Newly elected Chancellor Klaus Von Bulow looked like a mess. His usually clean-shaven face was now gruff and rugged, as a beard began to emerge from his pale skin and his straight brown hair was tangled and matted. Most people could not even recognize him, as he strode up the steps to the newly founded Parliment Building.
But it didnt matter to Klaus, for he had alot more important things to do. After several weeks of fighting, the few remaining Lithulanian and Estonian factions had surrendered to the newly founded Prussia, but by now most of those who had joined the revolution disbanded and went back to their homes, leaving this newly formed nation in an extremely veunerable state. But as always, Klaus had already formed a plan with his advisors to create a new Prussian Army.
Striding into his new office, Von Bulow could not help but to gaze at his new ornate furnishings that adorned the rather small room. Much of it dated back to the times of Fredrick the Great, but many did not notice, due to the clever methods of the maintnence crew.
Sliding into his finley aposltered chair, Klaus removed his fountian pen, along with several sheets of paper and began to write his response to this new dilemma.

To meet the rigorous demands of the modern world, the FRP must confrom to the military standards of nations around ourselves. Over this turbulent period, militaries clash with ferocious might and if left unprotected, this new nation may yet again fall under the control of a rutheless oppresor.
Therefore, the FRP has requested that the formation of a new Prussian army, consisting of 400,000 soliders, over the period of 5 (NS) years. The following information detials the specifics of this formation:
Organization of the Prussian Army:
Total of 400,000 men organized into 40 Divisions, with 250,000 reserves:
Active Duty Forces
25 Logistical- 250,000 soliders
10 Infantry- 100,000 soliders
4 Armored- 40,000 soliders
1 Airborne- 10,000 soliders
Militia Reserves
15 Logistical- 150,000 soliders
7 Infantry- 70,000 soliders
3 Armored- 30,000 soliders
To maintian this fighting force, a series of 15 forts, 55 garrisons and 120 amrories will be created to house and store military personell and equipment. Furthermore, a mandatory 20 week Basic Training program, as well as more advanced training programs will be carried out at various designated forts.
The FRP Armed Forces will be a purely voulenteer force, only requiring the use of conscription in times of dire need. Once recruited, all soliders must serve for a set-time period of 5 years. Soliders may extend this period for as long as they want, once the proper documentation has been collected. Any solider who refuses to serve this set time period, will be promtly arrested and sent to military prision for 10 years.
In the coming weeks and months, recruiting stations will be set up near local shopping centers, places of government and community centers. Let us hope that this quota can be reached, so that Prussia may become a safe and prosperous nation.

To meet the growing security demands of our newly founded nation, we have been in the pursiut of collecting arms and equipment from the former governments of our territories. Unfortuantely, this equipment is outdated and utterly useless on the modern battlefield.
Therefore, the FRP is in the dire search of new weapons and weapons technology to fully equip a fighting force of 400,000 men. Of course, our finances are not infinante and we will be leaning more towards bulk packages.
I wish to deeply thank all nations willing to contribute to our cause.
