OOC:My first post! I can't believe it!

IC:

I see.... my orcs scattering....What is this menace that threatens them? I know their strength, their power, their majesty....Why do they run so? Ahh...modern technology answers. A helicopter, is it not. They raise their bows and fire, but to no avail...what is this magic?

I am.... Lord Que'Zrack of the orcs....my arm is long...I am all powerful...bow or die...

OOC:Anyone can take control of the helicopter.

OOC: Got no idea of whats going on, but it seems like it might be fun

IC:

The Tundric Defence Forces Arctic Vulture chopper thundered overhead, the miniguns mounted at the sides pouring fire out across the fleeing creatures, simply deemed orcs by the men aboard, and sent them scaterring in all directions.

As the helicopter made another pass, arrows fired from bows hit the underbelly and bounced off harmlessly. One of the arrows was lucky however, striking one of the soldiers through the open side door.

"Holy s***, those sons of b****** hit me!" exlclaimed corporal Johnson as he looked at the arrow that had struck his ballistic vest.

He raised his rifle to his shoulder and emptied his magazine into the group of orcs that the arrow had come from and then sent a 40mm grenade into another group before reloading as the helicopter came to a hover in the relative center of the scaterring creatures as the gunners and soldiers rained down more fire on the creatures.

OOC:Well, this is from the point of view of the orc leader-guy-person-thing

IC:

I rage... at their destruction....my orcs, greatest in the universe, falling...what are these strage weapons? How can they break our armor, forged in the mighty Lava Pits of Kaharawa? It is magic....and they shall fall....remeber that...

I tell... my men, through their minds, to ask for peace...."Stop, we are friendly!" exclaims one, at my prompting...what will be their response?

OOC:My leader guy can talk to the orcs through their minds..cool, eh?

OOC:Sure, since I'm sorta past tech in a different tech setting.

Lieutenant Waters looks down at the orcs and sees one looking up, waving his arms, and shouting something that can't be heard over the roar of gunfire and the rotors. The other orcs are finding cover, some drop their weapons, the bows stop, the orcs are waving up and shouting.

"Cease fire! Cease fire!" the lieutenant yells, tapping his men and the gunners to signal them to stop the barrage of fire.

The soldiers stop shooting, they take the reprieve to quickly reload their weapons and restock their vests with fresh magazines from the ammo crate at the back of the helicopter.

The lieutenant orders the pilots hover and lower the ropes. The ropes lower and the soldiers fast rope down to the ground, coming up on their knees or going prone with weapons ready as the gunners scan the orcs with their miniguns, ready to jam down the triggers should their firepower be needed.

I watch.... as the opponents cease their ungodly fire....this is good...it gives my orcs life, for the moment....let them burn, fool enemies, my orcs will win the end.....but not now....let them bargain...it serves my will....it is good....

I order... .....my orcs, through their minds, to repeat their words...."Sotp we are friendly!" they all yell together...maybe the deaf humans didn't hear the first time.....

The orcs had stopped running and had stopped firing off arrows at them, they were all yelling now, saying that they were friendly. Waters signalled to his men to maintain a defensive position as he himself got to his feet and pointed his rifle in the air, took off the goggles that protected his eyes from dust and spoke.

"I'm lieutenant Waters of the Tundric Defence Forces, identify yourselves!" he yelled to the mass of creatures.

Lt. Pazcovzky was out on recon. It was a bad work, but someone had to do it anyway. It would have been just another boring duty if some strange rumors Hadn't attracted him. The cold wind slammed on its face as he climbed over the hill to see what was happening beyond it.
He was simply stupified when he arrived on the top.
He immediatly called the base
"Captain, Captain!
"What do you want, you little piece of a ..."
"I've found something incredible! Orcs with spears and bows! An unidentified military force..
"What have you said??!! Military forces? Hold on, you'll get some backup ina minute!"

I know.... these foolish humans, thinking they are so great. I will destroy them, in due time, I will....this one...he calls himself Lieutenant Waters...he will be first to die....but not now.....ha! My orcs, on my orders, call out, together, "We are the orcs of the Northlands! We follow Lord Que'Zrack!" Ahh...that makes me pleased....

I observe.... more humans on the mountaintop. One of my orcs, detaches himself and looks....and my orders...

The Syphela, a regional patrol destroyer was in orbit, when the accident happened. One of the mines in orbit around the earth, left from the incident, exploded, and the ship, unable to keep stable, was sent hurtling towards the earth.
"Stablizers down!"
"Switching to manual."
The ship began to slow, and stopped 300 feet above the action.
"Reading hundreds or thousands of lifeforms below Sir!" the sensor officer exclaimed.
"begin active scans, engage the cloak."
"Cloak is not functioning, I suggest we set down and repair." the sensor officer then displayed the helicopter being attacked.
"Or...Not.... Bring us about, send transmissions for the helicopter to set down on the left fin" the captain said. They sent the transmission, and activated the shields. The ground below glowwed bright blue,

I see.... some technology that is strangly un..un..real. One of my men will investigate...it will be good....

OOC:I'm not Varsola and I don't know Varsola, but I think that The Canadian Tundra is already the helicopter.

Lt Pazcovzky handled the transmitter nervously
"captain! one of the orc is approaching me!"
" stay calm! don't make a move! try to appear friendly."
Pazcovzky tought "shit, how does he think I can appear friendly to a creature that is twice my size?"

I tell... my orc on the hill to speak..."Who are you?" he says...

Pazcovzky watched the enormous creature with terror
"2nd Lt Pazcovzky....
