The Soviet Republic of Russia and Slaytanicca have created a forum where all members of NS are welcomed to post a constitution so that every nation can view its layout and objectives. Again all nations are welcomed to post a constitution on the forum under the type of government your nation is.

I'm about to post mine. however, just a few OOC things

1. the post Constitution DOES NOT apply in Earth V. It was written well before that was created.

2. I forgot :D

3. Oh, yeah, spelling is not a strong point, let me know about errors you see.

4. If you see any potential conflicts or issues, let me hear about them as well. I may need to fix it, or I may need to RP a nice political battle or constitutional ammendment debate.

Yes you are welcomed to post your constitution anywhere you see fit. And yes you can edit your posts on the forum.And please spread the word so we can get more constitutions in the database

Just posted mine. It's not very long, but it was, and is that basis, of Hyndun government. We've changed a lot, but this is the first and most important document.

I need to write mine...
I have completed and posted it, although it is imperfect and probably will need to be overhauled to make logical sense.

We Women of Ophinia do hereby lay down our law in order that the future should be guided by our wisdom and that the world may see our courage.

The Great House of Ophinia, holding the 33 High Mistresses of Ophinia, shall be drawn from birth, with the eldest daughter replacing her mother. Should an eldest daughter be unavailable, a Mistress from the populace will be chosen by vote of the house.

All males will be taken from their mothers and trained until puberty to obey their mistress, and to follow her orders, and to please her in any way she may require. At the time of puberty, they will be sold at public auction.

A number of males trained will be retained by the government for use in the military and in public labor projects.

A Mistress is prohibited only by these laws in regards to her slaves.
-She may not kill her slave unless a clear danger to her own health exists.
-She may not allow a slave to die due to gross negligence
-She may not sell a slave to a foreign government
-She may not cause a slave to attempt to harm another Mistress, or a Mistress in training (a girl)

A Mistress may not kill another Mistress or a Mistress in training.
A Mistress may not harm another Mistress or Mistress in training.
A Mistress may not spread lies against the Great House.

The army will be composed of slaves answering to Military Mistresses. A Military Mistress is allowed to kill a slave in the event of desertion.

Any male must, upon command, fall to the knees of any woman and kiss her boots. Only his Mistress may prevent him from doing so.

In any event, the command of a High Mistress overrides a slave's Mistress

Any male raising his hand against a Mistress shall be castrated
Any male raising a weapon against a Mistress shall be tortured publicly until death.
Any male failing to obey the command of a High Mistress will be chained to a post in the town square and whipped for seven days.
All males shall wear locked leather collars to denote their inferiority, and their position as little more than servants and pets to their Mistress, and to make them more controllable.
All males must also wear a locked chastity device at all times to prevent masturbation.

My excuse is I did not read the first post at all, however just because I'm such a nice person I'll try to delete my ealier monster of a post.

I just wrote my constitution and posted it. I expect to edit it and add amendments, but it's ok for now.

I've been around since September, it's about time I wrote a constitution. :p

Well, I spent alot of time on my constitution, might as well post it on your forum.
My government type is a made up one, a "Dictorial Republic", a mesh between a Dictatorshi[p and a republic. So, I'm sticking it in the "Other" section.
