To counteract Green Sun's congress's Time of Terror, President Uziel has left Risban and has moved to an island off of the Mexican coast. Several nuclear materials have been reported to have gone missing from a Mexican power plant. He has set out this message:
"Allies, neutrals, and enemies of Green Sun: We need to strike Green Sun Congress and we need to do it now. I will go to any lengths to eliminate the Green Sun Congress. They must be stopped. I don't care if you nuke the hell out of my planets. If they're not stopped, they'll go on to other nations. United Cultures is most at risk. I don't care about getting back into power. I just want Green Sun Congress destroyed. A thirty billion USD price is on their heads. ALL of them. It can be divided up amongst their killers. If I nuke them before this happens, oh well. I don't care what happens to Green Sun itself. I want the Congress dead."

Uziel is using his best scientists to create nuclear weaponsand other weapons of mass destruction to fight against the Green Sun congress.

United Cultures will heed President Uziel's call, but will not take part in the mass destruction of any part of Green Sun's planets. GS Congress has murdered United Cultures citizens and must therefore die.

3 Elerium bombs, these are our most powerful explosive that won't destroy a planet, but also have huge amounts of radiation that will cover a large area. Please do not use them in teh beginning, these are extremely expensive, and 5 billion USD would hardly cover the cost of replacing one, and thats a third of teh bounty

4 Fusion bombs - these are extremely powerful explosives that are teh ones we hope you use, but these do not have as much penetrating power as some, but limited range and light radiation(hence the penetration power) are the main drawbacks

6 plasma warheads and 5 plasma bombs- extremely heavy destruction and death, these have a huge area of effect and will destroy and kill everything on teh surface. However, these have an extremely low penetration power.

10 Collapsar cannons - these are mounted on our ships, and we will give you 5 of them with 2 guns each, but to be returned. these do not take too much money to repair and maintain. these are our best peircing weapon, so combined with plasma and/or fusion bombs, these should do the job

we will either supply these for your use or if you give us teh coords, we can do the job for you. Please do not use all 3 elerium bombs unless you must, they cost far too much to be wasted.

Green Sun has just glassed its own planet. This is genocide. The UN must act.

yeah, but i want some action, and i guess a free 30 billion USD could help(not like i need it, i already get trillions a day and probably have over a quadrillion in stores)
