From: Burnsian Department of Military
To: All Major Defense Contractors
As some of you may or may not know, The Burnsian Desert has been going through some rough times internally. The Joint Leaders of our military are becoming concerned with both the issues of internal security and external security. Therefore, we have submitted this contract to the international community for its review and, hopefully, acceptance.
The product that we have in mind is a system, no matter how it looks or works, to eliminate or severely reduce the threat of commando-esque incursions and all-out invasions. Specifications are listed below.
The system must:
Cover all borders of the country
Be able to deter, detect, or remove invading forces, covert or overt
Be maintainable
Be reasonably priced
Utilize upgradable appendages
Be swift and effective
Have the ability to tell the difference between enemy and friendly forces
Have manual override
The system may:
Use weapons of mass destruction in approved areas
Utilize human resources
Utilize foreign equipment
Use walls
Use naval vessels
The reward for successful application of this system will be granted $3,000,000,000,000, along with their bid.
