In a stunning development that will create more problems for the Lew Administration, 500,000+ members of the New Homeland Party and the radical Asia First Party, known for backing a program of "Yellow Power," have gathered in cities all over Upper Xen, forming what they call the Liberty Brigades.

"We will not stand for this. As Lew sucks up to the Fabuses, we will stand for our brothers in Kahta, who face deportation and violence. This is unwarranted, and deserves a response," said the Commander of the Wuhan Brigade, Kaplan Hung, reflecting the origin and the reasoning behind the formation of the Liberty Brigades, now led by Lisa Chu, who vows to, "kill every honky m*******ker in Kahta, and reenact Sherman's March to the Sea in DA."

The Brigades are rumored to be pruchasing tanks and guns, and are assembling to travel to an unknown nation to provide aid and support.

In response, President Lew is calling for the arrest of the Liberty Brigades as "traitors" and "disturbers of the peace." So far, numerous arrests have been made on firearms charges.

SECRET IC:

President Lew said, "Damn these ***ks. If there is one good thing about this, it will get rid of those rabble-rousers at the New Homeland Party. I should let a lot get arrested...and let a few go."

Before long, this was carried out, and 250,000 managed to meet in Port Arthur and Shanghai.

The leader of the Liberty Brigades, Lisa Chu, sent a letter to Executor Davidson of Tyrandis.

Payment is expected on delivery, at a rate of 85 million USD for each aircraft."

Hong Kong, DX (AP)-

Today, Gordon Lew confirmed due to his anti-RALM stance and diplomatic obligations, the nation of Upper Xen will officially remain neutral in "any war that may result between the Fabus Bloc and any opposing nations."

"We will not get into a war that is not related to us, and we will not entangle ourselves in some foolish adventure, be it caused by the Fabuses or by anybody else. Any Xenizen citizen that joins this war will have his citizenship revoked. We will also reaffirm our neutrality."

At this point, at least 300,000 and more have been arrested on charges of disturbing the peace, and violating the Neutrality Act. 250,000 have escaped, and are reported to be seeking shelter abroad, their whereabouts unknown.
