A super Carrier in the Post Mordern age should have a reduced crew by removing 1000 or 800 men by replacing them with computuers. the Carrier should have the best defense weapons like: Standard missile, Evolved SeaSparrow missiles, CIWS or Rolling Air Frame (RIM-116 RAM) missiles, 25mm Guns. and should have from 96-about 120 aircraft (maybe light or Standard aircraft. Should have decoys aganist missiles and torpedos.

Proplusion should be Nuclear power or Permenant Magnet (Used in the DD(X)) engine.

Shaping should be like the CVN-21 or CVN-77, with Stealth feature like angled Island or radar aborbing material.

I was planning to make it so that it was useable by modern and post-modern tech, so one version will have AI, while the other has a decent sized crew.

No problem. Just helping nations build better weapons. When you finish with the first Carrier, I would like to test and/or the first Super Carrier. Oh forgot somthing. the price range is between 3 to 5 billion USD.

New information has been made available by the SMDI Public Relations Department. The ship is to be powered by 4 nuclear reactors and use an Azipod(sp?) system for propulsion and manuevering. Also it is reported that preliminary ideas did indeed call for a 10000 foot fight deck, however that plan has not been comfirmed and the representative made it clear that only what has been released to the public is confirmed and any other reports are falsified to confuse or anger the general public. We will keep you informed of any new developments in this project, this is SNBN News signing off.

The Breningrad Shipyards Corporation is beginning intial consideration for various designs for a tri-maran supercarrier to replace our current fleet, initial figures indicate a need for fifteen such vessels. There is new information on the Supercarrier project from the SMDI Public Relations Division. Speculation as to the length of the supercarrier may finally be put to rest, the preliminary design, we are told is to be approximately... is that a typo? No?! The preliminary design is currently said to be 10,000 feet in length. If this feature remains in the final design then the SNN or Shenyang National Navy will have in its possession a carrier that is more than 3 times the size of the venerable Nimitz class which has been the backbone of the SNN for over 3 decades. This would allow the SNN to reach into the next generation of naval combat and give Shenyang the deep strike and naval supremacy abilities that until this program's inseption was only a distant and unattainable dream among the commanding admirals. An Nimitz is like 5 Billion, if this is 3 times as large and 3 times as badass, than your looking at bit more than 5 billion, saldy i dont have the experience with such large craft. The largest craft i've designed was my Clinton Class Super Carrier, i believe is 1500 feet long and 400 feet wide (top), the beam being 170 ft

I have the CVN-21 George H. W. Bush Class. This is my proud Republican Carrier. It can carrier more and defend Itself with out any crusiers or Destroyers. Like the Russian Carriers.
