A large Blue Vortex opened around Sigma Octovous. And ships, 120 of them flashed into space.
The Commander hailed the base commander " You reqested a Fleet, and here it is. We brought a Gale Class Prototype, it should provide proper defense untli the 2nd fleet returns. "
On the Starbase the command smiled a bit " My my my , All these Brand new ships. I've seen all these classes but the Gale! I can't beleive you brought 4 Tornados! Thats Incredble! "

Around a hundred ships poured forth from the shifting immaterium of the Warp; forced back into material space; yet not even knowing where they were. They had been a small assault group; on their way to rendevouz with the main Imperial fleet; when a massive warp storm had knocked them off course; somewhere out in space; far beyond the Emperor and his word; beyond the reach of their Gods, perhaps.
Lord Bhaal stepped forth and grunted; examining the limitless gulf of space; pockmarked by stars; unfamiliar even to his trained eyes.
"Gentlemen..." He hissed; "I do believe we are lost."
