are you okay, Roger, I thought I heard yelling... Is there anything I can do for you?"

Roger nervously replied, "Er... Well, we probably have to get to school, right?"
Helga shook her head, "No, not right yet... We have about two hours still..."
Helga suddenly moved a bit closer to Roger, asking, "Roger, do you like me? I mean... I'll be honest; you know I've always liked you, right? Do you like me though?"
Roger sighed, "I don’t know... I guess a little...."
Helga nodded her head, not really happy with the answer, but it was a start. She was quick to ask, "Is there anything I could do to improve my standing with you? I'll do anything you want me to..."
Roger had to resist the urge to laugh, he managed to do so and then in a rather serious voice, said, "It doesn’t work like that. There isn’t a scoreboard or anything."
Helga slightly frowning, asked, "Well then how does it work? I mean what do you want?"
Roger shrugged, "I don't know."
Helga sighed, "Oh, okay..."
They sat there talking about various matters for a while, but then Roger had to go shower and get ready for school. Helga had to do likewise. After they had both gotten dressed and ready, they left in Roger's Cadillac.
On the way to the school, Helga gently put a hand on Roger's shoulder, asking, "Would you like to go do something this weekend, I mean, whatever it is you do on the weekends, could I be included in it?"
Roger didn't want to admit it, but he spent most of his weekends drunk at home, either that or he was out hunting or training with the RG.
Roger sighed, "I hunt on the weekends." He said.
Helga smiled and then quickly replied, "Oh, I love hunting...Can I come with you this weekend?"
Roger shook his head, saying, "I tend to drink alot when hunting."
Helga grinned at that remark, quickly replying, "Oh, well then I can help you handle your gun better, eh?"
Roger nervously replied, "I don’t know, the gun has quite a kick back. I don't know if you could handle that."
Helga smiled as she flicked her hair back, "Oh, I can handle it..." She said.
Roger shrugged a bit, unsure what to say, "Maybe you can go, I don’t know."
Helga smiled at that reply, "Maybe, eh? So is that a maybe leaning yes?"
Roger nodded his head, saying only, "I guess...."
Helga smiled even wider this time, kissing Roger gently on the cheek before saying, "Ah thanks, you're so sweet, Roger."
Roger sighed.
A few minutes later and they had arrived in the school parking lot. Helga grinned before whispering to Roger, "Hey, since we're already late, you want to be even later?"
Roger sighed again, this time shaking his head, "I have to turn in this work."
Helga nodded her head, saying, "Yeah, but we have a few minutes..." Then she put her hands on either side of his head and pressed her lips against his, it probably took him by surprise, what probably took him even more by surprise was that he liked it.
Roger nervously mumbled, "Helga.... I..."
Helga shook her head, whispering, "Roger, Shhh...." before she went back to kissing him.
Roger frowned, suddenly replying, "No.... no, stop."
Helga immediately stopped as he requested. She sat back in her seat frowning a bit, asking, "Is something wrong?"
Roger was quick to explain, "I'm... I'm not ready to do anything like that."
Suddenly the voice appeared in Roger's head again, saying, "Ah, Roger, what's wrong, don't you like Helga?"
Helga nodded her head as she said, "Okay, I understand..."
Roger shook his head, "We should just go to class."
Helga sighed, "Roger... I liked kissing you, couldn't we do that for just a bit longer?"
The voice quickly spoke to him, "Yeah, unless you'd rather kiss guys, what is wrong with you, Roger..."
Roger sighed, "...no.... I think we should just....why do you like me, what about me do you like?"
Helga smiled at him, she had a lot of answers, she started listing them, "Oh Roger, you're so sweet, you're a very nice man, you're perfectly well behaved, a gentleman, you're quite intelligent, you have a clear and defined idea of where you want to go in life... What girl couldn’t like that? And I didn't even start to mention you're extremely handsome..."
Roger was quick to point out, "But, you don't even really know me..."
Helga sighed, "Oh Roger, I've known you for years, we've been in school together since grade school, we'd have at least one class together since the 7th grade..."
Roger didn’t know what to say, it took him a few seconds to figure out a reply. He finally replied, suggesting, "But for all you know, this could just a be a crush...."
Helga shook her head, "Oh no, it's not... I've liked you for years... Isn't there anything I can to prove it?"
Roger had to ask, "Are you just trying to get away from your father?"
She shook her head and frowned at that suggestion, "No, but that couldn't hurt either... I don't want to be around him, I do want to be around you, so you see, it's a winning combination, my being with you that is."
Roger uneasily said, "It's just that.... I don't feel the same way."
Helga was clearly upset by that, "Oh", she said, quick to add, "Are you sure?"
Roger tried to explain it as best he could, "Yea... there is nothing wrong with you... its just that I just don't have any affectionate feelings for you."
Helga nodded her head, looking down at the ground as she opened the door and stepped out in silence, quickly walking towards the school’s side door.
Roger stepped out, shouting, "Wait...."
Helga turned around, "Yes? she replied.
Roger walked closer to her, the volume of his voice decreasing now, so nobody walking around might hear as he said, "I was serious when I said that I wanted to be a friend." He then added, "And if you are trying to get away from your father.... you can stay at Stalingrad."
Helga smiled, a bit, but still a smile, "Okay..." she said, hoping that they might one day be more than friends, and grateful to be able to keep away from Dieter.
Roger was quick to say, "I'm sorry if I upset you."
She shook her head, "No, I'm okay... It's okay."
Roger just had to inquire, "Did you really want to go hunting with me?"
She immediately replied with a very firm, "Yes..." Before continuing, "Oh yeah, I really do..."
Roger smiled, "I guess you can go then, do you know how to shoot?"
Helga nodded her head, "Yeah... I can shoot."
Roger smiled again, giving a one-word reply, "Good...."
They then arrived at the side door, the one they'd be going in.
Roger yawned a bit, covering his mouth quickly before starting up some more conversation with, "Well, I have to get to class."
Helga said something similar, "Yeah, me too, class time I guess..."
Helga walked off down the hall to her class, Roger decided to get right to his class, a few minutes early... Math...

The teacher was the only one in the room when he got in there, she immediately pushed him gently up against the wall and with a sly grin, said "Hmmm, Mr. Fabus, did you reconsider my offer?"
Roger put the homework on the teachers desk.
She started to look over it, immediately saying, "Wait, what happened, these are right so far... What did you do?" she asked with a suspicious stare.
Roger asked with a smug smile, "Do I pass?"
She sighed, "Well, I'm going to look into this matter, Mr. Fabus...There is no way you could have done all this..."
Roger frowned.
The teacher looked up at him, "What?" she asked, "We both know you suck at math..."
The teacher sighed after a few minutes of going over the paper, the work style was obviously not Roger's, but she couldn't figure out who had done the work, she just sighed and started to grade the paper. As she was finishing up grading it, about twenty minutes later, the bell rang and students now had five minutes to get to their classes. She wrote a 100% on Roger's paper and then a note, "I'm going to be keeping an eye on you, so watch out...". She then handed the paper back to him.
Roger took the paper and put it in his notebook.
The teacher sighed before she said, "Wait a minute Mr. Fabus... I didn't tell you to put it away, that's insubordination, and you know that means..."
Roger frowned; the paper was still between his thumb and finger, the notebook wasn’t closed.
Roger turned back to her, saying, "I was just putting it down."
She sighed, "Oh well, see me after class and we'll discuss your punishment..."
She then pointed to his desk, "Take your seat, class starts soon..."
Roger sat down.
As soon as all the other kids came into the classroom, the teacher stood up and she spoke, "Greeting students, today I have a surprise for you, we're having a pop quiz which will be worth one third of this quarter's grade..." immediately groans and moans erupted from the slackers, and cheers erupted from the ambitious kids (about 1/2 the class falls under this category). The apathetic kids just sort of shrugged it off.
The teacher was keen to point out, "Work must be shown or no credit will be given..." She had a slight grin of triumph on her face as she slammed Roger's quiz down on his desk, saying, "Enjoy... Mr. Fabus..."
After she had passed out the quizzes, she sat back down and said, "You will have forty minutes to answer the twenty questions, remember, all work must be shown..."
Roger frowned, "This wasn't part of the deal."
The voice in Roger's head came back to him, dressed as an English long bowman, saying, "Hmmm, you're really screwed now, eh?"
It kept talking, "Roger, are you going to answer me, you've ignored me all day..." it said.
Roger thought, "What do you want?"
The voice shrugged, "Meh, just thought you might like to know, if you think having this test ruins your day, well others are having even worse days now..." The soldier snapped his fingers and Roger could see images in his mind, Alice was being slapped around and beaten by her drunk of a father.
Roger started gritting his teeth.
The soldier in his mind then said, "So tell me, do you have any idea what you're getting yourself into by involving yourself with her, her government is rather left-wing... You're going to get her into lots of trouble, are you willing to do that?"
Roger thought, "How can I help her?"
The voice shrugged again, "I don't know, you figure it out, you're the genius, aren't you? Odd though, how you care so much for one such as Alice, but so little for one such as Helga...Just something to think about for a bit, eh?" That said, the solider snapped his fingers and vanished.
Roger sighed, and looked down at the paper, he thought "If I don't pass, I don't keep my commission in the Republican Guard. If I don't stay part of the RG, I can never save her......"
The voice reappeared, in the form of a Greek Hoplite, saying, "Hey Roger, how are you..."
Roger thought, "I'm desperate."
The soldier said, "Hmm, do you need help, Roger?"
Roger thought, "If I don't pass this course, I will lose my commission and my chance to rescue Alice."
The soldier sighed and suddenly things started to flash in his mind, numbers, letters, symbols, they all seemed to come together, they were the answers, and then the work he'd need.
It started to laugh at him, "So easy, isn't it!"
Roger began writing down the numbers and formulas, they began to flow from his pencil onto he paper.
As he was finishing up, he saw more images of Alice's father beating her, flashing through his mind. He'd beaten her until she was unconscious.
The voice was still present in the form of the Hoplite, in his mind. It asked him, "Roger...Roger... Would you like to see that man dead?"
Roger thought, "Yes."
The soldier smiled, very devilishly, "Don't worry", he said, "You will... In due time." It then snapped his fingers, leaving Roger with the urge to scream in terror.
One of his classmates started shaking him as he was indeed screaming in terror, shaking him and asking, "Roger, Roger, are you okay?"
Roger shrugged, very groggily saying, "Huh, wha???"
The teacher was looming over him, she took his paper and said, "Mr. Fabus, you've disrupted my class for the last time, hallway please..."
Roger stood and walked into the hallway.
She followed him out into the hallway and then took his hand and led him into her office. Once they were inside, she drew the blinds shut and locked the door.
She set his paper down on the desk and chuckled, "Oh, I could grade it now, but I think you'd be getting an F for the disruption."
Roger sighed, "I don’t know what happened to me."
She sat down on her desk and practically pulled him down onto her lap, saying, "Roger, take me, take me now..."
Roger nervously replied, "I.... I... grade the quiz, please."
She sighed, "You get an F unless you do as I say..."
Roger fired back, "And you get fired if my father finds out you are trying to screw around with me."
She smiled, "I know your father, rather well, as I've already told you..."
Roger thought, "Why won't this woman leave me alone."
Roger chuckled, "Just call him."
She sighed and started to grade the quiz, when she finished, she reluctantly wrote, "100%" at the top and basically shoved the paper up against his chest and said, "Get out..."
Roger stood up, "You don't have to worry about anything, just leave me alone.”
Roger left the room, bewildered and with a slight pain in his head.
The bell for his next class rang, but he didn't feel like going.

As he was walking around aimlessly, he saw some other RG folks, one of them walked up to him and said, "Hey Roger, how are you? Want to come over later tonight?"
Roger inquired, "What do you guys have planned?"
One of them shrugged, "Just some good ole fun... My folks are in Alabama for the whole weekend, so, well let's just say my ole man has so much liquor and wine around, he won't miss a few dozen bottles..."
Roger lightly nodded his head, replying, "I may drop by."
One of them said, "Yeah, great, bring some friends by too... Oh, we can get you a gal if you want."
Roger shook his head, "Nah, I'm.... I'm covered."
One of them asked, "Oh yeah, really? Do we know her?"
Roger shrugged a little, "Maybe."
One of them whispered to him, "I heard Helga Thaller has a thing for you..."
Roger sighed, "So I understand."
One of the other boys whispered to him, "Yah, but who hasn't she had a thing for..." One of the other boys immediately replied, "No, she just likes fucking people, she's a whore, she really doesn't seem to like anybody, although it seems, Roger is the exception..."
Roger frowned, "Please don't call her names." He said.
One of them shrugged, "So, what do you care? It's not like you actually like her, is it?"
Roger was tapping his foot as he replied, "She is a friend of mine."
The boy nodded his head, "Yah, I see, well why don't you bring her over when you come along, eh?"
Roger nodded his head in response, saying, "Yea."
Suddenly the bell rang, they were all late. The other boys took off, running rapidly for their classes, Roger decided to take his time, he figured he'd walk into class smoking a cigar and let the teacher know he really didn't want to or have to be there, he knew it all already.
Roger pulled out a cigar and lit it.
The hall monitor looked at him with shock, shouting, "What the hell are you doing?"
He took a puff on the cigar, "What?"
The hall monitor sighed, "No smoking indoors..."
Roger grinned "Well, they don't hold class outside, so what else can I do?"
The boy sighed, "Chew..."
Roger smiled a bit and smugly said, "I would rather smoke it."
The hall monitor snatched the cigar out of his mouth and tossed it aside.
Roger glared at him, "Those aren't cheap."
The boy shrugged, "When your father is the man who is looting the national treasury, everything is cheap, even life..."
Roger frowned, "You will apologize for that remark."
The boy scoffed, "I'm sorry, sorry that your father is an asshole..."
Roger smiled, asking him, "What is your name, I'm having you brought up on charges."
The boy shook his head, "No... My name is..." he immediately took off down the hall.
Roger shouted at him, "Stop!"
He was quick to add, "I can easily find your name from the school officials."
The boy ran down the stairs and into the lunch room, merging into a large crowd of students making their ways into the lunch lines.
Roger suddenly remembered he was already fifteen minutes late for his class.
Roger walked to class, lightly cursing over the loss of his cigar.

When he got to the next class, the teacher sighed and said, "Hmmm, thank you for joining us so late, Mr. Fabus, take your seat." He then pointed to Roger's eat.
Roger sat down.
One of the boys behind him kicked the bottom of his chair, causing him to jump up, which elicited a laugh from the whole room.
The teacher was less than pleased, a veteran of 1984, he glared at the boy and said, "Stop that, cut that shit out you worthless drunk, that's right, I know about your exploits, you're a whore mongering coward, you're part of the cultural plague ruining our nation..."
The boy was red with embarrassment but just laughed it off and said, "Fuck you old man..."
Roger just shook his head.
Class went well after that, ending five minutes early. Roger decided to just get out of school for the rest of the day, and so that is what he did.
Helga had also left early, and was waiting by Roger's car for him when he came out. She smiled and said, "Hello, Roger, how did your day, well, short day, go?"
Roger sighed, "That math teacher gave us a surprise quiz, to screw with my grade, no doubt."
Helga smiled, "Hmmm, I'm sure you managed well though, right?"
Roger grinned, "Passed it with flying colors."
Helga was still smiling as she suggested, "So shall we go back to Stalingrad then?"
Roger nodded.
Helga waited for Roger to unlock the car.
Roger unlocked the car and opened the doors.
Helga thanked him and then got in.
Helga then asked him, "Hey Roger, did you hear something about some sort of RG officers get together tonight?"
Roger nodded his head as he said, "I heard about it, why?"
Helga raised a brow before asking, "Are you going?"
Roger "Im considering it."
Helga smiled expectantly, "And... Are you going alone?"
Roger sighed, "I don’t know...." He then asked her, “Do you want to go?"
Helga immediately nodded her head, saying, "Sure... If you'll take me with you, will you?"
Roger nodded his head a bit again, "Sure, I guess."
Helga was jubilant and gave Roger a hug as best she could given that he was driving.
Helga then whispered in his ear, "Maybe after the get together you and I might have a get together of our own, if you want..."
Roger sighed.
Helga sighed as well, asking, "I guess not, eh?"
Roger shrugged.
Helga smiled at that, maybe there was hope yet, "Is that a yes or no?" she asked.
Roger sighed again, "I don’t know."
Helga grinned, "Hmmm, so there is hope then..."
Roger just sighed as he pulled into the Stalingrad driveway.
Helga stepped out of the car once he shut off the engine, and then she walked around and got his door for him. They both went inside and sat and talked for a few hours, had dinner, and then talked for a while longer before they left for the estate the gathering was being held on.

The first thing Roger noticed was a large flaming cross in the front lawn of the estate, there were a few of the RG boys from school, wearing robes, gathered around, one shouted, "Hey Roger! We just joined the WKM a while back, great stuff eh?"
Roger nodded.
The boy pointed him and Helga inside, saying, "Folks is inside where the food and drinks are, go on in..."
Helga walked in first, Roger lingered around outside for a minute, walking around and looking at the cars that were there.
He saw about a dozen boys standing around drinking beers, hardly the drink of nobles, they were middle class swine, one of them looked at Helga as she walked in, and said, "Ah, Helga Thaller, first one that gets her drunk wins..."
One of them asked, "Wins what?"
The boy chuckled back, "What do you think, use your brain dumb fuck..."
The boys all started to laugh in unison, one said, "Oh yeah, I get it now.
Roger nearly exploded as he stepped forward and shouted, "Just leave her the hell alone."
They all turned and looked at him, one spat in his general direction, "What did you say?"
Roger glared at them as he repeated himself, "Leave Helga Thaller alone."
The boy nearest Roger scoffed, "What if we don't, huh, you suddenly a whore lover now? What do you care about that whore so much for?"
Roger firmly stated, "She is my friend."
One of the boys smacked his friend playfully across the chest, mocking Roger's voice, "She is my friend..." before he added, "She sucks me off daily..."
Roger grabbed his fingers and bent them backwards, nearly to the breaking point, "I want to hear you apologize."
The boy winced in pain, but suddenly another boy who had snuck up behind Roger, broke a beer bottle over his head.
Roger shook off the hit and elbowed the attacker in the stomach.
The boy fell back as two more tossed bottles at Roger, hitting him once in the chest and another time in the head. The bottle that hit him in the head was pretty much full.
From the noise of the nearby WKM gathering, all the chanting and shouting, nobody heard the fight going on the other side of the garage. Nor could anybody really see beyond all the parked cars.
Roger grabbed his face, which was now bleeding, "Goddamn commoners." Roger took a nearby chair and tossed it at them.
One of the boys was hit square in the chest by the chair, he immediately collapsed over on the ground. Finally one of the boys who had circled behind him, sighed and just tazored him.
Roger fell to his knees, stunned. He managed to kick the boy squarely in the groin.
The boy fell over, pulling the tazor trigger once more as he did so though.
Roger fell on his back, "Agh!"
One of the other boys came up to him, said, "Lights out" and then struck him in the face with the butt of a shotgun.
Only about six of the original twelve boys were still able to stand, but they'd try to walk it off, having to leave early anyway. The other six who were in rather good shape, decided to go inside and bother people, leaving Roger outside, unconscious in the mud.

A few hours later, Roger came to, his head was throbbing, but oddly enough, his vision was clear and he was able to stand quite well. He walked around the garage, towards the front of the house. The first thing he saw was a rather drunk Helga being led out of the mansion by two of the boys who had jumped him earlier. One was telling her, "Oh yeah, we'll get you home just fine..."
Roger pulled out his pistol, a Walther PPK, "You dirty commoners.... fucking stun gunned me."
One of the boys looked at him, "What? No, wasn't me, it was the other guys, they already left... Anyway, we need to get out of here..."
The other boy chimed in, "Yeah, Helga needs a ride home..." He said, with a grin.
Roger wasn’t going to allow that at all, he shouted, "Fuck you, she's staying here."
One of the boys looked at Roger with utter contempt, "No fuck you, mind your own damn business why don't you!"
Roger waved the gun, "Hello, man with a gun. Everything right now is my business."
As he was waving the gun, one of the boys drew his own pistol, shouting, "Hello, I've got one too..."
Roger refused to back down, "You will leave, without Helga, or I will have you hanged. And I'll do it too."
The boy laughed, "She isn't your concern...”
Roger shook his head, refuting the notion she wasn’t his concern, "I am entrusted with her protection.”
The boys both shrugged, the one with the pistol said, "Well she already accepted our offer to make sure she gets home safely, so why don't you just get out of our way..."
Roger slammed his foot into the ground, literally “putting the foot down” as he said, "She is staying at Stalingrad. I will take her there, not you."
The boy sighed he was getting tired of this endless argument, "Why do you care about a whore so much, what is she to you?"
Roger sighed, he was also growing tired of this, "A friend and the daughter of a close family friend."
The boy laughed, "Great, then you ought to thank us for helping her, eh?"
Roger, telling a partial truth, he had no such orders, but he said, "She is mine to take care of, special orders from the Premier."
The boy sighed as he raised up his pistol and covered his friend while he opened the door and tried to push Helga into his car. She was starting to become coherent again, and she was pushing on the door to keep from being pushed inside.
Roger pulled her away from the car, "So, what's it going to be boys? Willing to die?"
The boy with the pistol said, "Hey, my dad is in the DISFB, we know how to handle people who step out of line... That whore stepped out of line with us, and we're going to handle it..."
The one boy was still tugging on her, not letting Roger get a hold of her.
The other boy kept his pistol raised up.
Roger grinned as he said, "Cause, while I may get one or two of you, the SRG will kill everyone within seven generations of you."
Roger scoffed, "Aristocracy are exempt from the DISFB, didn’t you know that?"
The boy smiled, "So what, what the fuck do you care what happens to some worthless whore, she's in the diplomatic corps.. And you're wrong, the DISFB can handle anything, hell, my dad's best friend is a nobleman who works in the DIS Command."
Roger gave him one last warning, "Drop your gun."
The boy sighed, saying only, "Fuck you..."
Roger suddenly shot the boy in the hand and kneecap.
Roger shouted, "Anyone else?!"
The boy immediately dropped his pistol as the bullet tore through his hand. Then after the knee shot, he fell to the ground, writhing and kicking, shouting, "Damnit you shot me! Oh God, you shot me! I give up!"
The other boy immediately released his hold on Helga, who collapsed into Roger's waiting arms.
He held his arms in the air and said, "I'm not even armed, Roger, don't shoot me!"
Roger shouted, "Perhaps I need to make an example. Maybe that's the only way this rampant disrespect of the aristocracy will end! Maybe if enough little shits like you die...” He sighed, shouting, “Get out of here!"
Roger barked one last order, "Take him with you."
The boy immediately lifted his friend into his car, ran around to the driver's side, got in, and floored it out of there.
Helga was mumbling, barely coherent, "Roger, that you?" she asked.
Roger nodded his head, "Yes, I'm here."
Helga smiled, "Hmmm, thank you..." she said, totally dependent on him to hold her up.
One of his friends, the boy who invited him, now drunk, came staggering over, saying, "Hey Roger, where were you all night?"
Roger put Helga in the passenger seat and buckled her in. He gathered the dropped weapons and put them in the trunk, "Teaching a few commoners that I demand respect."
The boy nodded his head, "Yeah, I hear you... Here take a some for the road..." he said, offering Roger a bottle of brandy.
Roger took it, took a swig of it, "Thanks."
The boy said, "Sure, keep the bottle..."
Roger nodded.
The boy then turned and left, staggering back into his mansion, leaving Roger to get home under his own power.
Roger took another swig and got into the drivers seat, started the car and started driving.
By the time they arrived back at Stalingrad, Roger was actually more drunk than Helga was, seeing as he had helped her lean out the window once to vomit, she was actually somewhat more sober now, but not by much. Roger was barely able to walk. He just staggered inside and collapsed on the first couch, barely conscious. Helga staggered in after him and collapsed on top of him, very tired from a long day.
After a few minutes of laughing, she said, "Hey Roger, remember we talked earlier I think it was, or was it later, well it was something then, wasn't it? But it was about you and me having our own get together, you want to do that then?"
Roger mumbled, "Sure, fine."
Helga nodded her head, "Really? No fooling?"
Roger shrugged, "Wha?"
Helga shook her head, "I asked if you want to... Well, how would you word it? I don't know how you'd word it, but do you want to?"
Roger coughed a bit before replying, "Go ahead... I'm tired... I need to... to... to sleep."
Helga shrugged a bit, "Can't do nothing if you're sleeping, it doesn't work that way, does it?" she said, barely able to get the words out.
Roger asked something that made no sense, "Who works on Friday?"
Helga was confused, "What? What do you mean, who works where?"
Roger started talking more nonsense, "Hey, remember when we were like, laying on the couch and you said something, and I sai....wha?"
Helga shrugged as she put her arms around him and started to kiss him.
Roger offered no resistance.
Helga kept kissing him, stopping about thirty seconds later, shaking her head saying, "Hey, where are we? Are we still at school?"
Roger was totally confused, "I think were are at... I dunno."
Helga shrugged and went back to kissing him.
Helga then whispered a suggestion in his ear that he'd turned down a few days before, while in school, the suggestion she made while he was typing, about getting under the desk for him.
Roger smiled before saying, "Sure, why not."
Helga proceeded to do just that.
After she finished, she was laughing a bit, and then she smiled and said, "Hmmm, did you like that or was it just awkward, really I don't know, tell me, did I do that right?"
Roger sighed, drawing a blank, "I don’t know...."
Helga shrugged, "What do you mean you don't know?"
Roger smiled, "It was great, what was it?"
She herself drew a blank, "I... I don't know, I just did it, I don't remember what it was..."
Roger was still smiling, "Well, what ever it was, it was great."
Helga grinned, "Yeah, I gathered that from your response, anyway, maybe I'll do that for you again sometime, yes?"
Roger shrugged.
After that, Helga had fallen asleep, thus saying nothing more.
Roger passed out soon after.

In the morning, at about ten o'clock, Roger finally woke up. The first thing he realized was that he wasn't wearing any pants or underwear on, and that Helga was on top of him.
Roger sighed, "Ah, damnit."
William came walking by the room a few minutes later, he was shocked, and he exclaimed loudly, "Roger, what are you doing?"
Roger had no clue, his mind was a blank, "I'm not exactly sure." He said.
William shrugged, "Well you don't have any pants on, do you... I mean what is up with that? Were you doing stuff with Helga the other night?"
Roger shrugged, "I don't remember."
William nodded his head and then said, "Well at any rate, I'm going hunting, might as well do something constructive this weekend, you know... Well, take care."
With that, William left the room.
Roger nudged Helga, "Wake up."
Helga suddenly woke up, she was smiling at Roger, "Morning..." she said with a grin, before asking, "Sleep well?"
Roger immediately asked, "What happened?"/b]
Helga grinned, "Oh nothing you didn't ask to happen, Roger, did you like it? I'm not sure what all was said last night, but I think the response you gave was positive, wasn't it?"
[b]Roger rubbed his eyes, "Listen, I don't remember what happened last night, but I.... I don't think it should have happened."
Helga frowned, "Roger, you asked me to do it for you... Don't you remember?"
Roger shook his head, "No."
Helga whispered in his ear, "You asked me to go down on you, and I was more than happy to oblige..." She then added with a grin, "Want me to do it again?"
Roger shook his head again, repeating what he’d just said, "No."
Helga nodded her head, "If that is what you wish... So then, what do you want to do now?"
Roger shrugged, "I dunno."
Helga yawned and stretched a bit, still on top of him. She then let her hand slide down to his crotch, her grin suggesting she had some ideas of what they could do. She then asked, "Want to go upstairs?"
Roger frowned, saying only, "No."
Helga sighed, "Oh Roger, I may not have a good memory of the other days events, but I remember that you got me out of quite a spot..."
Roger gathered his clothes and dressed.
Helga was now sitting up on the couch, she looked at Roger with a smile, "Hmmm, you're a rather big guy Roger, you know, in more ways than one..."
Roger tried to change the subject, "Listen, I'm starving, I have a pounding headache and my face hurts from that fight yesterday.... just go make me something to eat or something."
Helga stood up and put her arms around him, giving him a quick kiss on the lips as she said, "Yes, that's right, you did get a fight, didn't you... I do remember you saved me from those commoner pigs... You're great Roger, you know that?" She then continued, "I'll go make you some lunch, okay?"
Roger sighed, "Yea, whatever."
Helga frowned, "Ah, come on Roger, you got in a fight for me, didn't you, admit it... You like me Roger... There's nothing wrong with admitting it. Anyway, what do you want for lunch, any ideas?"
Roger groaned in annoyance before saying, "Whatever you find in there."
Helga nodded her head and quickly made her way off into the kitchen, but not before giving Roger another kiss on the lips.
Roger wiped his lips with his hand and looked around for his shoes.
Henry suddenly came in the front door, he was staggering in, barely able to stand or walk. He looked at Roger and laughed, "Hung over brother, eh?" it was obvious Henry was not hung over, he was still drunk, he'd been drinking until just a few hours ago.
Henry walked over to Roger and patted him on the back, saying, "So, what's happening...You alive in there?" before he staggered over and collapsed in a chair, still laughing before saying, "So, what is up then?"
Roger finished tying his shoe and sat down on the couch, "Lunch, Helga is making lunch."
Henry looked at Roger as he spoke, he could sense something. He started to grin before saying, "So, what did you two do last night, huh..."
Roger sighed, "I was totally smashed, I don't remember a damn thing."
Henry chuckled, "You were getting dressed when I came in... You two did something, and were probably doing it in here... Eh?"
Roger sighed, "We were both drunk, she managed to get my pants off.... basically she went down on me."
Henry jumped up and hit him hard across the back with the palm of his hand, in a playful manner though, as he said, "Great job brother how was it?"
George then suddenly came walking into the mansion, through the front room, the room Roger and Henry were in. He had a bottle of vodka in his hand and he was drinking it while he walked in. He didn't even say anything; he just shrugged and rubbed his head a bit with his empty hand before he went off to his room.
Roger shuddered, "I told you, I don't remember. I don't really want to remember."
Henry shrugged, "Ah come on, I'm sure you could get her into bed in a second... Go tell her you want her to serve you lunch in bed, naked..."
Roger shook his head, "Nah."
Henry smiled, "Ah come on Roger, you know you want her, don't you?"
Roger suddenly heard his father calling him, the shouts of, "Hey Roger!" were coming from Curtis's room.
Henry tugged on his arm, "Before you go, answer me... You want Helga, don't you?"
Roger shook his head.
Henry was a bit surprised, "Really? Why not?"
Roger sighed, "I'm just not interested in her." He said.
Henry nodded his head, "Yah, I hear you... But she's a nice girl, isn't she? You two would each other some good... You're such a fucking prude Roger, you know that?"
Roger also nodded his head, "She's an ok girl, I'm just not interested in her."
Henry yawned a bit, "Yah, I know what you mean..." He then quickly asked, "Do you think she'd let me fuck her?"
Roger shrugged.
Henry smiled, "Only one way to find out..." With that said, he walked into the kitchen, Roger followed and stood outside the door, listening. He could here Henry say something along the lines of, "Hey, nice dress Helga, it'd look even better on my bedroom floor, don't you think?" and then Roger heard a loud slap, after which Henry came walking out of the kitchen with a frown on his face.
Roger smiled, "I assume that means no."
Henry shrugged, "Who'd have thought a whore would say no..."
Roger frowned, "She's no a whore."
Henry patted him on the back, "Hey, whatever you have to tell yourself to justify associating with her, your holiness... Remember this, she's been with more enough guys to pretty much form a rifle company with..."
Roger fired back, "And you've probably been with enough girls to stock a laundry house."
Henry grinned, "So, what's wrong with that?"
Roger laughed, "If she's a whore, you're a whore."
Henry shook his head, "No, I'm a man... She's a whore..."
Roger sighed, "Whatever, I have to go see what dad wants."
Henry nodded his head and then collapsed in place on the floor, unconscious.

Curtis shouted to Roger, "Come on in, the doors unlocked..."
Roger entered.
Curtis was lying in bed with two women, one on each side of him, both were nude but covered up. Neither was much over twenty. He said, "Hey Roger, how are you son? Would you go see the chef makes lunch for three, eh?"
Roger tried not to make eye contact with anybody as he said, "Well, Helga's making something, I'll see if she'll make something extra."
One of the women, the one on Curtis's left, a brunette, said, "Hmm, Curtis, is this your son, Roger?"
Curtis nodded his head, "Yah, Roger, say hello..."
Roger bowed.
The woman grinned, "Hello Roger... Do you want to join us?"
Curtis nodded his head, "Yah Roger, I'm going to shower, you can keep the ladies company, eh?"
Roger nervously shook his head as he replied, "Nah, I have to go see about that lunch."
Curtis sighed, "Ah come on Roger, won't take that long..."
Roger sat down in a chair.
Curtis stood up and walked over to Roger, whispering, "Why don't you climb into bed and see what women do best..."
Roger whispered "Nah, my head and face is killing me from last night. I'm really not in the mood."
Curtis nodded his head, "Don't worry, they'll go easy on you... Come on, it'll help you feel better..."
Roger frowned as he rubbed his head, "I'm tired out from last night."
The other woman looked at Roger with a grin, asking, "Are you going to join us then, Roger?"
Roger shook his head.
She frowned and looked at Curtis, "Ah, your boy is all tired out, isn't he?"
Curtis shrugged, "I don’t know, lot of times he hardly acts like my boy..." He turned to Roger and shook his head before whispering, "You're embarrassing me in front of these diplomats, now be a good son and jump in bed with them..."
Roger sighed, stood up and sat on the edge of the bed.
Curtis then went off to shower, but not before discretely handing Roger a condom. The label read, "Rifle Protectors: Possession by anybody other than active duty armed forces personnel is a federal offense."
One of the women looked at Roger with a sly grin before she sat up and put a hand on each shoulder, sitting behind him as she started to massage his shoulders, suggesting, "Why don't you lie down, Roger..."
Roger shook his head, immediately replying, "No funny stuff."
The woman frowned, "Whatever do you mean, Roger?"
Suddenly Helga came walking by and gently tapped on the door, inquiring, "Roger, are you in there? Lunch is almost ready..."
One of the women grinned before saying, "Roger, you don't mind if your lunch is a bit cold, do you? That can wait a while, right?"
Roger stood up and walked out, "I' like my lunches fresh."
One of the woman sighed and asked, "Will you be back later?"
Roger lied, saying, "Not sure."
The one woman who had just spoken nodded her head and spread her legs so Roger could get a clear view, as she said, "Well hurry on back..."

Helga was waiting outside the door for Roger, once he came out, she took his hand and led him into the dinning room, saying, "You'll love lunch, Roger, I know you will..."
Roger "What is it?"
Helga smiled, "Steak and mushrooms, you'll like that, right?"
Roger nodded, Yea."
Helga went and got Roger's food and brought it into the dinning room and set it down in front of him.
She then sat down in the chair right next to him and remained quiet while he ate.
As he was almost finished eating, she suddenly and seemingly out of nowhere said, "Roger, I love you... I always have..."
She sat there then in silence, anxiously awaiting a reply, hoping he'd say it back.
Roger sighed, "Helga, I.... I don't love you."
Helga's jaw dropped, she felt crushed, she didn't know what to say. She wanted to cry, but she had half expected this. She shook her head and asked, "Was it something I did or didn't do? Tell me..."
Roger shook his head, calmly trying to reassure her, "No, no... I just don't love you."
Helga quietly nodded her head before saying, "I see... I... I..." she hesitated and then blurted out, "I have to get home, my father is probably worried sick, I haven't been home in nearly a week." That said, she got up and literally ran out of the room and the mansion.
Roger knew the truth, Dieter wouldn't have known she was gone, unless of course he felt in the mood to beat her and couldn't find her.
About thirty minutes later, William came walking into the dinning room. He looked a bit confused as he said, "Hey Roger, did something happen? I was in my deer stand out front and I saw Helga ran out of here like this place is on fire... She was walking down the road when last I saw her... I mean what is she doing, it's like forty miles to her estate, isn't it? And it briefly cuts through a colored township..."
Roger sighed and walked outside to his car.
William was walking alongside him, asking, "Where you going, can I go too?"
Roger immediately replied, "After Helga, she's heading down the road."
Roger then got in and started the car.
William shrugged, "If she wants to walk home, shouldn't we let her?" William got in the back of the car.
Roger raised a brow, "Forty miles and through a black township?"
William shrugged again, "She might be okay, though, right?"
Roger shook his head.
William sighed, "Do you really think we ought to bother her, she looked like she wanted to be left alone..."
Roger sighed back, "Believe me, it's best we just go after her."
William nodded his head, "Very well... She was going that way..." he pointed down the road which way to turn.
Roger revved his engine and drove off in the direction William pointed.
William started looking around, "Roger, I don't see any sign of her, do you?"
Roger tried to reassure William and himself, "We'll find her."
It suddenly started to rain as the clouds let loose with a deluge.
William shrugged, "Meh, it's raining, maybe we ought to go back home, I left a deer out by the stand you know, it might get ruined."
Roger shook his head, "No, we are going to find her."
William sighed loudly, "Ah, does it really matter? She's a big girl, she can handle herself, can't she?"
Roger put his foot down more firmly on the gas, as he said, "We are going to find her, and that’s final."
William nodded his head and then pointed up ahead, "Hmmm, shouldn't we have found her by now? I mean she was only walking about a half hour, we've been driving for ten minutes..."
Roger kept driving, the rain was becoming heavier.
About a half hour further down the road, William tapped Roger on the shoulder and pointed to the rest area off the side of the highway, saying, "Pull off, I need to piss, okay?"
Roger pulled over.
As soon as he pulled over, William jumped out of the car and ran into the building where the bathroom was.
A few minutes went by, Roger heard some commotion nearby, yelling. It was coming from a semi-truck. Roger had and errie feeling he knew who was being yelled at when he heard the trucker shout, "Put out or get out..."
Sure enough, it was confirmed when he saw Helga step out of the truck and sit down on the sidewalk in the rain as the truck started to reverse to get to the weighing station that was part of the rest area.
Roger stepped out of the car and walked over the Helga.
Helga looked up and saw him, she then let her head hang back down, not saying a word.
William came walking back out, he stopped suddenly in his tracks when he saw Roger and Helga. He motioned with his head and then pointed to the car, letting Roger know he'd be in the car.
Roger ripped open the door of the truck and dragged the man inside out through the open door.
The man was struggling and kicking, shouting, "What the fuck is your problem, asshole..." He then shouted, "Help, carjacking, he's trying to steal the rig!"
The man tried to draw a Beretta 92 from his waistband.
Roger grabbed the gun and pistol whipped him with it.
The man fell forward, pain shooting up and down his back. He was nearly crying now as he plead, "Please, don't shoot me... Take it, just take it."
Roger shook his head; pointing to the truck, "Get out of here."
The man nodded his head as he picked himself and ran back to the truck.
The trucker floored it and got out of there right away, cutting off several cars on his way out.
Helga stood back up and started walking back towards the highway, her hand outstretched and her thumb up.
Roger called out, "Helga, get in the car."
Helga turned and shook her head, saying only, "No thanks... I'll be okay..."
Roger shouted, "Get in the car, now."
Helga kept walking towards the highway, she called back, "No, really, I'm okay..."
Roger followed her, "What is wrong with you!? You are walking into a black township!"
Helga shrugged, "Meh... Nobody really cares, why should I..."
Roger quickly replied, "Come back to Stalingrad."
Helga shouted back, "Why? You don't want me there... I'm just somebody to cook your lunches for you, aren't I?"
Roger sighed, shouting back, "No. You are there so you can stay away from your father and because I invited you."
Helga suddenly turned around, smiling, as she started to walk back towards Roger and where his car was parked. She nodded her head and quietly said, "Okay..."
Roger tucked the gun into his belt and walked back to the car.
Helga smiled as she got in the front passenger side.
William was smoking, he then asked, "So, is Helga coming back with us or are we taking her home?"
Roger replied, "She's coming back."
William nodded his head, "Okay then... Are we going right now?"
Roger nodded.
Helga whispered to Roger, "Thank you for coming..."
Roger started the car, "No problem."

Meanwhile back at Stalingrad, Henry and George had regained consciousness and got to talking. George, while strongly disagreeing with Henry's politics, thought Roger had been an asshole for roughing him up in school a few days ago, thus embarrassing him once again. (It wasn't the first or last time he did it)
As they saw Roger's car pulling up, Henry and George both walked up to it. Once it stopped, Henry opened the driver's door and quickly pulled Roger out, holding his hands behind his back while George started to punch and then kick him, mostly hitting him in the face or stomach, and kicking him in the legs.
William jumped out and rushed forward, shouting, "Leave him alone, that's not fair!"
Henry shouted, "Mind your business, William..."
George kept punching Roger, delivering blow after blow to his stomach and head.
William ran full speed into Henry and tackled him off of Roger, now nobody was holding Roger back.
William had tackled Henry to the ground and pinned his arms down with his knees, proceeding to punch him repeatedly about the face and chest.
Roger got to his feet, "What the hell!"
George took up a fighting stance and said, "Bring it... You want to fight somebody, fight me, I can fight back..." he turned to Henry, saying, "No offense..."
Henry was still being beaten by William, but he managed to shout, "None taken..." as he tried to slap William off of him.
Roger tossed the gun into the backseat and took a stance as well.
George swung first, moving in rapidly and feigning against Roger's head with a punch, but at the last second he jumped back and kicked him hard in the side.
Roger hit him in the ribs with a right hook and delivered a second punch to the front of the ribcage.
George then ran full speed at Roger and jump kicked him, landing it hard against the chest, it would probably knock him off his feet.
Roger fell back but landed against the side of the car, keeping him on his feet.
George then grabbed onto Roger's shoulders and spun him away from the car, running into him and taking him down to the ground. He was trying to pin his arms down with one hand and his legs as he started to unleash a torrent of punches to Roger's head with the other hand.
Roger placed his knee between him and George and flipped him onto his back. Roger then flipped himself over on top of George. He delivered a swift punch to the jaw and another to his right eye,
George immediately went to block Roger's next attack with a raise left hand as his right hand drew a switchblade and flicked it open.
Roger pinned his right hand to the ground, "What the hell are you doing? Trying to kill me?"
George shouted, "No, I was just trying to defend myself... You're trying to kill me..."
Roger shouted, pointing out the obvious, "You attacked me!"
George was wincing in pain now; his right wrist was about to snap. He had already dropped the knife. He shook his head and said, "Roger, okay... okay... Stop, I quit."
Roger let him go.
George stood up and then offered a hand to help Roger up.
Roger took his hand and rose to his feet.
William had already let Henry up, and he had promptly run inside crying.
Roger brushed himself off, "I need a drink."
George sighed as he said, "Roger, don't rough up Henry in school or in front of others, if you can help it... He is a fragile kid, okay?"
Roger nodded his head, "Yea, fine."
George patted him on the back, "Great, thanks... Well you go get that drink, I'm out of here, I have places to go..."
Helga had since gotten out of the car and she rushed over to Roger to see if he was hurt. She was quick to ask, "Roger, are you okay?"
Roger quickly reassured her, "I'm fine, I'm fine."
Helga put an arm around him and said, "Come on, you look all bruised up and your left eye is swelling up, let's get you inside, shall we? I'll get you some ice and painkillers and then start on dinner, is pheasant okay?"
William immediately suggested, "Deer, I got a deer, we can have deer... Let's have deer... Yah, deer."
They all proceeded inside, the ran was still coming down fiercely, almost with a vengeance.
Roger sighed, "You don't have to cook if you don't want to. The servants will cook."
Helga smiled at him as she said, "Roger, I like cooking for you..."
Roger nodded his head, saying, "Then go cook."
Helga smiled and gracefully walked off to go cook Roger his dinner.
William looked at Roger once Helga was out of sight, asking, "Roger, do you like her? I mean you let her cook for you and do all that stuff that women do for men when they like them, but do you like her?"
Roger sighed, "As a friend, sure."
William sighed even louder, "Roger, you know what I meant... You're having her do things that folks who are just friends, don't do... Are you interested in her?”
Roger frowned, uneasily answering, "Not really, but she is in me."
William was rather upset with that answer; he didn't beat around the bush about how he felt with that answer, "Roger, I've never said anything negative about you... But letting a girl do all that work for you, thinking you like her as much as you like her... I'm upset with you..."
Roger fired back, "Listen, I already told her that I wasn’t interested. She insists on doing all this, I'm not forcing her. She wants to stay away from her father, so I'm allowing her to stay her."
William sighed, "So, what isn't to like, she's a nice girl isn't she? And you're not blind are you? You have seen her, right?"
Roger nodded his head, saying, "Yea...."
William patted him on the back saying, "Then maybe you ought to consider being more than just friends, eh? You know father is really eager for you to have kids someday, and you need a woman for that to happen, right? You do need a woman for that... I'm not really clear on how that works, but a woman comes into play there somewhere, right?"
Roger sighed as he answered with a nod and then a reply of, "A woman is involved, yes, but it won't be Helga."
William was curious, "Why not her? I mean what is it about you don't like? She seems to be the ideal woman, isn't she?"
Roger sighed, "I'm not looking for an ideal woman."
William nodded his head, "So what are you looking for?"
Roger shrugged, "Something different, I guess. All the women in Mississippi are all the same."
William looked puzzled as he asked, "Dad said Mississippian woman are, for noblemen, the easiest to lay ever, what did he mean by that? He said he's never had trouble getting action on demand.. Does he mean he's in combat a lot?"
Roger quickly said, "Don't worry about that for a few more years."
William nodded his head and then yawned, "Okay, if you say so... I'm going to go off and lay down, I'm tired from getting up early to get ready for hunting... Take care."
William then went off to his room.

Roger decided to get online and check to see if he had any email or if Alice was online.
Sure enough, Alice was online, as soon as Roger logged on, she sent him a message, "Hello Roger, how are you today? Where have you been, haven't heard from you in nearly two days. You get sick or something?"
Roger typed "Oh, sorry.” Before typing a frown.
Alice typed, "It was my father..."
Roger replied, "Ok."
Alice typed a frown and then, "I often wish he would just die, is that wrong?"
Roger typed back, "In your case, no."
She then typed, "You know, I've heard the RG cavalry is deploying to Beirut, are you going?"
Roger replied, "I'm not sure. Maybe, maybe not."
Alice typed, "My husband is deployed in Beirut... Maybe you'll come across him?"
Roger typed back, "Maybe...."
Alice typed, "Well I'm sorry, but I really need to go... I have work to tend to. We can talk in a few hours though. Okay? Oh, and I really am looking forward to seeing you in Argentina this summer..." She typed a grin afterwards.
Roger replied, "Yea, me too. I can't wait to see you."
Alice then sent him a picture of her in a bathing suit that didn't cover much more than what would be the bare minimum under Curtis's pre-modesty laws. Although many women still wore such bathing suits in private. She said, "Perhaps we might go swimming together? I've heard you set the record for a one mile swim in your RG unit..."
Roger typed a smiley face.
Alice typed back, "So that means a positive response, eh?"
Roger typed, "Yep."
Alice then typed a frown before, "Well, I really have to get going now, you take care. Catch you later..."
Roger typed "Ok."
Almost as soon as Alice had logged off, Curtis came walking into Roger's room, dressed in just a silk robe. He was smoking a cigar as he said, "Roger, how'd you like to go to the Middle East for a while?"
Roger quickly asked, "For how long?"
Curtis shrugged, "A few weeks, just a brief operation to see that militants in Beirut observe their cease-fire..."
Roger smiled, "Sounds good. I'll go." He said.
Curtis patted him on the back and said, "You leave tomorrow morning then, so go get ready..."
Curtis then turned and left.
About that time, Helga called up to Roger, "Dinner, Roger, come get it..."
Roger sighed, "Last home dinner for a few weeks."
Roger headed downstairs.
Helga was smiling as she set his food in front of him, asking, "How are you doing, Roger? You okay?"
Roger nodded his head, smugly saying, "Yea. I'm heading out to Beirut tomorrow, may see some combat."
Helga gasped, "Oh my, will you be okay?"
Roger nodded, "I'll be fine."
Helga smiled before she said, "Since you'll be in Spartan conditions for a while, maybe I could see you leave with some happy memories of tonight, eh?"
Roger sighed, "Nah."
Helga gave him a very innocent and helpless look, as she pleaded with her eyes before saying, "Pleaseeee..."
Roger shook his head, "Sorry, no."
Helga whispered to him, "You could let me do what we did the other night, right? I'd like you to actually remember it, can I?"
Roger sighed, "Helga, no, I cannot."
Helga asked, "Why not? I really want to know..."
Roger sighed even louder, "I already told you, you are a friend only."
Helga reluctantly nodded her head, "Okay... But if you ever want to, well you already know my answer..." She grinned at the last part but then got up to go refill his glass and get his dessert.
She brought in his piece of cake, brandy, and cigar, setting them down in front of him.
Roger ate the cake with his spoon.
After he finished the cake, Helga cut his cigar and gently placed it in his mouth, lighting it with a match.
Roger sighed, "Helga, my brother doesn't think it is suitable for you to act like a servant for me, and they are somewhat correct. You should not be waiting on me hand and foot. I want to just to relax and enjoy your stay here as a guest and friend of the Fabus family."
Helga sighed before suddenly saying, "Roger, you know I can't stand this country... Do you know that? I mean it, I want to get out of here, either back to South Africa or to some country, any country, just not here... I mean, do you think I could ever get out of here easily?"
Roger smiled, "Find some rich and powerful foreigner and marry them."
Helga shook her head, "No, I think the first nice foreign man that comes along, regardless of class, ought to do, I mean my father is rich and powerful enough... He'll see I'm well provided for..."
Roger nodded his head, "Yea, I guess."
Roger then continued, "Just make sure you love him and he loves you back, thats all that matters."
Helga then placed a hand gently on Roger's shoulder, "But if you ever, for some reason, have trouble finding a woman, I'll marry you any day of the week, you know that..."
Roger sighed, "I'll keep that in mind."
Helga smiled before kissing him gently on the cheek, "Great... Now..." she said, as she rose, "I'll go get some food ready for your flight tomorrow, it's a long flight, eh? I'll get you breakfast and lunch and pack it up for you."
Helga then left and went back into the kitchen.
Roger decided to turn in early and get ready for fighting in the long trip to Lebanon that was to come.. As he was going upstairs, Curtis walked back and said, "Oh Roger, when you get to Beirut, you're to make contact with the Serya battalion at the main airport... Okay? I think one of their company commanders will be meeting with you..."
Roger nodded his head, "I see.... Ok..."
Curtis patted him on the back and said, "Good job...Well then, get to sleep and head out bright and early..."
Roger headed upstairs and went to bed..

Helga came walking up to Roger's room about an hour later, have prepared all the food for his trip and then a few extra snacks. She also tucked a few flasks of brandy into his pack for him.
She looked at Roger, he was asleep, she leaned over and kissed him on the forehead before she laid down on the couch nearby.
In the morning when Roger awoke, everybody else was still asleep. He went downstairs and found all the food Helga had packed for him, along with a box of his cigars and the brandy.
Roger the food in his pack and readied his gear.
Seven hours later, he stepped off the C-130 after it came to a halt at the airport in Beirut. He was immediately escorted to the recently constructed company command post.
He noticed that there were already 4,000 RG men in the base, with about 120 Serya soldiers as well. Most Serya soldiers were out on patrol in Beirut.
The captain stood up when Roger entered and saluted, he then extended his hand to shake, "Captain Carrion, Serya marines, you must be General Fabus, yes?"
Roger eyed the man and nodded, "Correct, soldier."
The captain motioned at the chair Roger was near, "Take a seat, it's too hot to stand..." He spat as he said, "This country sucks... Doesn't it? I mean who wants to spend their days in some arab shit hole..."
Roger smiled, saying, "Yea, would much rather be back with our families, no?"
Roger then sat down.
The captain, about six foot even and maybe one-hundred and sixty pounds, sat down in the chair and took out a cigar from the box on the desk, offering one to Roger, "Want one?" He then answered his question, "Families back at home? Nah, all I got back at home is a nag of a wife..." He then made a mocking feminine voice, "Stop drinking", "Stop smoking", "Retire from the marines before you get killed..." He spat again, saying, "Women, you can't live with them or without them, but you sure can belt them one, you know?"
Roger "No thanks.... What is your wifes name?"
He shrugged, "Alice... You got a wife?"
Roger shook his head, "No, not yet."
The man nodded his head, "Yah, take my advice, make sure you get one who knows who the boss is, you know?"
Roger nearly glared at him as he said, "In Mississippi it is dishonorable to hurt your wife."
He was shocked, "What? What do you mean?"
Roger pointed out what the man had just said, "You said that you beat her."
The man sighed, "Nah, I said you gotta belt them one every now and then, you know, when they need it..."
Roger nodded his head before asking, "Ah.... Have a picture of her on you?"
The captain nodded his head and took out his wallet, tossing it to Roger, "In there..."
Roger found the picture, "This her?"
He nodded his head, "Yup, she's a looker eh? About the only thing she's good for, looking good..."
He then laughed as he exhaled on the cigar, "But then again, what are all women good for?"
Roger shook his head, asking, "Oh, I don’t know... is she educated?"
He shrugged, "I guess, but really, what does an education mean, she isn't good for much..."
Roger tossed the wallet back to him.
The man caught it and tucked it away, asking, "So tell me, why the interest in my woman? You heard about her before? She's always getting in the papers opening that dumb mouth of hers and talking politics and government shit, stuff nobody cares about... She ought to make herself useful and do something constructive like cook more or something, you know?"
Roger shrugged, "Couldn't say I've ever heard of her before..."
The captain nodded his head and yawned, "Yeah, well no big lose, she's an obnoxious bitch for the most part... But what can I say, marrying her was a smart plan, it cost a good deal also, I sold most of my land getting enough money to give to her father, you know?"
Roger quietly nodded his head before saying, "Oh..."
He nodded his head, "Yah, see, she's an ambitious one, she's jockeying to get the position of Foreign Minister, she may very well get it one day, and that'll open up the way for me to make general for sure...”
Roger shrugged.
The captain then asked, "So, what is it like in Mississippi? Is it true what they say, about all the incest and such... I mean, you know... Is it true, really?"
Roger immediately lied, "Not really."
The captain chuckled, "I heard the funniest thing the other day, about your father and your aunt... You know, his sister, Christine... Do you know anything about that?"
Roger lied again, "I've heard the rumors, they are untrue."
The man nodded his head, "Yeah, well say, you want to go get a drink or something?"
Roger shook his head, "No."
The captain seemed a bit insulted, "What? Why not? Not an early drinker?"
Roger took out a flask, "I'm covered."
The captain chuckled, "Ah, good idea... Mind if I have some?"
Roger tried to politely decline, "Nah, its really specially made for me."
The captain didn't like that answer, but he accepted it, at first. Then he said very bluntly, "You know Fabus, I think you don't like me... You came in here with an attitude and I want to know why...”
Roger sighed, "Hangover."
The man nodded his head, "Hmmm, okay, no hard feelings then, eh."
