Black Sun has played a crucial part in Green Sun's history. They were dissolved some years ago, but people within Green Sun have founded loyalist groups. A recent civil war has driven teh loyalists out of Green Sun, but now they're looking for other nations to bring back Black Sun. Any FT nation is invitited, but this is more targeted for eviler FT nations.
The Neo-Black Sun will be an RP nation only. No NS account. Any nation who donates to Black Sun will be able to RP as them. Weapons, vehicles, people, whatever. Donate and you can use Black Sun in any FT RP. The way donating people works is your nation allows its citizens to join Black Sun.
Green Sun donates the initial 5 million people it starts with.
Also, 2 people can RP as Black Sun in the same RP. This will be loosley organized, kinda like a Terrorist organization. Black Sun will be allied (With the exception of me and possibly United Cultures) with all nation who have donated.
