I'm trying to think of how I would establish Sarkaraseta's technology level without it being a form of techwanking. All of the threads and RPs it participated in, few they were, are long gone. That happens when you revive a dead nation.
So, how would you advise I go about it? Just start out with the tech? Or work out a long RP history of how I got it and simply pretend it was posted and somehow ignored?
