AT approximately 1000 hours, a small strike team of pirates entered Andrixa system, who quickly split into two groups, half of them entering the atmosphere to bombard the planet and the other half staying in orbit attacking our defensive fleets and space stations. As we fought off the fighter, another wave of fighters began to attack us and we lost contact with one of our battleships and a small mining fleet it was supposed to defend out by our asteroid fields. At this point our fleet was in dissarray. Then, at 1015 hours, we detected a small fleet entering our system. It consisted of 1 carrier, and a guard of 4 destroyers and 3 cruisers. All 8 ships quickly moved to attack our space fleet, but we luckily managed to destroy the Carrier with a heavy particle cannon blast from a viper defense station, but the remainin 7 ships all opened fire, destroying 8 of our frigates and 2 cruisers in seconds. We quickly dispatched the remaining ships that didn't flee, but we had forgotten about the atmospheric strike team. At 1020 hours, we received reports from some of our cities and military bases that there were unidentified fighter flying over them, and we ordered the military bases to scramble all fighters for defense. At this point, the atmospheric strike team broke into different groups, identified as being 3 bombers and 10 fighters, and they opened fire. They quickly leveled an entire city of 3 million, and then moved on to glass the remaining area. we eventually destroyed all the fighters, but a massive 5 million deaths and 2.5 million wounded were left behind in their wake.
Now, as President Blehm speaks, we will listen:
"We must not allow this to ever happen again! This is the worst disaster since our plasma research laboratory exploded! We cannot allow this to continue, we must put an end to this. We have tried to get a trace on some leftover debris from one of the pirate's ships, all of which are of an unknown origin and design. We cannot allow this to continue. We are analyzing a scan taken from the warp point, and are hoping to find the pirate homeworld and destroy it. Supreme Commander Mike Hows is currently preparing a fleet designed to destroy their homeworld, and teach these pirates a lesson. This, is war!"
"Final report at 1040 hours concludes a total of 6 million dead and 3 million wounded. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you for watching this broadcast..." *News reporter slumps down and starts crying hysterically, and begins to scream at which point the broadcast snaps off*
