Sailing on his huge yacht the emperor saw a beautiful natural harbor with huge cliffs around the entrance and inside it was a great valley of great white marble walls the soil was rich black and the palin full of abundant flowers,animals, and tress. It was a paradise. He imediately ordered his yacht to find a docking palce nearby. He walked upon the plai of the valley in awe he wondered how such a place could exist upon the Earth. His gelogist quickly located rich gold, emerald, sapphires, diamond, copper, and silver depsoits all of them remearkbly great in size and richness. They were also great desposite of fine white limestone.

After these reports he decided to make this the place of his captial city. He ordered for hundereds of thousands of workers to come to they site. They began to build a great city. The emperor planed to make the city orante with huge amounts of gold, silver, diamonds, copper, sapphres, and diamonds.

Constuction of the city began and was being built quickly and very well. The palace was built within a 2 months and it was magniffecent it walls were of the finest limestone, it's hallways were inliad with jewels and silver and gold. It's rooms wre decorated with emeralds and gold and silver. The throne of the king was made with the purest and finest of gold it was filled with diamonds, sapphires, and emralds all of awesome and glisening.

The city grew ever more by the dyay it's huge and glorious halls, towers, and palaces ever the more greater and more beautiful. All the nobles were all called to dwell in this no city and no peasent, serf, or slave may enter it. When upon entering it they marvled and were in awe at it's glory and beauty even though it was not complete. It then began to be called Valgard (the city of the gods).

The day had finally come the city was complete. The very streets of the city were magincffecent to behold. It's towers made of the finest marble their very pinacles glistened with beautiful emeralds. The palaces were great inlaid with gold, silver, and sppahires. The halls of the palaces decorated with beautiful images of copper studded in gold and silver. The emperor,s palace was huge covering 27 acres the very structre of it and it had 2451 rooms and it garden covered another 2100 acres and it's private lake was 364 acres in size the city was truly a paradise remarked all who went to dwel there and those wo went their never wished to leave again beacuse of it's bliss and mirth.

The emperor is intrested in exchanging emissaries to all willing nations.
