The Black Mesa research laboratory has reached a crisis. US government funding for the facility has hit an all-time low, and we have been given authority by the President to seek outside funding, and he won't ask any questions about terms.

We require roughly $72,000,000,000US to complete our research into certain specialist areas of biology.

Anyone who helps fund the facility will get information from our research into a species called h. sensitiva, which....Appeared in the facility a year ago. After 3 months containing the creature we can now study it.All we can say about the creature now is that it is massive, and it has armour and claws impervious to small arms fire.

Anyone donating an especially large sum of money may even get a clone embryo of the creature once we get the necessary data on the creature.

i will be willing to pay to entire amount ( a loan) if you pay back over 100 years at a 2% interest.

you will not owe to a state i am a corporation. And the money would come from a bank I own.

Rather than borrowing money from a manufacturer of biological weapons, the Parlimian Government would be willing to completely (and indefinantly) fund your research.

We need an independant research facility to benefit us in the future.

Other than that, we can provide you with any facilities (prime realestate in Hawaii), samples, or specimens that you might need.

If you wish, Black Mesa can switch allegiance from the USA to the Parlim goverment. This would guarantee you a constant flow of information, the only cost being the funding of the facility. You would have exclusive access to our databases and research.

ARMAMENT:MASSIVE claws impervious to weaponry short of a missile blast similar to a Tomahawk.

ARMOUR:The creature is made up of fibre bundles which can act as muscles. They also have the novel feature of tensing up when it feels a bullet aproaching.This is made possible by reaction times far beyond a human being. When the bullet hits, it hits impernetrable bundles. The only way this can be countered is with fire, as proven after the resonance cascade disaster of 200-.

OTHER:The creature is immobile on it's own, but we are working on cybernetic enhancement to give it tank tracks and the ability to asess targets properly. Te creature exhibits both plant and animal characteristics and is VERY sensetive to noise. Do not shout near it.It WILL attack you.Unfortunately, it makes a lot of noise when attacking, so it spurs itself on into a state of insanity.

ESTIMATE TO RESEARCH COMPLETION AT FULL FUNDING:6 years for brain enhancements, 20 years for tank track and neural linkages.

I didnt want an embryo( we have our own supersoldier). I own the international bank of N.S. and a bank wont make money without loans. May I ask whats wrong with corporate power. we contribute for almost 15% of most jobs on N.S.

Black Mesa dislikes corporate power.It gets in the way of our research. And have you seen the thing I'm talking about?Have you played Half-Life 1?If so, I'm talking about the iant monster in the missile test silo.

Anyway, BM can function as it's own bank.

When a corporation gets such an obviously significant stake in a facility as advanced as the Mesa, they are going to want to use it, no?

He would not want to use it. he would do it for the money, and for trade reasons.
