Foreign Division
We decide to establish a division of foreigners in the Republic Guard. These men will face the same brutal training as the regular Guardsmen. We are now accepting men who are brave and strong to withstand this brutal training ahead for them.

Though I do not have the authority to send soldiers to train with you, I will make you offer known to the citizens of Malkyer. I would, however, like to send a liason officer, Lieutenant Colonel Gregoriy Stepanovich Kuslov, to observe your training procedures. Colonel Kuslov is an officer from Malkyer's 34th Russian Infantry Regiment, one of our finest Army units, and a unit composed entirely of Malkyeri citizens of Russian heritage. Please let me know as soon as possible if this proposition is accapetable.

We are sending over a team from OINIU, to Document the Training. They shall also be accompanied by a Team of Scientists Directly from OARS' HQ to review and inspect the species of lizards who have been sent.
Also, Choson J.S~Weebl has sent with them a request to Document the Lizards and their Qualitys, Also we ask if you may present a demonstration of their Skills.
