The Imperial Navy has decided that with the redesigned and rebuilt Leviathan classs Superdreadnaughts coming out, it is time to upgrade one of the oldest portions of the fleet. The Imperial Navy currently owns ten Flight I Leviathans, which will be brought into the yards in a 4-2-4 four-year block arrangement for stripping and rebuilding while simultaneously building ten new Leviathans. Because of the extensive changes in the Leviathans, the Imperial Navy has decided that it should be considered a new class of ship. The rebuilt HIMS Halcyon will be the lead ship of the class and will commission under a new hull number, SD-11.
