Suddenly, the messenger re-aligned his back and looked as though he had just woaken from a deep sleep. He was unharmed.

OOC: Because the Paktuu have never made contact with humans yet, they are simply trying to put down ideas into a written form (the Paktuu language is insanely complicated). So, it's supposed to sound like a poor translation from something out of 6th grade language class.

Green Sun will not give up these nukes so easily. They are being auctioned. You will get them if you place an offer for them and we'll consider it. Now go away unless you're going to buy something.

OOC: Actually, it isn't a set in stone rule per se, it's more of a rule of thumb.

Newbs can use/buy nukes just they must be responsible in their use, otherwise I and others like me will set innumerable amounts of Suicidal Squirrels at them with IGNORE explosives strapped to them.
