The Ottoman Joint Stock Oil Company will be selling oil at the price of 18 dollar per Barrel. We do this low prices so that a young or poor nation can afford to buy oil for his or her nations need. That's the OJSOC sell her oil at low rate. Our policy is Oil for all nations of the world.( that are not foes of the Ottoman Empire)
We also are willing to do longterm deals on the Oil Supply.

Thus, we would like to purchase 500 million barrels to be exported for the next 50 years.
