***IMPERIAL EDICT #9***
A national secret revenue tax shall be established, to take 1% of all revenues from businesses, taxes, and individuals. This tax will be introduced as the "Pro-Fabus Tax" and will tax 5% of all business revenues, and 4% of all personal income. There will be a secret clause, taking 1% of each days deposits in the national treasury, and 1% of every deposit in every bank in Kahta and transfering that money to the bank account of Czar Sam Fabus.

Indeed; perhaps instead of publishing multiple edicts; you should simply post some form of Imperial law. Which could be added to and amended at your leisure.

No, this is much better, because it gives everyone a chance to see the new laws in Kahta and object to them.

OOC: Czar Sam Fabus used to be known as King Sam MacDonald, who is married to Victoria Fabus, the daughter of Curtis Fabus, and sister of Roger Fabus. Sam took on the Fabus last name to show he is part of the extended Fabus family, and he also did it because of Curtis' inheritence when he croaks.

Ooc- Curtis plans to live to be at least 80-100. He'll likely give away most of his stuff and estates when he gets to be around 60 or so, he'll just stay on the mansion he has on the Stalingrad estate, a few miles down the road from Roger's "main mansion" on the estate, the Imperial mansion.

The money I collect will be invested throughout the economy, so that if I am ever forced to abdicate, I can pull it out of hte stock maket, and cause a panic. I also want to make sure I have money to leave to my family when I die 70 or 80 years from now.
