Here we have it, after long research and the wasting of large amounts of money on platnium plated fans for our new windtunnels and such, the all new C-16 Pelican!!!!!

Phoenix Dynamix presents the C-16 Pelican Heavy Strategic Transport. Built after 10 years of research with help from Greater Beijing, Non Aligned States, and Vast Principles to suplement the C-15 and replace expensvie blended wing bodied aircraft , the Pelican is perfect for transporting large amouts of men or bulky, heavy material across the world. The main cargo area of the C-16 can carry 6-8 Tanks, 12 helicopters, small submarines, ICBMs, 28 trucks, shipping pallets or just about anything else you can cram in the cargo doors. The outer fuselages seat 220 passengers; forward upper deck seats 7 (relief crew)on either side. The flight decks have duplicate controls for the pilot and co pilot. The upper decks' forward and rear compartments have galleys for food preparation and lavatories as well as 7 bunks on each side. When configured for maximum passenger load, the C-16 can carry 1200 troops (in addition to full crew w/ relief and substainsal fuel)
