"I've contacted the 'emperor of mankind' through the force, I'm almost his equivilant. He is an impressive sight to see, even through the force. Long has his government waged war, and much have died for his cause. I won't allow this to be opened to the public deshoonde, but he's more powerfull than I. The other aliens, especialy these Tau, we shouldn't have a problem with. With only a few acceptions."
"What should I do about getting more Force adapts, my lord?"
"Let them come on their own, or contact those who may be interested in helping their force adapt armies train quicker."

Cost of admitance: $500 basic training (padawan), $800 Warrior (Jedi) Training, $1000 Kirtir Knight Training (full training offered)

Due to the fact that even though the Kirtir warriors are like the sith warriors, we don't follow the same rules as the sith do for having only two lords. We are organized more like the jedi, but follow more principles of the dark arts.
This is a school of the dark arts. Where students will be taught the arts of darkness, and dark side of the force. Students are allowed to do WHAT EVER IT TAKES to become a Kirtir Master, and hopefully, lord. There are only 5 Kirtir Lords in existance, excluding the emperor himself who rules all Kirtir. Create an interesting story of what happens within the halls of Devil's ops. Will your student become a future general of Huntaer's Army?
Or will you kill one of the lords of the academy and eventually become head of the academy? Or will he help you defeat your enemies? Asside from the fact that this academy is for helping me with producing more Kirtir warriors, you can create your own characters that could become popular in NS. Good Luck with your training.
