Indeed, Sel Appa has come a long way in stamping out hate. Several years in jail are applied for using a word such as: n****r...k*k*...ch**k...etc. Displaying swastikas is punishable with deportation.
Polls have shown that only 2% of the populace had ever considered hateful things about others. (3% undecided)
