To whom it may concern in Mississippian Government,

We have located a number of Mississippian AIC, NIA, and DISFB officers rotting away in Burnsian military prisons, captured after the Craig rebellion and other significant events. As a token of goodwill, we will release these prisoners in accordance (sp?) with international law.

This doesn't mean that I like you.

"As a sign of our gratitude we will be releasing the secret files the DIS gathered on TBD during their operations there during the William Fabus regime. We will also admit to the exact number of people the DIS "disappeared" in TBD and we will release their names so the families have closure."
