Plasma w/ Photonic-Assist: Pulsed Plasma Beam for use against lightly armoured and soft targets; optional atmospheric tunneling laser assist for boosted range, but results in increased power drain.

Variable FE Laser: Variable frequency/pulse-duration/focus/intensity free-electron laser, for use against armour, for 'sniping', or unility(ie cutting, etc).

UV Taser: UV frequency laser ionises the air, creating a conductive path and facilitating taser functions. Non-lethal or lethal modes.

Frame: Rugged NE-Silver and SAPL solid-state construction - exceedingly low-maintaince and high reliability, as well as able to shrug off stupid amounts of abuse. Materials cannot chemicly react, and so corrosion is effectivly impossible.

Just a little technical clarification; by heavier elements reducing reactor output, I ment in general, not heavier than iron.

Fusion stops generating an energy surplus once you reach iron, so it or anything heavier is basicly useless for fueling the reactor. If there's enough of it getting into the reactor, it'll choke out unless it bleeds reactant from the fuel clip to maintain a positive energy flow(furtunatly, this is extreamly unlikly, and compensation can be set to occur automaticly).

Average output is for your typical atmosphere.


Oh, and I forgot to mention the universal power adapter, allowing the weapon to double as a general power supply.

Firing Modes

Plasmathrower [Note: Only available with heavy reactor unit]
Ejects a stream of superheated plasma from the barrel of the gun. Uses huge amounts of fuel but can cause massive amounts of damage to even targets strengthened against plasma attacks. Fires up to approximately 30m.

Ball Plasma
Ejects a heavily compressed ball of superheated gas at high speeds in a straight line. Fires up to approximately 800m. Takes around 10 seconds to fire, as it charges.

Burst Plasma
Fires 3 medium sized plasma balls in rapid succession at an enemy, at medium range. Not as powerful as Ball plasma, as it is not as compressed. Fires up to approximately 400m. Fires instantly. Can be fired singly as well.

Plasma Beam
A medium ranged concentrated plasma stream. Causes damage to a single spot. Uses approximately 10 shots worth for 1 second of continuous energy. Most powerful fire mode, and fires 600m. Charges for 12-15 seconds depending on state of gun.

Phaser= Phaser Energy Ratification
Power Srouce:

Standard Power Pack- 200 megajoules Max.

Must Be Chagred From External Source.

The packs can be swaped out during Battle.

Output Levels Can Be set On the Rifle:

1. Semi Automatic- Fires Small Brusts of Phaser Energy every time the trigger is Pulled - This is sutible for Killing unprotected Beings.
2. Fully Automatic- Fires very small pluses of energy at a rapid rate. - This is suitable for killing or wounding a large conncertarion Of Enemeys.
3. Stun- Set the rifle on stun to paralyze your enemy, if you do not wish to kill him on the spot.
4. Class 4 Setting- Fires a massive brust of energy, totaling 30 Megajoules which explodes on impact with the target- Weapon Requires 45 Seconds of Cool Down time after you use this setting.
5. Sniper Mode- Fires a narrow Beam 10 Megajoule Brust, allow it to vaporize the head or body of the " sniped " Effective up to 3.5km.
In theroy it would travel up to 5km, but it would not be nearly as effective. Or accruate.


Power Settings: This can be applied to any of the 5 fire modes.

# Light stun - knocks out humanoids for up to five minutes
# Medium stun - knocks out humanoids for up to fifteen minutes
# Heavy stun - humanoids put to sleep for about an hour
# Thermal effects - extensive neural damage and skin burns to humanoids; causes metals to retain heat if applied for over five seconds
# Thermal effects - severe skin burns to humanoids; can penetrate simple personal force fields
# Disruption effects - matter disassociates and deeply penetrates organic tissue; can heat objects
# Disruption effects - kills humanoids; disruption becomes widespread
# Disruption effects - maximum setting; vaporizes humanoid organisms And stronger alloys, inculding small tanks and vehicals.




Optics:

The Compression Rifle has a 30X Digital Scope, which also makes it a good scouting device. As well as a deadly Sniper.

Materials:
The RIfle as a Duranium Frame, and Tritanium Plating. Making it very durable. And long lasting.

And because the weapon is sealed when the power packs are in, you shouldn't have to worry about cleaning it. Expect for the outside.

The error has been taken into account and we intend full payment of 16.1 Billion Gaia. The military budget isn't really effected by this error. We also will deliver payment 'prior' to final delivery, as we abhor having debts unpaid.

To the East Coast Federation offer, our Star Knight Marine Corps and High-Mobile Naval Forces will take a good look at this rifle and return with a verdict.
