As Czar of Kahta, I hereby ban all Anime "art" from Kahta. Anyone found with anime in their possesion will be arrested, and subject to 10 years imprisonment, and a $100 dollar fine for each sheet of paper, or page in a book. The money will be sent 50% to me, 25% to the person that reported the offender, and 25% to the Anti-Anime Council.

I also wish to establish an Anti-Anime Council, to provide pro-white cartoon advertising, anti-anime information, and enforcement of Anti-Anime laws.

"What you choose to ban in your country is your choice, but wheere the money goes is a bit wrong. It should be 50% to the Council and 25% to you, BUT that's just my opinion"

"From what I can now see, Kahta is nothing but an ancient 'empire' struggling to remain power and reign for the populous. If it has to restrict something something people enjoy just to contain everything, then their government is failing."

One would think that the definitions of inferior and superior are dependant upon whose views it is. Still, I'm sure 'free speech' shant suffer much, if the dead even feel pain. We can only hope.

No, Kahta is in its glory, and still rising. I am only restricting things that I deem unneeded in Kahta.

"Why stop at anime?" questions Supreme Lord Maximus, "Why not ban anything entertaining? it worked here: my citizens couldn't be happier. However, I see no reason to waste thumbs on some council. I understand the reward for reporting, but why not take 75% of it yourself? your house could be so much nicer. And one more consideration: the horrid animation. how will you charge that? I'd reccomend by charging the second, that's what we do, and it works perfectly fine."

EDIT: Oops, I meant to post this as my psychotic dictatorship, Dancing Zombies.
