Today the govrenment of the SovietRepublicofRussia announced that it will be leasing lands in the Soviet Military Distric of Puerto Rico. The lands for lease are most suitable for the growing of sugarcane, coffee, pineapples, plantains, bananas and the raising of livestock products and chickens, resources,mostly in the mountainous areas, include copper and nickel as well as offshore oil possibillites. 3,000 sq miles of land are avalible or 1,919,992 acres. This land sells for 23,000 USD per acre per year. The lands can be sold to nations,persons,or corperations/companies. Governments can buy up to 5,000 acres, Corperations/companies can buy up to 6,000 acres, and persons can buy up to 1,000 acres. This land cannot be used for waste dumps,weapons tests ranges or military bases (this can be negotiated with other means just ask for the terms).
