After weeks of conferences and talks with West Belarus and Confederate officials, the presidents of Latvia and Lithuania have surrendered to Das Zitadelle in order to save their countries from total economic meltdown.
They were placed in this vice once Islamic militants threatened West Belarusian security by taking geurilla tactics against Fascian citizens. The Czar requested that the two areas of unrest: Latvia and Lithuania -- that their presidents would crackdown on the terrorists. Apon both of their refusal, The Confederate Kriegsmarine placed a naval blockade to the north of Latvia and Lithuania aswell in major rivers leading to the two countries. After several weeks of the nation's trickling economy, President Vladas Adamkus of Lithuania and President Vaira Vīķe-Freiberga signed the documents giving their nations to The Confederacy and adding it to the Commonwealth.
The Czar later announced that this was a triumph for the Latvian and Lithuanian people. He also stated that the White brothers and sisters of the former socialist nations would be united under a single goal: The Exhaultion Of Our Race And God.
Latvian and Lithuanian officials stated that total control was given to the Czar by 3:00pm today. They also stated that they hope this new radical shift would help the two nation's troubled economies get back on their feet.
Befhel 101 was also instated on the two new insular areas, along with all other Confederate Laws.

Truck after truck of ethnics flowed into the secret facility near the Gulf of Riga. The facility was constructed quickly, yet was efficent enough to start accepting those deemed undesirable: Jews, Muslims, Blacks, Asians, Atheists, etc. The undesirables, under several Confederate Laws, were to be seized, pacified, and their property and assets given to needy White families in their nation. This form of ethnic cleansing was extremely efficent and well financed due to the Fascian Law & Order budget. By the end of the month, atleast 90% of the infidels in Latvia would be pacified. This is possible by many pacification facilities working in unicen across the newly conquered nation...

The facility was constructed much like those in Latvia, but were working somewhat faster due to the smaller size of ethnics and infidels in Lithuania. The Confederate troopers worked quickly, being motivated by God, Race, and Czar. They all pledged their allegiance to the three. They pledged that till the day they died, they would serve as YVHV's Children, White Elites, and The Czar's Subjects. By the end of the month, the inferior communites of Lithuania would be exterminated...
