As a nation that is not yet nuclear-armed, the Anikian Empire could use the nuclear weapons, if you have no need for them.

What would you guys say about a reasonable price for three nukes that were made in a mexican's backyard with some unstable material? They won't do as much damage as Hiroshima, but for god's sake, they were made in a Mexican's backyard with four scientists.

Sounds acceptable,if they are cheap enough. And if you cn give a money-back garantee that they won't explode during handling.
