Sargent John Henderson looked around at his staff.
"Listen up people! We're probably gonna have some people here other than the usual cadets! I don't know where they'll be coming from, but we've got to get police with standard training up to a point where they personally will be able to impact their countries crime rate. As you know, we will be instructing them in counter terroism, as well as the advanced part of the training they may have recived!"
"Yessir!" bellowed his instructors and "targets," people who would actually engage the recutes to give better training.
The base had cost a hell of a lot of money,creating an small simulated city, complete with biuldingd, roads, and other things, including actors, to be residents or criminals, in order to train the recrutes.
Now all they had to do was wait for some people to arrive.
