It was time to admit to the people what had really happened, but to rest the controversy that had been swirling for the last few years. The Czar knew doing it would be opening up Curtis, his own father, to much hate mail and criticism, possibly even worse. But the people seemed to think Curtis was holy, they'd likely forget or forgive. So he decided the truth had to be told.


On April 28th, 2005, Roger Fabus signed the "Declassification of Information Act of 2005" into law, specifically stating that the 1995 bombing of the Ministry of Finance, an attack attributed to domestic communists, which killed over 10,000 and wounded 60,000. And then the 1996 terror incident where hijacked planes were crashed into the Ministry of Economics building and one allegedly hit the DIS Command building, which was really a cruise missile strike, and was attributed to Muslim terrorists from Libya and Egypt, was actually the work of the MSAAS and DISFB.


The act specifically contained the following.


Operation Bluebird: Summary:

I) Ministry of Finance.

On April 4th, 1995. The Ministry of Finance building was supposedly destroyed by a massive truck bomb by anti-government communists, however this was not the case. In actuality, the building was brought down by carefully placed explosives planted by the CIC and Syrian operatives working with the MS government. The incident was deemed necessary to muster up support for the stalled “Crime Fighting Act of 1995” bill which was on the floor in the Federal Commonwealth Senate. Senators who refused to vote for the bill after the attacks were warned that they would be branded unpatriotic.



II) Ministry of Economics and the DIS Command.

On May 2nd, 1996. The DISFB steered a remotely controlled plane into the Ministry of Finance building. The official report was that the plane was hijacked by Libyans and Egyptians, this was not true. Furthermore, the plane, a 777, did not do nearly enough damage to bring down the building. The MSAAS used military grade charges to implode the building on itself after the initial hit by the plane.

At the same time, near Biloxi, the DIS Command Building was allegedly hit by another plane, supposedly a 777. The plane was blown up in the air, above the building. In reality, the building was hit by a cruise missile fired from a submarine in the Gulf of Mexico.

At the time, the attacks were deemed necessary to muster support for a war against Libya and Egypt, that would result in their annexation.

Ronald rushed up the stairs, his heavy equipment seriously weighing him down, but he and the other firefighters had to move fast, they had to get to the top 10 floors of the 90 story building. The building had been hit by a 777 commercial airliner and was on fire.

The date was May 2nd, 1996. The building, the Ministry of Economics building, had been the center of most business since the 70 story Ministry of Finance building had completely collapsed from a truck bomb in 1995. Although on this day, many people who would have otherwise been in the building were absent from work. Anybody with a personal connection to Curtis Fabus or other top regime officials had been told on May 1st to, “Don’t go to work tomorrow.”


The building had been designed to withstand a magnitude 10 earthquake and several dozen direct hits from 500 and 2000 lb aircraft bombs. The building was rock solid, better than rock solid.

Right now the firefighters were on the 76th floor, fighting the fires that raged from the burning aircraft fuel, it was a tough fight but they were currently winning it.


Already, the media was putting out the broadcasts, “Terrorists crash plane into building? DIS Intelligence Command also reported hit?”



Ten miles north of Biloxi, in the pleasant suburbs, the Department Of Internal Security Command Building was a bustling with activity. Emergency response crews were rushing back and forth, fighting the fires that were raging. Apparently a plane had crashed into the reinforced building, somehow making it by the numerous SAM batteries and AAA guns, and Stinger teams in the woods and hills around the complex.

One of the fire chiefs who was on the scene scratched his head as he looked at the grass in front of the collapsed walls, he pointed to it, to a friend of his in the DIS who was standing by supervising the rescue teams, he asked, “You know isn’t that odd, shouldn’t that grass be all tore up?”

The agent shook his head, immediately saying, “No, the plane might have bounced in… Besides, it’s nothing to worry about, let’s just keep on task, saving lives is the task…”



On a submarine in the Gulf of Mexico, the commander, an admiral with ties to the Mississippian Illuminati, had just received confirmation from Dieter Thaller that the cruise missile had hit the DIS building and had been right on target.

He smiled as he exhaled on his cigarette, saying to the XO, “Get ready, I think we’ll be heading to the Mediterranean soon, maybe…”


Back in the Ministry of Economics Building, the firefighters on the 85th floor were shouting over the radio, “Fire contained! Fire contained! Damage to superstructure appears serious but she’s holding, I think she’ll hold!”

The MSAAS captain five blocks away, in their temporary command post, listening in on the transmissions, shook his head and said, “Nope, I think not…” before he pressed down a button on his detonator which set the first series of bombs on the Economics building support beams off.

The firefighters on the upper floors started screaming and running for the stairs, one of them yelling over the radio, as loud as he could, “Get out of here! Bombs! There’s bombs up here, go, go!”

Some of the rescue teams on the 20th floor, on their way up, immediately turned back and raced for the exit as the building began to implode, a perfect symmetrical implosion. The floors began to collapse down on each other, the job was a masterpiece of deception and treachery. The MSAAS had been plotting this since the earlier “terrorist attack” on the Ministry of Finance Building failed to drum up enough support for the Illuminati’s planned annexation of Libya and Western Egypt.

Already the DISFB, operating domestically against their charter, had seized all the video footage of the attack on the DIS Command building, and their operatives had also begun seizing all the dispatch tapes from the rescue crews sent into the Ministry of Economics building.


The Attorney General, John Tallmadge, was on the White Peoples Radio and Television Network saying, “Initial reports lead us to believe these atrocities were the work of terror cells based in Libya and Egypt and supported by the criminal regimes of those nations. We will not allow terrorists and rogue states to hold our nation hostage to fear.”

Curtis Fabus was surprisingly absent, he was eating lunch with the 17 year old Yuna Alessandri in a café in Gulfport. When one of his guards told him of the events that had just unfolded, he shrugged it off and said, “Don’t tell me things I already know…” this was caught on tape, a hidden camera by another patron of the restaurant. Curtis would later explain, “I meant that I had already been told by somebody else, and so there was no need for him to tell me, since I don’t need to be told twice.”


Already there were reports that Mississippian Special Forces had launched the invasion of Libya and Egypt, heck, there had been reports of their being in Tunisia and Sudan, in secret agreement with the governments there, for months now. It was clear to anybody willing to accept it, that the invasions of Egypt and Libya had been planned for months, possibly years, in advance.



Back in Jackson City, only about forty of the nearly one thousand rescue workers were still alive. Ronald pulled himself out of the rubble, somehow, he had no idea how, he was alive. It was a miracle or something, he didn’t know, he just knew he was alive, and he wasn’t imagining what he had heard and seen, bombs, military grade explosives. He’d gotten a look at one, right before he dove into the stairwell, it said, “Made in Mississippi” on it.

He knew right then and there, that something was terribly wrong, no plane made could down that building, nothing short of an act of God could down that building… Except for a trained team with access to the building for a few days to rig the supports… It suddenly clicked in his head, the last two days, the entire building had been closed for “serious maintenance” which was said would be a danger to workers if it was done while there were workers in the building. He realized he’d have to tell what he knew, tell the world.


Already pictures were popping up on the television of the eight men, five Egyptians and three Libyans, said to have hijacked the two planes. The Egyptian and Libyan governments were running back and forth, trying to prove the men were still alive. Indeed they were still alive, they were alive and well in Western Sahara. The first plane had been flown into the building by remote control. The second plane had been blown up over the DIS Command building, which explained why the grass was so intact and no significant of plane wreckage was actually in the wreckage of the southern section of the building. The building had been hit by a cruise missile, designed to penetrate reinforced structures.


Events were unfolding quickly, it had been confirmed within six hours after the attacks that not only special forces, but regular parachute forces and marine infantry had landed in Egypt and Libya. It was almost as though they’d been waiting in anticipation of the greenlight…

The Czar, Roger Fabus also declassified a plan, presented to him by the Joint Chiefs of Staff, which he immediately rejected, called, "Project William", the intended goal being the restoration of William Fabus to the throne of TBD. Apparently the Czar said, "Not that way, no..."

The plan had been sitting around, placed on hold by Curtis, he was debating it, but then retired before making a final ruling. Although Roger was quick to rule on it, indeed his exact words were, "What the hell do you think, of course not!"


The plan's summary was released to the media.




Project William


I) Purpose: To restore William Fabus to the throne of TBD.

II) Goal: To achieve a war with TBD that will appear to be legitimate, a war they started that we can gain popular and perhaps international support for. The goal being to achieve the war, fight it, and win it, obviously.

III) First suggestion: Detonation of a nuclear bomb in Biloxi or Fabus City, blaming Burnsian operatives. This will only kill a few million people at the most, but should be sufficient to get enough support for a century long war if necessary. (details enclosed)

IV) Second suggestion: Embassy battle. Provoke a battle at the embassy by attacking our own soldiers with MSAAS posing as Bursnian commandos. This should generate enough popular anger back in Mississippi to at least legitimize the committing of a few million more soldiers to the theatre of operations. (details enclosed)

V) Third suggestions: Sarin attack in Alexandria. Attacking a part of our Commonwealth should be more than enough to not only get our people angry, but the world as well, for Alexandria is a somewhat "World" city, having several different groups in the nearby suburbs. (details enclosed)

VI) Fourth suggestions: Aerial drone attack against Mississippian ships in International Waters near TBD. This will certainly generate public and possibly world outrage. Of course the drones will not actually be from TBD, perhaps Kahta or the Western Saharan Commonwealth air force. (details enclosed)

VII) Fifth suggestion: Detonation of a dirty bomb in Jackson City. This will kill less people than a nuclear bomb but will certainly stir up enough popular rage against TBD that the peasants would be willing to enter into millenniums of war if necessary. (details enclosed)

VIII) Final suggestion: Assassination of royal family relative. Assassinate a distant relative of somebody in the royal family. This would be an insult to the honor of Mississippi, something the people would have to avenge. (details enclosed)

IX) Conclusion: "Pearl Harbor" event necessary. Something colossal, a once in a lifetime occurrence, will be required to muster enough support for the planned invasion of TBD and the other planned invasions. We will need to get enough popular support for a war of aggression which will easily last until 2050, and will encompass at least 100 other countries.

I highly commend your honesty in telling the people the truth, yet at the same time I regretfully question the wisdom of such an action. We are confused on how this could be considered a fair or just course of action. The fact remains that former government officals in the Mississippian Federation have the blood of tens of thousands of citizens on thier hands, and the current administration is unwilling, or unable, to bring them to justice. When a nation is unable or unwilling to avenge the murder of tens of thousands of its own citizens, on its own soil, then serious doubts about the worth of that nation as an insitution have to be raised.

If the Generalissimo is sheltering ALM agents, he has a LOT of explaining to do. I already feel betrayed after I let him out of prison, supposedly he thanks me by creating an anti-human rights club. In addition, I, President Neil McDouglas, am apologizing to The Mississippian Federation for intelligence operations that were conducted on Mississippian soil by the Colonial Intelligence Service, Colonial Security Bureau, Colonial Military and Colonial Department of Foreign Affairs.

The authorization for the payment of one million Mississippian Dollars, as well as the issuing of a formal apology, are to be my last acts as President of the Federated Union of Democratic Colonies. Effective immedately, I, Neil McDouglas, am hereby resigning my office. Vice President Juliet LeFlore, who is currently out of the country on a diplomatic matter, will become President for the remainder of my term, upon her return to the capitol. The inquiry was immediately set in motion, people wanted to know, how did four hijackers on each plane (a total of eight) manage to overpower armed pilots and armed passengers, and get themselves sealed into the cockpits to crash their planes into their targets.

The offered answer was simple, “The planes, while Mississippian owned, were flying out of a foreign airport that was not friendly to permitting anybody other than the pilots to be armed. Thus they only had to deal with a pilot and co-pilot armed with pistols, they were armed with UZIs, it was no real contest…”


The next thing people wondered was why both of the black boxes had been taken and the records ordered sealed. The answer, which obviously couldn’t be given to the public, was that the black box from the plane that hit the Ministry of Economics Building, had the pilot shouting, “Oh my God! The controls are gone! I can’t get anything to respond, somebody else is flying the plane, it’s like a fucking remote is working it! God help us we’re going to crash!”

The second black box would have shown no evidence of the plane even hitting the southern face of the DIS Command building, but rather that the plane blew up above the building. Indeed there was a gas station less than 800 yards from the southern wall of the DIS Command building, and the owner had been watching the CCTV monitor and suddenly he saw a plane blow up while simultaneously something moving in his words “Fast as hell” smashed through the reinforced walls of the command building, before it detonated.

Air force radar sites listed the speed of the object that hit the DIS Command building, at the second of impact, as 505 miles per hour, and the altitude as being about twenty-eight inches above the ground.

The engineers who designed the Ministry of Economics building were split on the issue.


The chief of the project, was called to testify before a Senate special committee on the matter, it was the busiest media day of the month. There were rows of cameras aimed at him, lights in his face, as he pushed his way through the human mass of journalists trying to ask questions.

After twenty minutes of being bothered and annoyed to the point where he was ready to mow people down, he managed to get to the Senate floor and assumed the spot in the chair assigned to him.

The man answered all the questions they asked, but when they asked him, “Do you think the building collapsed on its own?” and he started to explain how that was impossible, they had him physically dragged out of the room kicking and screaming.




There had been, in 1995, a retired Federal Army general, a man who had 25 years experience in ordinance design, he had been head of new designs for 12 years, and was a world recognized authority. He swore before the Senate committee, "The damage done to the Ministry of Finance building is not consistent with a truck bomb. It could not have been caused by anything other than well-placed military grade charges. These charges would have had to have been placed by people with intimate knowledge of the support structures of the building and by people who had access to the building."


The general, a man who held a doctorate in Chemistry, engineering, and architecture, was laughed out of the Senate building by Senators and other soldiers who decried him as "UnMississippian" and "A traitor". The general had, after receiving bags of hatemail, retired quietly to Paraguay.


At the time, the Curtis regime, and his Illuminati handlers, wrote-off the general as "no longer a factor" in their future plans. But perhaps he would be...
