Maputo, Mozambique
Lightning Starian Army Units marched down the streets of Maputo with jets flying overhead. The Lightning Star had done what it had sworn to do a many years ago, they had returned to Mozambique. Emperor Hannibal himself had come to see what had befallen the city. What had once been the crown jewel of the Lightning Starian Empire(and then just a jewel of the Generic Empire) had fallen into ruins. All empires eventually fall, said Hannibal to himself. The Generic Empire was no different, and from the ashes of their empire, the Empire of The Lightning Star had risen anew. The scars from the Slave Revolt/War of Destruction(which had claimed all of The Lightning Star's Empire) had been all but erased, and now their people would rise again.
OOC: I know that GE hasn't really been destroyed, but he left Earth II, so he is dead there. Of course, he's still live and kicking on Earth Cold War and NS earth, but meh.
