In accordance to the Commonwealth's new appropriations bill, I've been authorized to purchase one Reef Eel class submarine for testing purposes. I'd be most interested in discussing payment given the treaty between our nations. I am most impressed with elements of the design and cannot wait to see how these submarines perform.

In respect to the MDP between Lindim and Azazia, the Lindimese government has purchased and then donated to you one free Reef Eel for your own testing purposes. We expect you will be pleased at the results; any ASuW platforms, sea or air, will not detect the submarine if it is in quiet mode.

The Reef Eel will be traveling to your nation with two AA frigates, two ASuw frigates, one cruiser and two destroyers as escort.
