On the 14th of January, 2005, the corrupt and immoral regime of Andrew Mallon and the Peasant-Worker Union of Godnose was toppled by the leader of the glorious 9th Armoured Division of the P.W.U.G., Colonel Cathy Reister. The Worker?s Peasant?s Senate of Godnose unanimously voted Reister to the post of Premier-General. Reister has initiated the first three steps of the modernisation of Godnose, firstly by renaming the Peasant-Worker Union of Godnose to the Peasant-Worker Coalition of Godnose. Secondly by purging the former leadership of the P.W.C.G., executing Mallon and his loyalists to the tremendous approval of the people of Godnose. Thirdly by doing away with the inefficient currency of the former P.W.U.G., the Union Credit and replacing it with our new currency, the Coalition Credit. The
The newly renamed Peasant-Worker Coalition of Godnose, eager to rebuild its economy after the full nationalisation of the military industry under the enlightened regime of Premier-General Cathy Reister, has decided to begin selling military equipment to the outside world. The first such equipment is the slightly outdated S-1470 Jensen Class Primary Battle Tank. Designed and manufactured in Godnose, the S-1470 was developed during the war with the Ninaran Soviet Socialist Republic as a fast and well-armed tank for use in tropical conditions, in which both the P.W.C.G. and the N.S.S.R. exist. Although the S-1470 has not yet had the opportunity to be tested in colder temperatures (i.e. -10 temperatures), the designers assure all potential buyers that this is an all-terrain vehicle. To back this claim, the P.W.C.G. can draw on the experience of Corporal Fiona Rivas of the 112th Armoured Division, composed entirely of S-1470s, which during the Godnose-Ninara War was trapped in tropical cyclone Steve. The Division encountered temperatures well below -30 but still operated at near full efficiency. The S-1470 can operate in desert temperatures also.
The S-1470 is designed as a cheap and expendable but reliable vehicle and is priced at only 4 million Coalition Assets (US$1million)
