Comrades,
The Comrade Chairman of the Peoples Republic of Lancashira
and President elect of the Union of Soviet Peoples Republics does hereby announce a call to arms against all fascist aggressors.
We, possessing our total populace of 12.5 million proletarian warriors, do hereby offer our services to the Communist cause around the world by conducting a negotiation with all members of the UN *SEPERATELY* in trade treaties and non-aggression pacts.
We therefore urge you brothers and sisters, to unite under one red banner as we march upon the fascist pigs homeland. We advocate the withdrawel from the United Nations and the membership of the USPR as we continue the struggle against all Bourgeoisie oppressors.
All comrade nations need apply to the comrade chairman himself, but he must urge you that you will contain your independant sovereignty but must renounce participation in all UN affairs and relieve it to general consensus which is administered on behalf of all Soviet Peoples Republics by our external affairs co-ordinateur, the Comrade Chairman of Lukevania.
Only by one popular vote will the Comrades obtain a true Communist paradise.
