Therefore, we declare all nations not under colonial powers (OOC: People playing Earth III) to be Mikosolf Protectorates.””

Actual Doctrine:

All nations not under the immediate control of rival powers are henceforth and immediately under Mikosolf control. Although all current internal governments within your nations will remain intact you will have to release reports to an Australian governor monthly.

Furthermore, a “protection” fee will be paid to the Corporation in the form of raw materials, quantity and type to be determined on a case-by-case basis of said nation. This fee will be paid annually and with out fail, otherwise, we are not responsible for what befalls you or your people.

These protectorates include, but are not limited too:
Palau
Federated States of Micronesia
Papua New Guinea
Solomon Islands
Vanuatu
Fiji
Tonga
Independent State of Samoa
Kiribati
Northern Mariana Islands
Nauru
Cook Islands
Caledonia
And all those within Australian waters

Dear A Few Rich People,

You have recently been taking protectorates in Oceania. We too are interested in your idea. If you allow us to take the Federated States of Micronesia and the Marshall Islands, we will allow ourselves to become your protectorate. We would still be autonomous, but you would legally rule us. Do you accept?

OOC:Basically you would rule me in name only. It would be good for you, since I would legally be a protectorate and that would give you a chance to rule lands in Asia, and it would give me more lands to rule and a powerfull ally. Just to clear things up.

Yes, we believe something could be agree upon. The only thing we really ask is some strategically placed land for millitary bases, as to better protect you.

We'd be more than willing to give you control of the Marshall Islands (if those people so wish it), but we would like for Micronesia to stay just a protected nation.
