Introduction
Background: The Empire of Daikerta was settled by Russian colonists at an unrecorded time, though many historians believe it was around 1500-750 B.C. Over a period of 500 years, several different city-states arose within the island, and these kingdoms were not united until late in the 18th Century by Tzar Phillip I. Under the untilitarian rule, a single nation of Daikerta was formed and has since prospered under isolationist governement practices. Due to the immense population of the Empire, individual citizens are not allowed some personal freedoms, but do enjoy a plethora of other things perhaps not allowed by other countries of its similair population.
