The Ratheian Navy received the first of a projected one hundred and eighty projected "Lun" anti-ship Ekranoplanes. This will also be complemented by two hundred "Lun" Rescue Craft.

Also, Ratheian Ministry of Defence reported that orders have been placed for roughly three hundred Orlyonok Ekranoplanes. These aircraft will be part of an advanced revitalization program designed to give Ratheia a better capability to transport troops and equipment.

These ships will serve to increase the influence of the Ratheian Army and Navy in Ratheian affairs, as the Air Force currently holds the advantage.

Defensive armament for all aircraft has yet to be unveiled.

Orders are to be filled within a five year period.
