Background:
The Soviet State of Hrstrovokia under the leadership of the paranoid and heartless Premier Jans Mateuz is overthrown in a popular c'oup de grace by the Hrstrovokian Armed Forces, acting on the wishes of the people, following months of brutal crackdowns on political rights activists, campaigning for a multi-party system. The Worker's Socialist Party of Hrstrovokia is removed from power in a breath-taking display of anger and fury finally vented at the oppressive dictatorship by the people.
There is resentment at the government and the military, despite it's resistance to the party, due to their part played in the violent repression of civil and political freedoms and a general disillusionment with the purpose of the nation. Dissolution of the union of Hrstrovokia seems highly likely as the Republics of Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary form their own assemblies and procede on the path to independence.
However, the Provisional Government of Alexander Miroslav, the determined and patriotic leader of the Hrstrovokian Peace, Liberty and Solidarity Party beckons the people to come together in the process of building a new Hrstrovokia. His speeches in the press and throughout the country inspire and invigorate the people. Meanwhile the military applies subtle pressure to the successionist movements in Bulgaria and other states, and soon Hrstrovokia is united again.
As political instability spurns choas in Vas Pokhoronim and KommelianBerg, Miroslav fears oppurtunistic powers attempting to walk over these territories during the power vacuum. Following the establishment of the Revolutionary Kommand and the declaration of war against Grays Hill for it's annexation of KommelianBerg, Miroslav concludes to move into both KommelianBerg and Vas Pokhoronim to ward off any invasion.

The Socialist Soviet Republic of Hrstrovokia hereby declares it's intention to move it's armed forces into the nations of KommelianBerg and Vas Pokhoronim in order to defend the peoples of these nations against imperialism. Troops on the borders are already crossing into a friendly reception. We have a common goal and a common fight, and we will stand beside our allies in the face of invasion and worse until the end cometh.
