Auctioning off 3 nukes...
Green Sun

Green Sun hates Nukes. But in our time of need, a group of scientists have built three of them. Turns out we didn't need them. So we're going to sell them.
If you're a nation who hasn't created nukes yet or has them and wants to get their greedy fingers on more, please consider auctioning for them. Green Sun will supply them right to your door within 60 days or your money back! (But you don't get the nukes. I'm a f*cking capitalist, what do you expect?)
The nukes were made on an uncharted island off of the coast of Mexico in a desceased Mexican's backyard and garage. The material they were made of isn't the stabilest stuff, but it still will hold together at least until you get the nuke ready. As soon as you set it or launch it, there is a risk it might go off prematurely. They does not leak out radiation and tehy're not the most powerful, but you can mae more nukes off of these three.

When does the auction end and how do you intend to ensure they are used against you or sold to terrorists?

Someone tell me the Megatonnage of the Hiroshima bombs and I'll have an appropriate price.
OOC: Okay, people, a few things:
NEWBIES: YOU MUST HAVE A POPULATION OF 100 MILLION OR HIGHER TO PURCHASE/USE NUCLEAR WEAPONS!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE SACRED RULES OF NATION STATES. THOSE WHO BREAK IT WILL FACE THE WRATH OF THE GRAVY-MOLESTER...WHO IS NOT COOL IN THE SLIGHTEST.
So, otherwise if you're going to buy something from a nation, you want to do it in character. Say it with me now: "In Character." Trust me on that one...you'll get a lot more respect that way.
IC:
Suddenly in Green Sun, a messenger became gripped as though some invisible man had come and strangled him from behind. He stood tense, upright, and his eyes were wide with shock. His fellow messengers were terrified...wondering what they should do. The messenger walked over to a nearby table and wrote:
"To those of the nation of Green Sun who have been reading this and will continue to read this at this sentance's close we give you many greetings and many wishes of long happiness. The Nation that is forwarding this letter to you yourselves is the Greatest in reference to all others Nation of Paktuu. We being ourselves ask that you yourselves give to us your own nuclear weapons for the correct meathod in which to dispose these weapons so that you yourselves and all other peoples in reference to the universe can live safely without fear in reference to the nuclear weapons. The Greatest in reference to all other Nation of Paktuu offer to do this good deed to you yourselves as an act of the highest of good will that you yourselves and we ourselves will be able to negotiate over objects of trade in the future that is not far from now but not too soon either. To respond to this and other statments that we ourselves will be presenting not soon from now but not far from now either please send to the coordinates that will be ariving shortly from this person's hands."
Then, the messenger scribbled coordinates: A-13-2445-1BD.
Suddenly, the messenger re-aligned his back and looked as though he had just woaken from a deep sleep. He was unharmed.
OOC: Because the Paktuu have never made contact with humans yet, they are simply trying to put down ideas into a written form (the Paktuu language is insanely complicated). So, it's supposed to sound like a poor translation from something out of 6th grade language class.

Green Sun will not give up these nukes so easily. They are being auctioned. You will get them if you place an offer for them and we'll consider it. Now go away unless you're going to buy something.
Dear representative in reference to the Green Sun.
We do not wish for you yourselves to leave hands empty with nothing buy your own yourselves' pride remaining within your grasp. The in reference to the nation of Paktuu does not carry intents sinister in reference to the nature of the act against a nation such as yourself.
The in reference to the nation of Paktuu wish for you yourselves to allow us ourselves to dispose of harmful and potetial weapons that exhibit nuclear reactions. We shall ourselves pay for you to yourself a public place of nature or worship of whatever deific bodies you all worship. We oursleves would also be happy ourselves to help create peacefull areas of recreation or business in the act of helping in reference to your nation the Green Sun.
We, being ourselves, thank you yourself for your time that you have spent reading this note.
OOC: It was 12.5 kilotons. Not much, with the modern bombs at over 58 MEGATONS. Alas, my population is too low to buy nukes. Sniff. /OOC
OOC: 12.5 kilotons? Bleh. Hell, we'll put it into a museum.
-Official Ratheian Government Response-
We will place a bid for these weapons.
Fifteen Billion USD.

OOC: Actually, it isn't a set in stone rule per se, it's more of a rule of thumb.
Newbs can use/buy nukes just they must be responsible in their use, otherwise I and others like me will set innumerable amounts of Suicidal Squirrels at them with IGNORE explosives strapped to them.

According to Wikipedia
>> The yield of "Little Boy" was about 13 kilotons of TNT equivalent in explosive force, i.e. 5.5×1013 joule = 55 TJ (terajoule).
Hiroshima bomb used Uranium while Nagasaki used Plutonium.
Nagasaki ("Fat Man" bomb)
>> The bomb had a yield of about 20 kilotons, or 8.4×1013 joule = 84 TJ (terajoule)

Then these have about 11 megatons. Not very powerful, but it's good for those who want to start thier own nuclear program.
OOC: In case you didn't get it, I'm offering to build massive urban and recreational places for you government if you give me the nuke(s).
