I don't know if people care or not, but eh, I obviously "slipped" out of NS RADAR, and eh, I was wondering if those nations who have me on their "hate list" would care to give me a second chance and just start my NS history from scratch, including my foreign policy, etc.
I got bored and wanted to return without getting a load of hate mail.. what do you say?

MT... I don't really want to start a war RP because of limited amounts of time... I just left when it was convienent for me to do so..and I must be on a lot of "hit lists"...so I was wondering if they would be grateful enough to just let me re-start my NS history and start from scratch with everything...
