The only catch is that whoever gets Ghana has to allow regular oil sales (Full Price without tariffs) to The Great Sixth Reich, and whoever gets Aruba must allow The Great Sixth Reichen airlines to use their airport (you may charge for it).

Norleans will bid $7.5 Billion for Aruba and as an added incentive, will waive all landing fees and charges for TGSR's commercial aircraft for a period of 7.5 years and will refuel TGSR's Aircraft at Aruba's airport for the next 7.5 years at a 7.5% discount on the then current, going market rate for fuel.
