A reward of government efforts to strengthen the Sel Appan Dollar has proven quite helpful in one day. Yesterday, a SAD bought 13.77 US cents. Today, it went up to 18.34 US cents. A 33% jump. The government, despite a civil war, was working to narrow the gap between the SAD and the USD.

Economists, private and government, have attributed this to a trade defecit of a few million to a surplus of $1.5B. The gov't will continue efforts in narrowing the gap.

The United Osea States would like to give their best wishes to Sel Appa on their raising currency status, and would like to know if possable trade is open to help raise that figure. We currently export oil, aircraft and computer parts, gold (although in small quantities), and rich minerals and copper ore. Any agreement is open for consideration.

OOC: In order to narrow said gap, we need to export more than we import, so you should be requesting items, not offering them.

IC:
"Ohh, but I may have forgotten to say we are willing to take on negative profits; having enough exports ourselves to last us over 1 million USD loss yearly without major problems in companies or the economy. This is very detailed and your nation could soon one day coem to this standerd"

OOC: Just trying to help out an other rebel-filled nation.
