The last of the delegates, the contingent from VirginIncursion in the British Virgin Islands, arrived in New Orleans without incident. The Limo met them at the airport and transported them to Blackwood Farm, in the swamps just west of New Orleans where the others were waiting, without incident. There, the parties would be undisturbed and isolated from outside interference. Free to discuss and negotiate whatever was in the best interests of their nations.

"Ladies and Gentlemen" announced Norleans' new Director of International Trade and Commerce, Mr. Lestat DeLion (the former foreign minister met an untimely end during his oldest son's birthday party when he tried to wrestle and "hogtie" an 11 foot alligator), "I have authorization to put everything on the table for Norleans. VirginIncursion, you are not a member of S.H.I.T, but I'm authorized to deal with you as though you were and to also sponsor your application to S.H.I.T. should you desire to join. Furthermore, I look forward to working with all of you in resolving any trade issues we have as well as any problems we may percieve to exist related to expansionism and military conflicts. Norleans wishes to have peace with its neighbors and grow all our power with trade and economics. That is why, among other matters here, seats on the board of directors for NOOGEES are open for discussion and negotiation as well.

Each of you has a room in the mansion with a broadband internet connection, satellite phones, encrypted e-mail and telephonic capability, household maid and kitchen servants and security personnel drawn from our exclusive "Gator Guard" branch of the military. The house is monitored by security cameras 24/7 and I'm handing you each ::: hands out credit card sized remote control device ::: an emergency tranmitter that will send a signal instantly alerting security of the existence of a problem and also provide GPS location to within a square foot. In short, we are safe, secure and need fear or demand nothing that can't be dealt with.

As the only delegation here that is not a member of S.H.I.T. I would invite VirginIncursion's delegation to make their opening remarks at this time. You've heard enough from me. I wish to hear what concerns the BritishVirgin Islands the most, what they need the most and how we can help them the most."

ooc: I'd like an opening statement from everyone first. That is the way I understand and believe stuff like this is best begun. Let's find out where everyone stand on the issues. :)

A tall woman walked in the conference room, taking in the various faces, scenery, and furniture. Her long wavy light brown har, bordering on blonde, bounced slightly as she turned her head towards the apparent Norleans delegate. The woman smiled as she walked across to the Norleans delegate, to introduce herself, knowing that friendliness is paramount to excellent negoiations and improving trust between people.

"Hello,Mr. Lestat DeLion, I presume?

I am Mina Veristek, Rand's wife. I have come all the way from Western Sharina as my husband and I consider this trade summit quite important.

We stand to gain two valuable allies, and it is my hope that this summit will bring us even closer together."

Mina smiled again, as she slowly made her way to her seat, a short trip from Mr. Lestat DeLion's seat. She awaited the arrival or response of the other delegates.

"Its good to be the king" thought Lestat as he greeted Mrs. Veristek.

As he regained his composure, he typed into his laptop's messaging system (each delegate had a laptop at their seat) an encrypted message to her.

A few Delegates arrived a bit late to the meeting (just woke up) and sat down hastily. As they look across the table they realize some of the other diplomatics from old agreements (trade, embassy exchanges).

With fluent trade with all of these countries, my only concern is over the actual routes these nations take. If the routes are either endangered or closed because of the oncoming world war; international trade will stand still.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I've received a request for USSNA that he be permitted to attend this conference, any objections?

As the ranking Representative of VirginIncursion stood up from his seat to
address the conference his senor aid Samantha Schultz said, “ Ladies & Gentlemen, it is my great pleasure to introduce to you … Ambassador Geoffrey Delauder of VirginIncursion. The stately looking Gentleman looked at each representative and bowed as he began speaking. “I bring Greetings to each of you from Casiopia, Queen of VirginIncursion who has given me her authorization to speak to you on her behalf.
I would like to begin by saying that we of VirginIncursion are honored to have been asked to take part in this conference. Our nation is excited about having the opportunity to promote peace & trade relations between our great nation and our new neighbors. As we also realize the wisdom of cultivating a positive relationship with other countries of our region and world. So at this time I am honored to express our heart felt desire to make application for membership of S.H.I.T.

David Young, the delegate from the Unifiyed States of the North Atlantic (USSNA) arrived at the hotel and was greeted by the hotel manager. "Greetings, I am David Young from the USSNA delegation. May you please take me to the conference.

As yes, Mr. Young, we've been waiting for you. Please follow me to the conference room."

David followed the man down a series of hallways untill they we met by a pair of oak doors.

"Announcing David Young of the USSNA Administration." spoke the manger to the rest of the room.

(Dont have much time so I just wrote this up real quick. )

(OOC: i cant believe i got dragged into the war)

Revertromance got crushed in the Swiss War in a mere 13 days however not an single Revertromance citizen was killed or injured in the intire conflict and not an single "enemy" was killed or injured. The war was more of an stand-off/ diplomatic victory by Vineyard (OOC: i hope this incident doesnt kill all good relations between our countries, or ANY countries i was allied against during the short conflict.

The intire war began after C-130s we detained by Vineyardian forces after being suspected of aiding Kopperbargs forces in Ireasel (i still can't spell it).
The government is still not talking about this however; but, we would liek to remind you that taking and holding ones milatary is normally called an act of war.

We weren't going to simply stand there and let this happen, we objected and got thrown into the engagement. Our pilots going to be returned YET (still in Vineyards hands).

The blockade of the Carribean Islands was an response to possible Doominglands milatary build-up in the region. This was not my intent, again, my only intent was to protect my national intrests against Vineyard.
We further responded by putting the intire milatary at Defcon 1 and moving the intire navy onto an tight coastal patrol and ordered all ships to hold the line but not go past the national/international point.

Mainwhile in Cyprus an massive resupply effort (the only mission of the war)
was mounted during the night, this is the only "operation" conducted by Revertromance in the intire engagement. Again it was directed at Vineyard.

In Africa Vineyard sent an force to take Cameroon, i pretty much gave up on Cameroon and gave it to him before he had an chance to invade

Also before he had an chance to invaded i surrendered against the Vineyardian forces seeing, the war was lost from the beginning. To add to Vineyards claims, i gave him Cameroon as an "war throphy" seeing as how he was on route to it. The land in South Carolina will not change hands and stay in Revertromance control. However, Revertromance will allow Norleans and Sharina forces to look in the active decomissioning of war materials in the area. Currently a few Air-Ground Missle sites. We wish to hold on this land to help with trade and international diplomacy in the North Americas

This is Revertromances Intire Report of the 13 day conflict that erupted between Vineyard and Revertromance.

Ladies & Gentlemen I have just received communication from Queen Casiopia, it seems that we are now on the verge of war with Vineland & Whittier. As we speak forces of Vineland & Whittier have invaded Madagascar after learning that we were interested in it ourselves. In answer to their invasion the Queen has dispatched a portion of our military assets to take Madagascar. She instructed me to ask this group if any of you are willing to back us on this quest?
