As Czar of Kahta, I would like to arrange for the importation of the following goods to enter Kahta, in a limited free trade agreement, in which Kahta would purchase any and all needed goods from your government, or through corporations. The naval damage has hurt our ecnomy, and I fear a food shortage, and a shortage of some raw materials to run Kahta's economy. Please get back to me Roger.
