After several months of contruction, space station Galnika has been constructed. This space station will be the primary link between Cyrian Space and most of known civilized space. Space is open to venders in the space station, and administrators are seeking out people to fill in the storefront available. Currently the station has the bare necessities, living quarters for the crew of 70 and available to up to 6000 other creatures, sleeping space available for another 10000 (I.E. a small bed in a wall. Very cramped, but cheap.) hanger space available for fourty battlecruisers or frieghters, hanger space available for the sale of ships.

Where, exactly, is the station located, and what restrictions exist in regaurds to products and equipment?

We would like to purchase 1 hanger, 1 medium shop and 1 small bar/lounge/restaurant. $12,800 will be wired automaticaly each month :)

We will be selling some of our civillian electronic devices and other products as well as some small ships and components. We would also like to know the exact location so we can send our ship there with our employees ( lol )

The General Products Company would like to rent 1 medium shop. We would like to use it to link customers to our storefront (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=388417), where they can purchase items. The $800 will be sent monthly.

(ooc: let me give you the break down of cyrian space. Our systems are millions of light years away in another galaxy. However, there is a wormhole linking us with the area in which most of nationstates futuretech exists. The station on your side of the wormhole has just opened.)

Korep, we're selling consumer goods here. If you want to sell ships you'll have to buy a hanger, and the prices you have arn't likely to sell on a space station. You can't link a shop on a station which is 40X40 feet to a place where you sell starships.

Restrictions: No narcotic substances which haven't been approved by the Cyrian government. (for approval of narcotics, telegram me.) all items to sold must be present on the station. All weapons more powerful than a typical handheld plasma gun must be dissembled and unloaded at all times. No biological agents capable of fatal infection. Smoking of any kind in your establishment costs extra for the extra oxygen.

Uniphase Armouries Interversal would like to rent one large shoppe, principally for the purposes of serving as a mail order delivery point for a wide varriety of goods, with a limited selection of goods and demonstration models, as well as serving as a custumer relations kiosk.

Ethics Gradiant Incorperated would like to aquior a hangar and large shop for the sale of medical and cosmetic services, ranging from medical resupply for passing ships to treating injury and illness, from minor cosmetic procedures to full blown species reassignment.

A first-rate converted light medical support ship will be parked in the hangar, as much of the equipment is quite bulky; the remainder of it's space utalised for storage and/or temporarily rented out to other companies to supliment income. Meanwhile, the 'large' shop would house custumer relation, sales, offices, and basic treatment equipment.

You will have to submit to some tests to assure us that there are no especially harmful side effects on our physiology, and you will be monitored to assure that you are not implanting any kind of subconscious messages in your customers, or anything of that sort. Otherwise, there should be no problem with this.

(ooc: Cyrian space is in a galaxy more or less on the other side of the universe. The wormhole is the only known way to get there quickly. Just letting you know. I wanted to base all my ftl tech off of wormholes. For example, my "Delver" cruisers bore small wormholes in space connecting to point a few inches directly in front of them, since we cannot create a stable wormhole at any great distance. The ships make several hundred of these micro wormholes per second. This produces a visual effect which looks like rings of nothing are going through the ship.)

Any diplomats are welcome, of course, but an embassy would be more in place at the homeworld of Cyria.

we are setting a limit of ten establishments per company. And it hardly seems necessary to have fourty small storefronts for one business. Also, all items are required to be on the station at the point of sale, so contruction contracts, land deeds, and so on are out.

This we have issues with. That is quite a large military force to park at our door. Since it seems we have failed to inform you of this previously, we will reimberse you for fuel lost in your partial journey. We will allow one ship in the area to guard your interests, but no more. In the future, any military deployments, or deployments of offensive or defensive craft must be approved beforehand. There will be no more reimbursements.

Otagia has no problem with this decision. Refueling is not necessary, as our MAMA reactors are very efficient, especially after the gravitic generators have engaged. Our frigates will depart for Otagian space immediately after depositing the components for the storefront. Also, we usually manufacture space-going vessels when the order is recieved. As the sale would occur on Cyrian ground, this would still be under your jurisdiction, subject to all Cyrian laws and regulations, and deliveries would be made to Galnika Station if necessary. Would this be permissible?

Your policies are acceptable. I was replying to DemonLordEnigma's request. So long as the items are physically at the space station when they are sold, there is no problem.

Cyrian Space has a policy disallowing foreign businesses to headquarter here. Nothing against foreigners, but we are unfamilier with your business practices, and we don't want to risk driving off local business.

The shop will be a training area for null-gee combat, so we ask if there is an area outside the hull where we could hang a "box". A box is basically a cargo cube with air inside and propulsion units.We are willing to pay 200 a month for this, however we are prepared to pay a little more.

A Battlescout will drop off everything needed to start up.I believe this comes to roughly $4,200 a month?

...will this training be a service you are offering to customers, or are you asking to be able to train your own troops at our station? If the latter is true, your offer is of course rejected.

Also, how large is this box, and what is it's purpose?

There are security cameras monitoring the doors and insides of all places of businesses. Any further security measures must be payed for and installed by the owners of said businesses. Also, if you would like cameras removed from the inside of your shop, that can be arranged as well.

Accepted. We already widely use simulated realities extensively, your products will surely provide a large profit for you. (Note, all devices must be tested so as to assure that they do not conflict with cyrian physiology. In the past, there have been occurances of siezures and other such problems in relation to such devices.)

if you check the first post you will notice that we have three hangers still available on the station. You can rent them for 10000 us dollars a month.

Okay, look. The hangers are FOR THE SALE of spaceships. You do not need to rent a hanger for shipping. Shipping is done at no charge through the stations own hanger. Anyone wanting to stop rent on a hanger now may. The hangers for rent are for storing your ships, not docking them.
